Apple Support 

I paid for an extended warranty on top of everything else. I sent my AirPods in for service. A few days later I got an email telling me they are being sent back without being repaired. I called to see why. The support agent could not tell me anything other than "further verification was needed." She didn't even know what that meant. I got them back today with a note telling me the serial number does not match the repair order. Guess what? It does! All this after back and forth for over a week! They want me to take them all the way to an apple store which is nowhere close, and wait! Great service right?!

I phoned to report illegitimate Apple charges on my bank statement.
After initially being impressed by associate researching thoroughly my Apple account and confirming that charges were not coming from Apple, things went from bad to worst.
First level associate does have the ability to send an email to state Apple does not show any charges records on Apple account. I got transferred to senior team. Senior team member made me repeat all the information again, confirmed again it was fraudulent charge not coming from Apple. Senior associate stated no email could be issues to summarize Apple findings. This is not an Apple process, my call could not be escalate further.
Shocking to hear that
1)there is no templated answer to what is a common issue.
2) repeated scripted poor level of service
3) inabilities to loge a request or to send feedback.

In order to get any written information, I now have to ask for records of case under GDPR.
Really! what a waste of my time and Apple resources.

I thought that anyone that worked at apple would be relativly helpful and knowledgable. Apple has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are not helpful nor do they seem to actually care to solve an issue. I have had multiple hour long phone calls and have had nothing but disappointing and non relavent solutions. Apple..... you fell too far from the tree.... get it. If you need any help, go to your service provider. They not only were helpful, but I also was able to actually schedule an appointment, unlike apple which makes it impossible to actually schedule an appointment.

Reached out to Apple support to fix a simple problem I have of not being able to access my Apple ID. But the Support agent kept saying that I needed to remember my NZ phone number that I used 2 YEARS AGO. And I don’t even live in NZ anymore! Seriously! Why can’t they just re-new my phone number from their end?! Plus, they said they sent a two-factor verification code to a Macbook air. I DON’T EVEN OWN A MACBOOK AIR! For such a big and successful company, they have one of the most atrocious support service.

The worst customer service I have ever come across.
The rudeness of some of the staff is one matter.
Secondly, Apple are quick to see you a phone but if there is anything wrong with it and you request an exchange then you are 'sent around the houses' when one manager says YES then another manager will tell you it is a big fat 'NO'.
I would much rather buy a basic phone, costing a tenner; it is that bad!!!

Dårlig opdatering af iOS 15.0.1 og 15.0.2. Efter denne opdatering på min iPhone 12, virker deling af mobilt internet (hotspot) ikke mere. Apple forsøger at tørre den af på yousee, som er helt uforstående. Jeg er færdig med iPhone, og går tilbage til min gamle Android. Den virker stadig upåklageligt og kostede under det halve.

The support is so useless. They always just try to end the call by saying that “a bug fix update” will roll out soon which never actually does. Often the people “helping” you when calling the support literally just read what the website says about it. They never actually fix something unless the fix is apparent and doesn’t need effort. Unless of course they can get money out of you, then they will gladly help you with your problem to empty your bank account.

Account gesperrt ohne Grund. Zurücksetzen dauert 11 Tage leben wir in der Steinzeit? Stell sich einem mal vor wegen einer überprüfung von 2 Daten würde die Bank 11 Tage es Konto sperren. Den Konzern kann man ja nicht mehr als Technologiekonzern verstehen sondern als absolute unfähigkeit. Müsst ihr wissen!

Diabolical support. The "support" guy just kept repeating things back to me like a parrot. He did not help at all, in the end I just disconnected the chat as he couldn't even help with a very simple issue.

I had purchased a MacBook Air 2017 model a year back, exactly when it touched a year, the laptop shut down without any warnings, issues or damage. The service center said that the logic board had an issue, they didn’t specify any reason or cause and upfront asked me to pay 36000. Now this not the first time that I m investing my money in the same laptop, the exact same issue happened to me 2 years back and that time with a lot of convincing from apple, I went for another MacBook again. Just like their pathetic laptop, their service is equally bad, their advisors are not at all sensitive to the issue and they don’t even care to follow back and give an update. I urge all users to think before you invest, there are other companies with better laptops and better service.

