Apple Support 

Ich kann mein altes IPhone nicht finden, habe es aber nicht direkt verloren.. Es ist aus, kann es also nicht orten und versuche telefonisch Hilfe zu bekommen, kann aber nur mit nem schei** Computer reden! Ich will doch nur mit nem Menschen reden

Me gasto la friolera de 1400€ en un iphone 11 pro de 256GB, el cual a apple se le llena la boca de decir que es acuático, pero no simplemente resistente al agua, NO! Lo venden como sumergible 6m durante 30min.
Este verano estando en una piscina con amigos se me ocurre cogerlo para hacer una foto y aunque no lo metí dentro del agua, le estuvo salpicando, como es logico en una piscina, (cosa que no me preocupó porque claro se supone que es sumergible) de repente el tactil dejo de funcionar y poco despues se apago por completo para ya nunca mas encender... Como se encontraba en garantía, Fui a apple store Murcia y cual es mi sorpresa cuando me encuentro con que a pesar de publicitar sus terminales como acuaticos apple no se hace cargo por daños si se moja... El chico que me atiende me reconoce que es publicidad engañosa pero que no puede hacer nada mas que ofrecerme sustituirmelo por otro abonando 600€ (segun ellos me sale barato porque el primero me costó 1400€) a lo que evidentemente me niego, ya que si me lo venden como acuatico y se daña por esto mismo su reemplazo debe hacerse en garantia... Pues aqui me hayo, moviendo cielo y tierra para denunciar y con un bonito pisapapeles de 1400€.

Bought imac. Supposed to have free 3 months apple tv worth $7x3 = $21. It wasn't reflected in my account/imac even after registration. For that $21, Apple support insisted I need to change my country setting. Have my bank couriered the latest credit card to the current country I am stuck in. 3 weeks job. Apple support agreed to provide 3 movie voucher compensation. but it never happened. Then Apple support finds new excuses, saying they needed the proof of purchase. So I had to spend $60 taxi 1.5 hours to go back to apple store to regenerate the receipt. Then chat centre insisted they care unable to assist as the $21 worth of apple tv can only be disbursed by apple phone team. So it goes round and round. When my spouse answer the phone, they refused to give him the $21 code because he is not the ID owner. So that got to wait for a few more days. By the time apple give us the code, it was as long a code that a microsoft license would issue for hundreds worth of license. All for $21. We went thru 8 chat support. Hours of chat. 1 month of arranging logistic. A mad long code only delivered by a phone team. We spend over $60 in taxi. All for $21. Because Apple picks every single penny with their customer. Thats how they make so money. I also bought applecare+ 3 years warranty. Within 2 weeks, the keyboard isnt working. Another 60$ trip to the store. and this store staff insisted that it will cost me $120 to repair the keyboard with applecare+ insurance. a brand new apple keyboard is $149. I wondered why any customer bothered with applecare+ insurance. So I have 2 keyboards costing $300 in 1 month of purchasing imac. The blueetooth on the mouse was also not working properly. The staff at the store tested it with cable and insist it works on cable. I said it is meant to be wireless! Apple Store staff said, I must everyday cable the mouse as practice for before unplug it to make the table fictitiously clean in photoshopped advertisment. Apple Store refused replacement. So i went to try to cable it and realised that their complimentary mouse cable is the cheap USD to C port, while their iMAC requires C-to-C port. So the complimentary cable is useless. You either need to buy a c-to-c cable or you need to buy an ugle adaptor. Sneaky way to make customer to buy for more stuff. I rather pay a cheaper non-apple product for such poor hardware/support. I would have simply buy a new android keyboard for $20 without having to fight for $149 apple keyboard crap. Meanwhile the movie voucher compensation never arrived, because the 9th chat staff said I am not allowed to lost my temper and be rude to her because it is not her fault. btw, apple imac doesnt not work on tencent video conference. I took out my old microsoft toshiba 5 year old laptop and it worked perfectly. My first apple product and last.

Super slechte service. Weinig begrip voor de situatie en zit vast aan zogenaamde protocollen. Mijn Iphone 12 is kapot gegaan door mijn veel te dure apple hoesje van +-55. Uiteindelijk willen ze me niet helpen. En denken ze dat de oorzaak anders is maar ze hebben er letterlijk 0.0 argumenten voor en doen net alsof ik gek ben.

Dure producten met super slechte service. Bedankt Apple. Je wilt niet eens mensen oprecht helpen als je daar werkt.

Obwohl noch in der gesetzlichen Gewährleistung berechnet Apple für eine Reparatur von AirPods 2Gen 161,90 Euro. Für 20 Euro weniger hätte ich nagelneue bekommen können.
Als Grund gibt Apple an, der Händler sei dafür zuständig. Der Händler wiederum bestätigt, dass Apple selbst sich an die Fristen halten muss.
Absolut miserabler und nicht kundenorientierter Service.

Nach kurzem durchwählen durch das logisch aufgebaute Menü wurde mir vom Support-Mitarbeiter Peter schnell, freundlich und kompetent geholfen. Es war wirklich ein angenehmes Telefonat und mein Anliegen wurde dadurch behoben.

Dropped my phone at Apple to get sent out and replaced. they never sent the phone. then just mailed a broken one back to me after 10days with no phone. called apple support and they just left me on hold for an hour not saying a work!!!! STAY away

Mein Handy hatte ein Garantieschaden und nach kurzer support Absprache wurde ein Ticket eröffnet. Am nächsten Tag kam der UPS Mann und hat mein Handy abgeholt, verpackt und verschickt. Reparatur dauerte 2 Tage und am dritten war es repariert und voll dunktionstüchtig wieder da.

