Love2shop Business Arvostelua 

As part of our Christmas bonus, we received a Love2Shop voucher. I used the voucher to purchase an item from Argos that came with a trial period and unfortunately had to be returned.

Argos refunded the purchase back to the original Love2Shop account, but when I checked the refund, I discovered that the voucher only had six days remaining before its expiry date. The refund had been credited to the account and then automatically removed because the voucher had expired.

I contacted Love2Shop to explain the situation and was told that I had six days to use the refunded balance and, because I hadn't done so, the voucher had expired and the £161 refund was lost.

Please be aware of the expiry dates on Love2Shop vouchers/cards. If an item is refunded close to the voucher's expiry date, you could find yourself unable to use the refunded balance and lose your money, as happened to me. Unfortunately, my Christmas bonus has effectively been lost as a result.

I use Love2Shop through my employer’s benefits scheme, and I genuinely appreciate how straightforward it is to use. Claiming discounts is quick and hassle‑free, which really helps with the rising cost of living. The savings on supermarkets and clothing brands are especially valuable, and I’ve also purchased gift cards the range of stores and restaurants available is impressive.

Overall, I’m very pleased with the service and the value it provides. It would be even better if more people could access these discounts, either directly or through wider employer adoption as part of an employee benefits package.

New website is really not user friendly and overly complicated

Can never use the vouchers once validated. Go to buy in the shops and they just don't work even though the cards have been validated. Then the cards expire and you lose the money - this must be a cash cow for this company, they should have a longer expiry time - cash doesn't expire why should the card?

Generally quite annoying. We keep getting these vouchers but a pain to use. The rules are different for different shops, whether online or not. The shop staff themselves don't seem to understand them. If I could avoid them I would, always a pilava to use.

Absolute rubish doesn't work anywhere took ages to activate it the app doesn't work either. Useless

I can't stand love2shop. The system is so overly complex, slow and clunky. The top up doesn't work. The exchanges take ages. I just hate the whole thing. The app has also gone now even though that was awful too.

Very simple and easy to use

Easy to use the website and simple to spend. Given as a gift, it was easy to top up to the spend value I needed, then converted to a Mastercard to spend.

I like that you can top up your 'Love2Shop' card & get various amounts of discount.
However, I don't like the long-winded top up process & length of time you have to wait for the amount to drop onto your card. I have other 'top-up' cards which are instant & I don't see why you have to wait for 'processing' with this one. When you're shopping, you want to spend the topped-up amount whilst you're visiting that retailer instantly!
I'd also like to see Love2Shop collaborate with more retailers, especially more Supermarkets!

Not happy at the moment as the care isn’t letting me spend the money, I have topped it up thinking I could use on line and it still won’t work, why is it so hard to use??

David Jones is our account manager and I am new to ordering the vouchers. He was so kind and helpful talking me stap by step through the website on how to order the vouchers, very helpful

Aftersales responses to queries are always provided promptly.

I was given a gift card that someone got for a survey. When I registered it with love2shop I found that every top up has 7% Discount at the moment!

Great for spending in Iceland on their OAP 10% off days. Certainly makes the money go further.
