I like this company, the goods are always top notch and come well packaged, definitely will be using them again at some point very soon.

Not impressed as a first time customer,packed well, and the live tubifex were fine, 3 pks of Daphne was all but dead, very few surviving, the Morio worms I could count in that tiny tub, my local shop has stopped the live stuff now, but when he did it was 2 or 3 times the amount I have here, the morios were £3 but had loads more in the cricket sized box.
So again I'm looking for another source as I won't be buying from here again, shame really as the feedback was really promising.

I ordered christmas moss for my aquarium however on arrival discovered it to be infested with baby trumpet snail, dozens of them.
I called the store but person who answered was very dismissive, he asked why it was a problem, I said I didn't want the snails in my tank. The person then tried to tell me it was normal to get snails with the moss. I explained that had I ordered a tub of aqua fleur or similar, there would be no snails. He refused to send any return label and became quite abusive swore at me then hung up. I called back got same person again refused refund and was told I'm getting nothing but in foul language.
This moss was clearly unusable no idea how many snail eggs as well as the dozens of snails and no way of knowing what other horrors might be added to my tank if used.
Beware before buying and check other reviews for this store.
They are trying to deny they only sent 16g instead of double that and that there were no snails, I have pictures to back up both claims which I am more than happy to share with anyone (have done already on Google review). Also trying to deny that I was sworn at and treated aggressively but if you check other reviews you will see others have been treated a d spoken to the same way as my experience.
Just do full check of reviews before any purchase please.

There was no heating, I was given a pitch far upstairs in the so forgotton corner. Hardly customers came upstairs and had to keep going down to bring customers up. But not much luck. Lift too narrow and chlostrophobic. Not much can be bought from the car. The whole building felt cold and damp. Will not be coming here again. 2 stars was given because of a worker who was very nice and helped me out. And the other stall holders who were very polite.
But everything is just dumped everywhere when another stall holder decided to dump her clothes all over near my pitch which put some off for even wanting to walk round to my stall.

So i have to leave add on after your lengthy response.Wonder why. Firstly I'm not the only person complaining about the cold and damp. all your stall holders were. They were also complaining on the rent you charge and you make them pay for tea to have on your premises. Disgusting!

Regarding my blood circulation it is actually good thankyou very much and no you cannot fit 6 people in the lift when you have trolleys in there. Just about got 2 small trolleys in and 2 people squashed in there who are both petite sizes. You obviously stating you are a big cuddly person lol only one of you would fit.

The long term tenant there was infact so lovely and kind bless him. Lots of your customers were complaining on how cold it was everyone in there had to stick there coats on. And infact if you think this raining windy weather is summer you need to get tested for your eyesight and other senses too. I actually was not going to leave a review amd thought with the response you gave you need to be told to be able to take feedback on board. And maybe check on people you rent pitches to. And make sure they are ok and looked after.

Regarding my prices I actually did ok despite the footfall but prices were really low. Probably lowest there as I take into account of what a carboot/indoor market is all about and not putting people out.

You need to take a good look at yourself and figure it out. Looks like this place is on it way out. Dont be expecting a response from me. As i have no time to waste on people like yourself. Goodluck you need it.

I ordered a starter culture of live microworms and some live daphnia which arrived as described, at a decent price. I missed the delivery on the day so it was with royal mail for an extra day, but it didn't seem to have any issues when redelivered.

ordered 3 boxes, one of lids had writing all over the inside of lid.
These boxes were due to carry medical goods so we had source another box from somewhere else.

Put big order in for 50 bags of live daphnia on Monday evening. Dispatched and delivered by Saturday morning alive and well. Great service and kept up to date all through the week. Very happpy.

Ordered 2 live daphnia 100ml pouches, and 1 pack frozen dapnia for one Betta fish. Paid for items including postage Live Daphnia arrived half dead, retrieve approx 30 daphnia. Contacted store and spoke to a very nice lady who said they would send out 2 replacement pouches that day and should arrive next day. By 5pm nothing arrived, called to let them know that and as it is Saturday, Royal Mail will not be delivering on Sunday and this will probably result in dead Daphnia again. A man answered and told me he pulled the replacement pouches because it would cost more for them to send. Told me to place a new order for two pouches and he will place 2 additional pouches for free and I have to pay for the new order plus postage again. I explained I only have one Betta and I don't need 4 pouches. He then complained about the cost of the postage against cost of daphnia and then offered to refund me £2 for one pouch even though I paid for two. He then shouted at me saying this was costing him more in his time than what it was worth and then hung up the call on me. I called back and mentioned consumer rights and he said 'do what you want, that's it' and hung up on me again. The order total including postage was about £12, not a lot, but the fact is the rudeness and not honoring the replacement that they had previously committed to is unprofessional as well as treating a customer with contempt.