Tipp an alle. Nutzt die Chat Funktion von Apple. Das dauert nur 2min bis jemand da ist und der hilft euch schnell und freundlicht.

I purchased a apple AirPod on Amazon. After 6 weeks of use the sound diminished greatly. I called Amazon for a exchange on defective device only to be told my return window was closed after 1 month. They said call apple support.Apple would not exchange my airpods but offered to fix them after fighting with them 45 min on phone. They are defective and I should have got a replacement. I have to now wait weeks to get them back.

The worst customer support ever . Apple wants to get my money and then no one is there to help me or work sincerely resolve a tiny problem. I have been logged out (unwillingly) from my apple account for 13 days now (to keep my account secure THEY SAY).. I pay apple money to keep my account secure and protected not to log me out when they know THERE WAS AN ATTEMPT TO BREACH my account(as apple pros say!!) . every time i contact apple support they will tell me the same exact statements and go through the same steps and end up having to wait for 24 hours sometimes two days to have the BIG ISSUE resolved to be able to recover a stupid simple damn PASSWORD!, for 13 days apple have been going through the same process with me NONE of the agents or the senior supervisors put the extra effort to help me recover the login issue the same day(which is my right as a customer who has 9 apple products in one house hold) . apple failed to satisfy me as a VALUED Customer (as they say). not professional customer support . totally regret being an apple customer. I will switch soon and if there was less than 1 star to give to apple customer care and senior whatever and to the entire company staff who never bother to even follow up and try to do their best to satisfy their customers (like other companies do), i wouldn`t even bother to give it to apple . very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service.

Password forgotten after initial setup. Contacted support via phone several times. Attempted solutions go around in a loop. Support sends messages to icloud account which I cannot access without a password. Even a support supervisor does not know a solution. Trusted phone number on account is not number transferred to the phone. Maddening!

Apple failed to ship me the replacement item that I requested and never refunded me the credit card hold I paid. The service rep on the phone was very unhelpful and rude — wasting me 30 mins and saying that she couldn’t look into the case. She even kept saying that I didn’t return the item back. However, the whole situation comes from that FedEX never delivered my item due to storms in Feb.

When I said that I wanted to escalate, she said that she is the senior advisor. She promised to call back in 30 mins but never fulfills her promise.

Worst customer experience ever!!!!!!! Shame on Apple!!!!

I got a msg on settings that said Siri-2.99 not connected So I googled the issue/Apple phone. It gave me a phone number 855-719-3177 a recording came on woman’s voice that said please hold your call is important to us and a representative will be with you shortly. Then a man came on and ask what problem I was having. I told him. He said we can help you with that we’ll get it fixed. I want you to download this app. I did. He fixed the problem then he said we can keep this from happening again. Get an apple gift card for 500. And we will connect it to Siri and your account. He said the money goes right back into your account so I did. He said the server went down and it went straight back into your account w/o connecting to Siri. Let’s try again get another one so I did. He said it did it again try one more time. So I’m thinking it’s fixed I got home deleted the app. This was Thursday night on Friday I call Apple the lady said Ivan see the Apple store where they spent the gift card. I said this is a felony who are they. She said I can’t invade their privacy. I said let me talk to fraud Dept. She said there isn’t any
We’ll Apple is making a fortune why would they stop scammers. They get the money. Maybe they work for Apple

Les conseillers sont gentils mais le service est inexistant!
Rien ne se passe après plusieurs demande au téléphone (3 appels en tout, avec la promesse d’une réponse sous 72h).
Une honte pour une marque (soit dis en… prestigieuse)
Inutile de les contacter. Ils ne servent absolument à rien

The online chat is useless. I got cut off multiple times and had to restate the same thing several times with no resolution. The first agent's text almost seemed as though they were drunk.

Apple Support scheint sich nur mit Fragen zu beschäftigen, die für Apple mehr Geld einbringen. Bei echten Problemen mit dem Produkt oder der Software wird man ohne weitere Ansage einfach aus der Leitung geworfen. Das ist schlechter als schlecht. Die Serviceleistung beurteile ich somit als sehr schlecht! (Schulnote 6)

Terrible. Never found out the issue, never found the solution. She didn’t speak English very well or how to find the issue & solution. It was such a bloody mess.

He ido hoy al servicio técnico por un macbook air i3 2020 el equipo se me quedo congelado con un video de la plataforma discovery+ porque se calienta un montón y va al máximo rendimiento no tira ni de lejos. Y va el tío y me dice que será problema de la plataforma y yo insisto en que no y me dice que bueno que se lo miraran mas a fondo y que si no es ninguna pieza del equipo me tendré que ir tal cual con el ordenador que llame al de la plataforma y se lo cuente a el. Vamos estoy flipando con su respuesta aún esque me siento estafada esto no se va a quedar así. Como no se me solucione el problema el día de la recogida del terminal hoja de reclamaciones y denuncia que por lo que he leído en internet es un fallo del modelo y no se quieren hacer rwsponsables de ello. RECOMIENTO A TODOS LOS QUE OS PASE LO MISMO QUE PONGÁIS UNA HOJA Y DENUNCIÉIS A VER SI SOMOS UNOS CUANTOS Y NOS HACEN CASO.
La marca a precio de oro y cada vez de peor calidad. Que cuando sale un defecto de fabricación/diseño se limpian las manos.
