Delivery guys were professional and friendly, set everything up where I wanted them and arranged the cushions nicely before leaving. Sofas are really high quality as far as I can tell from 2 days of using them, I would definitely recommend! Great products at affordable prices and wonderful customer service. Thanks so much!

Floor fitting by Arighi …
Most attentive and informed showroom colleagues from helping to choose the correct flooring to arranging fitting. The fitting is perfect, seamlessly cut round heating pipes and into bay window area. Delighted.

Great, quiet and diligent carpet fitters
Good communication throughout the purchase of a carpet. Fitters, Jamie and Nick worked tirelessly without a break for nearly 4 hours to fit our lounge, stairs, landing. They were hard working, quiet (no music), respectful of our new decor and did an excellent job

Matching fabrics for a sofa & a reclining chair…
We bought a sofa & a reclining chair from 2 different companies sold by Arighi Bianchi. We wanted to match or contrast fabrics. There was a very wide choice.
We were helped by consultant Sue Hehir.
WOW! She was a massive help. She gathered all the appropriate fabrics & really helped me to narrow down which colours/textures complemented each other, to eliminate any potenential clashes. Sue really made the process so much easier as she clearly has an eye for colour. She was warm & friendly & completely un-pushy.

Wasn’t as good as it should’ve been as…
Wasn’t as good as it should’ve been as I had to assemble the 2 chairs, It wasn’t too difficult but have paid £238 the last thing I expected was to have to assemble the furniture; Also they are not quite square and wobble slightly when you sit on them with no adjustment on their feet! Not 100% sure it’s the chairs it could be our floor 😎

Thank you for your feedback. As you selected our Click & Collect service, the items are provided in their original packaging, which does mean some assembly is required. We understand this can be frustrating and will take this into consideration.
Regarding the slight wobble - it’s possible this could be due to uneven flooring, but we’d be happy to take a closer look. If you’re able to send a few photos of the chairs to service@arighibianchi.co.uk, our team will be glad to advise further and help resolve the issue.

BAD EXPERIENCE
They had the incorrect price for a floor lamp on their website, so they cancelled my order. Would never return to this shop!
ADD ON: Thank you for your reply on 10.04.25, but I DID NOT ORDER THE FLOOR LAMP FROM YOU - you cancelled the order because you had put the wrong price against it and wanted to charge me a LOT MORE, so I purchased elsewhere with far better service.

Disappointment
Having purchased 2 counter stools, we decided to buy a third. We were told it would take 4-6 weeks which was fine but then learnt one had become available the next morning.
Having driven 100 mile round trip to collect the third stool, we were given the wrong counter stool. It was then replaced but the feet were clearly worn / used despite being given assurances (written and verbally) it was new.
The purchase of the third stool has soured the trust and overall experience.

Good food and excellent service and comfortable surroundings,but Main course ‘conventional’ meals limited. A splendid lasagne, for example , was once a staple alternative to equally splendid Fish and chips but, alas, has not been available for some months.
