Amazing service. Extremely helpful on the phone from initial contact through to after the survey. Extremely detailed report which described in detail all major and minor defects and what action to take. The report was not generic, everything was specific to the property and I could tell it had been written with a high level of knowlege, care, and detail. I will be using again in the future. Thank you.

I booked ARC for a L2 survey in March 2026 so a little delayed in my feedback. I chose ARC firstly because following an initial inquiry into their service I was bombarded with a barrage of follow up sales calls, the price was competitive and Alaur was personable, answered my questions confidently, which reassured me. The service was promptly booked with little leadtime and throughout the process, Alaur kept me informed of next steps, explained the report in detail (and in summary) post survey. Even a few weeks later when I had questions, he happily took my call and guided me.

The overall service was a positive one from start to finish and that’s credit to Alaur. Not only professional, but courteous and personable. Thank you.

This company was a breath of fresh air to work with. Easy to contact, open and honest, their ethical approach saved me £405. They really cared!

Despite me paying them nothing, they went above and beyond to advise me how to maintain my property in the future, even sending me pictures of the key things to look out for.

I rang four other large surveyors before this one, and not one of them picked up my call. I would not hesitate to recommend this service. As a smaller independent, they really deserve your support.

Alaur was instructed to conduct a level 2 survey for me on a potential property. We initially had asked him whether we would need a level 3 and under his advice, despite the fact that he could’ve charged a higher fee - advised us to conduct a level 2 survey which we appreciated.

Once he had reached the property there was an unforeseen issue that meant he was unable to continue the survey yet he still provided further advice to ourselves on what to do next and took time out to advise the vendors who he had no real vested interest in serving. He also charged a reduced cancellation fee and refunded the rest of the funds that we had paid.

Alaur offers integrity and honesty in his business, something often lacking today and I highly recommend using him as a surveyor.

Alaur got back to our emails promptly and called us after the survey to go through some key points and to explain what to expect in the report, which was super helpful!
