Excellent service from start to finish
This was our first visit to the Arighi Bianchi store. We were considering a new 3 piece suite and were amazed at the choice available, over many floors. What I particularly liked was the fact that the sales assistants were always on hand but didn't pester you like many places with "Can I help you?". When we did need advice an assistant was always readily available and they were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. When we finally made up our mind the formalities were carried out efficiently and to our complete satisfaction.
We were warned that our chosen suite would be made to order and the manufacturer's estimate was 8 to 12 weeks delivery. It did in fact arrive after 11 weeks. When it was eventually delivered it was everything we expected and we absolutely love it. I can definitely recommend Arighi Bianchi for its first class service and top rate products.

The side table is very good
The side table is very good, although a bit fiddly to put together . Had to go and collect the table as you want £79 for delivery. I live 30 miles away so it was quite a journey. So I wasn’t happy about that . I would have been happy to pay £20 for delivery. But £79 is far to much .

New carpets

Arighi Bianchi Café; Such poor customer care/service. Why?
Monday 17th November 2025. My 74th Birthday. Where to go? Arighi Bianchi. Probably the worst customer care/service my wife and I have ever experienced in the café/restaurant. Oh Arighi; what has happened to your legendary customer care? Our last visit on the 26th September 2023 was poor, this was even worse. Sadly, we have now given up on Arighi-Bianchi. Over the years - wonderful lunches and wonderful staff who we got to know and they us. Now, but a shadow of your former self. Staff totally disinterested in the diners. Why? No excuses any more! The demise of a great lunching venue!

Excellent service from start to finish…
Really good shop to deal with, whether it be the sales staff or the delivery men, super efficient & friendly. I liked the way the delivery men were respectful, automatically unwrapped our sofas & took all the packaging away. The quality of the furniture Arighi Bianchi sell is excellent & the price very competitive.

Great product choice at reasonable…
Great product choice at reasonable prices. The delivery service by ASB Delivery Services was first class, the two guys assembled our new bedroom furniture which took nearly an hour and then took away the packaging. Even took off their shoes before they walked up the carpeted stairs. Faultless service.

Exceptional
Always receive exceptional service from Arighi Bianchi. Great in store experience and all their delivery people are excellent. They did all our curtains, blinds, carpets, bed, sofas and occasional furniture. Deliveries are always of time, delivered and fitted with great care. In this day and age it’s lovely to have personal and courteous service.

What do star ratings really mean?
Very solid and suitable piece of furniture, up to Arighi's usual standard. Delivery was somewhat pricey given that I am fairly local and it was a fairly swift delivery.
Pity that they waste money on these pointless reviews. Do companies really expect to be cited as above average? Is that above average for the industry, the town, the universe, or just for the company?

New Karndean flooring from Arighi Bisnchi
Just had a flooring fitted in my dining room, hall and living room.
The staff at Arighi Bianchi’s flooring department were incredibly helpful .
I got a home visit and quote within days, cheaper than others I’d had, and it was fitted a few weeks later .
The fitting process went so smoothly and my floor looks absolutely fantastic.
Can’t recommend them enough

Very shoddy carpet fitting
We. have had 2 previous houses fully carpeted by Arighis, to our satisfaction,and our son has had 3 houses fall fully carpeted by them,again to his satisfaction.
This time the carpet fitters did an appalling job. They badly scuffed all the newly painted walls( the bungalow having just been fully refurbished and extended).Consequently we had to go round touching them up.
A cupboard door in the 2nd bedroom was taken off its hinges to facilitate fitting inside the cupboard,but not refitted, and the fitters cleared off without mentioning it. So we had to get a joiner in to fit it.
3 BIG rolls of offcuts 1.5 to 1.7 metres high were left stacked up in the same bedroom, which we only discovered after they cleared off !
After fitting the carpet in the lounge they pointed out a long cut in it, necessitating a replacement. They said it was a fault line, but it looked more like it had been cut by a knife. Incredibly they didn't arrange a replacement, and it was only the following day when i rang Arighis that they became aware. Several weeks later it was replaced by a much more professional team, but it was certainly an inconvenience.
Arighis also fitted Karndean flooring in several rooms,and the hallway, where a gap was left for a floor mat. After fitting the carpets the mat was fitted and a metal surround fixed down. However this metal was raised above the Karndean making it impossible to open a wooden cupboard door. Again we had to call in a joiner, but he couldn't open it to take off the hinges and shave off 5mm from the bottom.
I'm a retired MD and if any off my staff had done such shoddy work they would have been on a disciplinary. As it was I was informed that senior management were made aware. Did I hear anything from them ? I did not!

We’re very sorry to hear that your recent carpet fitting experience did not meet the high standards you have previously received from us, and we completely understand how disappointing this must have felt, especially after refurbishing your home.
To clarify a couple of the points you’ve raised:
1. The carpet in the lounge did unfortunately have a manufacturer’s fault line. As soon as this was identified, we ordered a replacement at the supplier’s cost and arranged for it to be fitted by a new team, which we appreciate did take some weeks to come in.
2. With regards to the cupboard doors, our fitting teams are not able to cut or adjust joinery. When a door needs shaving, as in this case, our fitters always advise and provide the details of a local joiner who can assist.
3. Our team did speak with you directly at the time and kept in touch by email to organise the replacement fitting.
That said, we take on board the inconvenience you’ve described and we’re sorry this situation caused extra work and frustration for you. We’ve shared your comments with our senior management and fitting teams as part of our ongoing training to ensure our service is consistent with the standards we pride ourselves on.
We’re grateful for your many years of custom with Arighi Bianchi and hope that, despite this setback, you’ll feel confident shopping with us again in the future.
