New flooring in bathroom and en suite
The flooring was very well fitted, the only minor issue was that the fitters turned up later than we expected. This was due to a communication breakdown and was not the fitters’ fault. Overall a very satisfactory experience.

Cancer causes damage your suite
Purchased a Tetrad Harris Tweed suite in May 2022 from this store. In March 2025 I reported that the material on one arm of the fireside chair was going thin,which is now a hole. Tetrad said they could not get a matching material and could do nothing. Arighi Bianchi sent a fitter out to write a report. The report indicated that my cancer or treatment could have caused the deteriation. Which is truly incorrect according to medical websites.
If buying furniture from this company. Check that cancer does not affect the materials. Also maybe you should check before visiting friends or relatives. The comments by this company are a complete lie and has caused stress to my family. Discusting.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're very sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations.
We completely understand your frustration around the delays and lack of proactive communication. The damaged drawers were reported to the manufacturer on 5th June, and due to their made-to-order process, the replacements were subject to a 4–6 week lead time.
We were advised on 23rd July that the fitting appointment scheduled for 25th July had been declined, but we’re pleased to confirm that the drawers were successfully fitted on 4th August and the work is now complete.
We’re genuinely sorry for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while we resolved this.

Jamie and Rik fitted our staircase and landing carpet yesterday.
They did an outstanding job, arriving at the agreed time and spent all morning (4 hours) ensuring the carpet was fitted to our satisfaction. We have bought carpets from Arighi Bianchi’s over many years and have always found that they provide good value for money and an excellent service. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. I wouldn’t buy anywhere else
I wouldn’t buy anywhere else! The quality of the goods and the outstanding customer service from every single member of staff is fantastic. Having moved house earlier this year I have bought from a lot of different departments there! Tom and Jake came and laid my new carpet yesterday in the whole of the upstairs of my house and the stairs. They were very efficient; very friendly and courteous; and very tidy. I am thrilled with my new carpet and they made the whole experience very easy. They were also so respectful of my cats who are not allowed out through the front door onto the road.

Fabulous company, I ordered furniture from them and it was so lovely that I ordered more. I get loads of comments about it. We ordered flooring from AB. Every part of the process was perfect. The fitter, Luke, was excellent. Obviously having almost an entire downstairs floor replacemed will cause disruption but Luke kept this to a minimun, working in a way that meant things could be moved back as he went along. No mess left at all each day.
