Great projector and amazing customer service
I had a fantastic experience with this company, I spoke to Cass who was extremely helpful. I ordered the Apeman LC350 projector which has been running beautifully for a few days now. The fan is slightly noisy but I hear this is most projectors and once the sound is coming out if it, you don’t notice at all. It also has a handy stand to tilt upwards.
I was really worried worried about the reviews after purchasing so I messaged and Cass replied and put my mind to rest and made sure we had it in time for our sons birthday.

Ordering from APEMAN
My Goal whilst writing this review is to WARN people has to what expect when ordering from Apeman. I used to work for a company that provides background checks, customer service and general services evaluations for Individuals and Small Companies that are interested in creating a partnership and/or aquire a Supplier this is very important nowadays because partnering with the wrong company may be a grave mistake, from wich a Startup, will not survive. With this said my purpose is to make sure everyone understands how this company Apeman Official operates. My company made 17 Unique and Credible alias, different names, different backgrounds, different orders/Itens and countries of origin all for the purpose of having real life experience of what it is to Buy/Order or in any way Interect with Apeman.com, the result ?EVERY SINGLE ALIAS had their money STOLEN, from the original 17 "people" that ordered from Apeman only 2 received "their orders", the 1° of them was a Dash Camera - C770 Dash Cam (Non Functional - But the Right Item) and the 2° a Wildlife Camera - Apeman H45 Wildlife Camera (Functional- Wrong Item (Apeman PV-P7 Car Headrest) + Missing Parts). EVERY SINGLE OTHER ALIAS didn't receive ANYTHING, independently of them reaching for help to the customer service or not, the 15 remaing orders ranged from 70$ all the way to 450$. That's an 88.23% of failed orders (if you don't take in consideration the 2 "People" who actually received something.
Terrible customer service
The suction cup mount broke. I have spent the past two weeks (13 emails) trying to get this piece replaced. I have had to ask repeatedly for answers. They do not respond in a timely manner. That’s evident from their responses to the reviews on this site, some are months after their original post. They do not take responsibility for problems or care about customer satisfaction. I asked for my conversation to be forwarded to a supervisor (because there is no other way to contact them) however the person I dealt with refused to do so. I was finally informed they could send the part but it would take 15-20 days. Unacceptable. Beware if you buy their product.

Tried passing off a used item as new , tried to dragged out refund ONLY if I closed PayPal dispute , PayPal advised don’t close dispute!!! PAYPAL dispute found in my favour full refund given

I bought their A79 action camera on their site, which I almost immediately realized was a mistake (mistook it for the A77). No big deal I thought to myself, so I wrote a request to cancel my order about 10 minutes later (in my region businesses are required to offer a full refund up to 14 days after order arrives(!)) and ordered the A77. The first response was pleasant, the support wrote to confirm that I indeed wanted to cancel the order, I promptly responded with yes. 2 days went by until the support wrote again that they would offer me a 10% refund, meaning I would get 7.30€ of the 73€ I spent back and no product. I responded that this is unlawful, and I luckily received the full amount of 73€. They don't have an imprint, as required by EU law on their website. Overall, scammy appearence and scammy behavior, although I got the refund in the end.

I had bought the APEMAN Dash Cam 1080P FHD 3 Inch Car Camera 170° Wide Angle Screen, G-Sensor, WDR, Parking Monitor, Loop Recording, Motion Detection back on Nov 13th, 2022, from Walmart I was told that it had a manufactures warranty for 1 year I also bought the 2 year warranty from Walmart\. On Feb 2023 the window mount broke and the camera stop working, I contact Walmart and was told that i would have to go through Apeman to get it replace because it was still under the 1 year manufactures warranty ever since Feb 2023 I've been emailing this company to get it replace and i have not receive no answer i guess i have to wait for the year to be over to see it the Walmart warranty will cover it. never again will I buy any other product from this company they don't stand by their products.
No way of contacting Apeman
What a dreadful company, impossible to get hold of in any way. There is no phone number anywhere to ring, just a customer support email so a month ago I asked them a simple question regarding my trail camera which had stopped working. I’ve never had a reply so there is clearly no customer support in any shape or form. How this company exists is beyond me as there is no way to contact them. I have now lost all faith in Apeman and have no choice but to research other companies who produce similar cameras.

