I recently used ARC Consultants Ltd for a level 3 survey on a house I was hoping to purchase. The service provided was nothing short of outstanding from start to finish. Alaur was quick to respond to my enquiry and we had the survey booked and carried out within a week. Nothing was missed and we promptly received a phone call to discuss the outcomes of the survey followed by a very detailed and well explained report. Unfortunately the house had some hidden issues which meant we decided not to go through with the purchase but again Alaur was absolutely fantastic and helped us to make the right decision by explaining everything in terms that we understood and provided any potential solutions with prices for the issues that were found.
I cannot recommend ARC Consultants Ltd enough and will absolutely be using them again for our next survey!

I was very pleased with the service from ARC and would not hesitate to use them again. From the first contact to the explanation of the findings of the survey the service was first rate. I was taken through the survey options so that I understood what I was buying and directed to the level of survey most appropriate to my property (which was not the most expensive option available).
