Ambient Lounge UK Arvostelua

Perfect for most rooms around the house, very comfortable,
My toddler has taken over it, one happy child

I absolutely love my Calmera Lounge. The fabric is beautiful and so soft and pleasant to the touch. It’s incredibly comfortable and has fitted perfectly into my interior. I love how effortlessly it blends with the rest of my home while still adding something special to the space.

This is such a great product and does exactly the job I wanted it to do. A 'grown up' version of a beanbag which lets us flop in the bay window where it's sunny, and doesn't lower the tone of the other furniture in the space. The filling is supportive and just squishy enough to allow for a little moulding to your body ( we went for the foam and bead mix). They are substantial but easy to move around to become extra TV seating when we have adult kids staying. And our 17 month old granddaughter makes a beeline for them too! It took a long time for the fabric samples to arrive and by the time they did the price has increased for the fabric we wanted, but I was offered a small discount by way of compensation to encourage me to order. The chairs themselves then arrived very quickly once we had chosen and customer service has been great since. Very happy with our new Acoustic sofas and would thoroughly recommend for informal living areas. Would be tempted to get some outdoor ones too but have nowhere to store them!

Beautiful lounger, it is so relaxing to sit on and it stays in shape. Highly recommend ambient lounge as the quality is so good.

Ordered item on 8th September … now 16th September and still no sign … awful customer service … saying problem with DPD … their delivery issues have now become my problem … 10 phone calls … 10 emails and still no delivery … literally at my wits end … never actually experienced such poor handling of a situation with any other company I’ve dealt with

Fantastic dog bed for the dog and ME, lovely quality which i expect will last. Arrived well protected from the elements yet fully assembled.

We bought an outdoor item which very quickly went from dark red to a very faint pink. After two years we’re about to dump it. We contacted customer services but they didn’t even bother to respond. Do not purchase from this company

Quick delivery, already made up, beautifully made

Have bought 5 of these beds for my dogs now, and they really are very good quality. Delivery is very fast and efficient. I love the ease of the top cover, just zip it off, in the machine and comes out like new. Really heavy duty metal zips used! So much better than the plastic that others use, and the dogs all sleep soundly on them.

Excellent dog bed, everyone always comments on how sturdy and solid it is. Dogs love it too. Great you can zip the top off to wash or when it’s been warmer. Bought the biggest and it’s like a mattress. Will buy another in a smaller size for upstairs

Bought two red outdoor bean bags (Satellite Twin Sofa) last year. They were marketed as outdoor products. I stored them in the garage over winter rather than leaving them outside, and only used them for one season.
Both bags have faded significantly and now look worn and unattractive. The colour loss is very noticeable.
I contacted customer service with photos. Their response was that the bags are outside warranty, that other customers haven’t reported the same issue, and that the fading is likely due to environmental conditions rather than a product fault. The only offer they made was 15% off a future purchase.
For products specifically sold as outdoor furniture, I expected better colour fastness and UV resistance. The aftercare response felt dismissive given the clear deterioration after normal use and careful storage.
Would not buy again and would advise others to check real-world outdoor performance carefully before purchasing.

So far I’m not really impressed. I ordered two fabric samples from Ambient Lounge on 9 July. Still waiting. Two weeks now.

Hope this is Royal Mail and not Ambient Lounge!

I was a returning customer, buying a second cover for the dog bed I purchased. Cannot fault the whole experience, ease of using website, finding item I required, to the quick and delivery. Would not hesitate to recommend Ambient Lounge.

My boys love it.
Thank you

Packaging was a little confusing, but phoned the company and they were great, explained what usually happens. Said they would contact the warehouse and send me an email, which they did within the hour.
The outdoor beanbags were of an excellent quality, more than enough filling for the seated bean bags, loved the filling system so easy to use and no wastage. Absolutely love, love, love these bean bags. Delivered on time and easy to navigate and place the order.

We needed to send something back. They would only communicate through emails. They were slow at getting back

Excellent from ordering to receiving my goods. Delivered on time, very happy with products. Thank you

Super beanbags love them Thankyou

Brilliant bed, I chased delivery due to needing the bed by a certain date and the team were excellent at keeping me informed. The bed itself self is great, my pup loves it, I love the fact it looks good and each bit can be cleaned!

Really pleased, my order came in a few days and love what I bought and will be purchasing more, love the dog beds they look stylish and comfortable and not too pricey.