If I could give multiple negative stars, I would. Dealing with Apeman has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life, seriously. I ordered the front and rear dashcams as a Christmas gift in December. We received a front and rear dashcam with sim card (Apeman Dashcam Hardwire kit CH50, Micro Hardwire Kit for Dash Cam C420/C420D/C860/C770 and Apeman C420D Dual Dash Cam
with TF Card). Upon receipt, the packaging was torn, as if someone had already opened it. Two distinct parts on the cameras were cracked in half, clearly broken. After reaching out to Apeman Customer Service for a return authorization number and refund, they have continually pushed back and jerked us around. They wanted us to just install it in the car and see if if works, no thanks, just a refund please. Then we had to send pictures to show proof of the damaged parts, and to follow explicit instructions to send the unit to California for a return. Did it, and had a signature from UPS as proof of delivery. They then tried to say I didn't follow the instructions properly, even though a rep from their company signed for it. At this point we got the credit card company involved to dispute the charge. Apeman obviously lied and told them the dashcam was delivered in good condition, so now we are having to provide a bunch of info to the credit card company to pursue this. The last I heard from Apeman (in late March!) was they really want to issue us a refund, but can't now because we have filed a "lawsuit" against them with our credit card company and the process is now "frozen". I emailed them and said we had not filed a lawsuit and would be willing to drop the dispute if they would just give us our money back. No response. The total order was for less than $100, but it's the point of the matter. How many other customers are they doing this to? I thought I did my due diligence in reading multiple reviews about the company, which all seemed good, yet here we are. I wish I had known about Trustpilot! I feel like we have been scammed, and would highly recommend you avoid dealing with this company!

We had a near head on crash on country road, visibility was ok. A car crossed the white line and came straight at us. I braked, fortunately the other car veered around us, very close
I presumed the Ape-man would have the evidence. The video showed the incident but the display was not good enough to read the other vehicles number plate. I downloaded it to my computer and used my phone to magnify the image, but still unable to read the number plate. We buy these video cams for just this eventuality, they should do the job!!!
Terrible product. Terrible customer service.
My trail camera stopped working properly a couple of months in. Two things seemed to go wrong at the same time - the footage started to get fogged and pale and the camera would sometimes recognise the SD card and sometimes not.
But I had registered a warranty with Apeman so I wasn’t worried.
Lots of emails later they promised a replacement. It never arrived. I chased again. And again. And again. They said the warranty wasn’t in fact valid as I hadn’t bought direct from their website and they would not be issuing a replacement.
Terrible customer service. Not happy at all. This was a birthday gift and I used it to watch the hedgehogs in my garden which bought me a lot of joy. My experience with this company has soured that joy a little.
Do not recommend. There are better cameras and companies out there.
Apeman confirmed it stopped working after 1 year
Purchased on Amazon, installed professionally, and was recording great for just over a year.
Attempted to troubleshoot with their support and THEY agreed THEIR product was no longer working properly.
I was unable to get anything resolved after I purchased multiple microSD cards to test, card readers to use, and my time and patience in dealing with the aggravation.
They would rather keep an item in their inventory that costs them about $10 to make, rather than do the right thing, stand behind their product, and care about their customers.
I will no longer consider anything this company produces to be of any real value.

Wenn es Minussterne zu vergeben wären, dann würde Apemann diese bekommen. So eine minderwertige Ware! Unfassbar.
Rücksendung nach Spanien, auf eigene Kosten, Hermes kann diese Adresse in Spanien aber nicht finden, obwohl es die Rücksendeadresse ist, die Apemann mir als Mail geschickt hat.
Fazit: Geld für die Schrotware weg und auch noch für ein Auslandspaket! Also Leute kauft da bloß nicht!
There are several issues
There are several issues. There is no software support available or if there is they are not allowing end users access. I want to update and have not had any success with support. Almost all reputable manufactures of trail cameras have firmware available. The other issue is I had is the 2 H70's i used always fogged up with temp changes and rain. I even tried to use anti fog spray without any luck. I have 3 other manufactures trail cameras out at the same time and they had no issues with fogging. I would not recommend the H70 even at the money they are asking.

Stay away from Apeman products
Purchased a new Apeman 420D dual Dashcam and within a few days a problem started. The screen kept showing “not enough storage “, bearing in mind this was a new formatted 32gb sd card and hardly driven. Format the sd card again and seemed to start working again until the “not enough storage” appeared again. Turns out it’s a common fault after searching online. Some people have flashed the latest version on and worked again or stuck with having to format every so often which could be whilst driving when you actually need no distractions and the camera to be working fine and not checking every 2 mins.
Contacted Apeman and they got back to me and asked for the version I was running etc. after they wanted the receipt for purchase and offering to compensate me, they just disappeared and no more contact for last 2 weeks. They don’t care their products don’t work, simple.
Longevity questionable
I bought an Apeman Camera just over 12 months ago and was very impressed with the quality against price. Just after the warranty period expired the camera stopped functioning at night as it appeared the led lights had packed up and was failing to capture as a night cam. It still works in daylight but disappointed it didn't last longer.
Apeman dishonest 24 month warranty claims
My Apeman C580 WiFi dash cam stopped working & refused to switch on, after the guarantee expired. Although I registered for the 24 month warranty, customer care refused to replace the device after I sent them a video. Since then the dash cam went to trash can. I will never buy any of their products again. Stay away from purchasing their products, it's sold under false misleading marketing!
