It was so easy to set up a business account. Had helpful phone call with Mark who sent the proforma and it was actioned as soon as I sent it back. Able to order within 2 days & vouchers received day after payment.

It’s good to have some discounts with love to shop reloadable gift cards . They should open up for more stores. Because one off gift card if you don’t use full amount , any left over little credit people end losing the card or forgetting and expired.

Easy to top up the card, which now I have a new card is also very easy to use/spend. Plenty of shops availble online and in store.

I ordered our employees Reward Codes for Christmas, the order was placed with David Jones and the whole process from start to finish was so simple. The order went through very quickly without any problems.
A great selection of e-gifts and gift cards to choose from, I would highly recommend this great service.

I wanted to convert my cards to Sainsbury’s vouchers - it didn’t work so I messaged customer service. No reply after 3 days. Not impressed. It seems very difficult to spend your cards!

The support help via the telephone calls.

Absoulute scam. Website is designed so you give up trying to redeem. Such a scumy scam 'company'.

I’m extremely disappointed with Love2Shop. I contacted their customer service for assistance redeeming the remaining balance on the gift card I received from work after realising it had expired just a few days earlier. They left me waiting for days, only to tell me that the account manager decided not to replace or reactivate my card - even though they confirmed the remaining balance of over £200 was still there. There was no explanation for their decision, no alternative solution offered, and no attempt to resolve the situation. Be careful trusting your money with this company - they will just hold onto to the funds instead of helping you access what’s yours. Terrible customer experience and zero accountability.

This was a difficult process where the pdf form was awkward to complete and then no response from the sales person that was expected. After complaining great strides were made to please the customer and process the registration.

Vouchers expire within months...not like Amazon...wont extend the dates...joke of a company. Profits made by customers not spending vouchers AVOID at all costs.

I really like Love2Shop vouchers - I’ve used them to buy an iPhone 17 Pro at Argos…
7% discount from every 100£ is not bad.
Easy to use and works for me.
Loaded up again and planing to buy the 2nd iPhone …