This is the absolute worst support I’ve ever had! It has taken over 20 phone calls, all of which have lasted at least 45 minutes. I have sent my watch in twice and still nothing has been fixed or replaced! They ran out my time window on all my warranties and support and claim the issues with my watch are only happening to me. They claim they are going to replace my watch and I send it in and they send it right back and then say they can advance me a new watch but I have to put a hold on my credit card for the watch amount!!! This is so crazy and ridiculous! Apple support just doesn’t care about their product or sticking up for what’s right!

Der Service ist unterirdisch. Es gibt eine Rückrufaktion der IWatch Serie 3. Durch die Ausdehnung der Batterie kann sich das Display lösen. Dieses ist bei mir passiert, aber Apple sagt, meine Uhr ist außerhalb der Garantie. Sie boten mir eine Reparatur an, Sie sagten jedoch nicht dass die Reparatur teurer ist als wenn ich eine neue IWatch der Serie 3 kaufe. Dass es für Rückrufaktionen, also Produktionsfehler, keine Kulanz außerhalb der Garantiezeit gibt ist ja schon eine Frechheit, aber dass Sie mir eine Reparatur anbieten die teurer ist als eine Neue, ist jawohl die Krönung.

You charge too much for accessories.Also people are getting my information from my phone. Not good for business. Also not everyone wants a Face ID. I can’t upgrade my phone until I get a phone with a home screen button so if you would like any more money from my pocket put a home screen button on one of your newest phones hopefully in the near future and not the iPhone 13

Service client lunaire c'est pire que Chronopost...un ordinateur commandé il y a 3 semaines à une adresse point relais proposé par leur site (c'était le moyen de l'avoir plus vite que de le recevoir directement at home ou dans un apple store).
Le point relais proposé par Apple refuse le colis...
Apple me dit que c'est UPS le soucis...
Apple me dit que désormais comme le point relais a refusé le colis, UPS doit leur renvoyer le colis avant ensuite de me le renvoyer...
Pas de news....au bout d'une semaine...je rappelle le service client....1h au tel pour tout réexpliquer...
Apple me dit qu'ils vont me le renvoyer à mon bureau directement....

(pour info j'ai juste cliqué sur le point relais proposé par leur site donc c'est leur systéme qui a une adresse erronée...)
Apple me disent qu'ils changent de transporteur pour l'envoyer à l'adresse initiale (celle qui est erronée...)
Je les informe donc que le même problème va poser la même solution...
Voilà on est à 3 semaines....
Pas d'ordinateur...

Havde købt en Apple TV boks. Ville ikke installeres. Skrev mig op til Apple support. I løbet af 5 minutter ringede der en supporter. Og vi knoklede sammen i tre kvarter på at få denne apple TV boks til at blive installeret. Det viste sig at der var noget med mit internet, men tilsidst lykkedes det. Kære supporter (gætter på det var en ung mand). Tusind tak for din tålmodighed med gamle mig. Det var helt utroligt. Du gav dig tid og fik løst problemet selv om det tog tid. Tusind tak endnu engang.

Apple customer support is complete waste of time. You purchase a phone from apple means you ended up loosing money, and their technology is becoming worst and worst every year, I was using my iPhone 8plus then I changed it to new version 11plus and it’s my dam mistake I guess now 11plus is completely waste of money, screen is freezing very often, and the speakers are not that great when I took it to store asked about it all they said was your phone is completely fine there is no problem at all then what is the problem of freezing screen very often I don’t know and I told them I am not satisfied with this ph and they said the only option for you is to trade in.. they offered me $450 where I was purchased $1200 and it’s still under warranty and also it has extended warranty as well. It’s total waste of time calling customer service, better to find some other products or brands instead of spending so much money on the iPhone products.

Hatte Probleme mit einer Bestellung und habe mehrfach angerufen, jedesmal war super nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal dran, die jedes meiner Probleme lösen konnten. Man muss etwas Zeit mitbringen, aber dafür sind die Mitarbeiter so freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Worst service and disruptive to make complaints, newest iOS update has made everything on all my devices not work correctly and made everything more difficult to access…… disgusted

Apple support is abysmal. It used to be better - you would visit a genius bar or call Apple and get someone knowledgeable. Now everyone I talk to from Apple has no preexisting knowledge, they just look up help articles and try to follow them. This is insufficient and results in hours on the phone when an experienced tech support person could solve the problem in minutes.
