I bought 4 Apeman cameras.
I have problems with 2 of them, impossible to read and play the videos anymore, after 1 month only.
I have contacted them on the website for help (thinking I was not doing something correctly)
I have never received any answer from them.
I deeply regret this purchase with this compagny.

Customer service to deal with an incorrect product sent was non existent.

Acheté une caméra de chasse H60 qui ne fonctionne pas au bout de 3 jours. Nombreux mails envoyés à l'adresse donnée sur le site et pas de réponse. Très déçu!!!!!

I bought the C860 camera two months ago. The camera will shut down randomly. I have tried to contact customer support three different ways.

It's been two weeks and no one has responded.

Don't waste your money...just get a camera from a company with a good reputation.

Made a purchase of a a dashcam and wiring (C770 Dashcam), it was faulty unfortunately. However, I wanted to return and replace or return and refund. In regards to a replacement, they asked me to send my address (After several e-mails going back and forth which caused no issues), when I sent them my address, they claimed they did not receive the address so considered the case closed. I even wrote to them several times to ask if they had received the address and they ignored all of those and pretended like they had not. After that, I went to PayPal to get my money back and they said that in order to get my money back I would have to close my PayPal case, I did not do that as PayPal was my last line of protection. However, even PayPal have failed to protect me, which I am really surprised by. I wish I had seen the reviews on here before ever purchasing from Apeman. They are awful and despite what seemed like good communication, know all of the tricks in the book to avoid issuing a refund.

Ich möchte die Kamera zurücksenden und erhalte aber keine Rückmeldung. Habe apeman inzwischen zweimal angeschrieben und um eine Rücknahmebestätigung und Rücksendeanschrift gebeten.

Der Saugnapf hält nicht gut an der Autoscheibe und
ich will keine Klebestreifen verwenden, da sich diese wahrscheinlich im Sommer bei hohen Temperaturen
ebenfalls lösen und man dann zusätzlich noch überall Klebereste im Kamerabereich finden würde.
Die Bilder auf der kleinen Kamera an sich sind gut, aber am Computer nicht 100%tig scharf, aber man kann wichtige Geschehnisse erkennen.

Ho acquistato due Apeman A87 per usarle durante i miei frequenti viaggi turistici e ambedue, dopo alcuni giorni di riprese (che sarebbero anche buone) improvvisamente non hanno più funzionato senza alcun motivo. La prima volta in Islanda (agosto 2022)! Dove potevo trovare in quelle lande desolate un rimpiazzo? Impossibile. La seconda volta nelle Highlands Scozzesi (agosto 2023): stessa situazione. Ho fatto presente il tutto. La prima volta me l'hanno cambiata gratuitamente (ma ormai il viaggio era finito) mentre la seconda volta non si sono neanche interessati di rispondermi qualcosa nonostante mie continue richieste per tutto il 2023. Assolutamente inaffidabili come prodotto, assolutamente inesistenti come customer care. Alla lontana.

This company is an absolute shameless scam. I receive an incomplete order (missing remote control) send the product back upon instructions and paid for the return. Apeman would send a new good and complete Beamer and would repay the return cost. I have heard nothing anything. They robbed me for over euro 100

Have an Apeman dash cam. On cold nights the settings totally clear and every morning I have to reenter the date and time. I tried contacting support twice and never heard back. There is a reason that the reviews of this company are so bad. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this brand.

My Apeman dashcam died after 6 years so, having been very pleased with it, I decided to buy the latest version from Apeman. I bought the new camera on-line and it was delivered promptly and seems to work pretty much the same as the old one.

I then decided to buy the hardware kit, which I should have done in the first place, which would have saved me postage. However, I purchased a kit and almost immediately realised that I had ordered the wrong type. So I sent an email to Apeman asking them to amend the order, using the link on the order confirmation I received. This email was sent within 30 minutes of my order. However, there was no communication from them and I received the "wrong" kit a few days later. To date I have sent four seperate emails asking if I could have the kit exchanged or if they could supply some sort of adaptor to allow me to use the kit on my new camera but so far I have not had any response from Apeman.

This situation prompted me to check their reviews on Trustpilot and it seems others have had similar experiences with their customer service, or lack of it. Very disappointing.

le 6 septembre 2023 j'ai commandé sur le site officiel d'APEMAN une camera de chasse H80, j'ai bien été débité le lendemain et je n'ai jamais reçu le colis. j'ai la preuve du suivi que celui ci est retourné en Allemagne pour le motif que je ne sais pas. Le problème se situe sur leur site, car il ne réponde jamais à mes relances.
que puis je faire. ? avez vous une solution. merci

Been emailing them every day for returns form to return faulty goods £77 for a Xmas present and going to have to buy another dash cash . I should have read the reviews before buying .
ITS A LEASON LEARNED

Wie schon beschrieben, Geld gleich kassiert, wollten die Kamera zurückgeben, war alles noch original verpackt, nach 6 Mail und 4 Bilder und 10 Tage habe die Genehmigung erhalten das ich sie zurücksenden darf, allerdings Porto muss man selbst zahlen, jetzt mal warten wie lange ich auf das Geld warten muss. Nicht zu empfehlen, kostet mehr Zeit als die Ware wert ist

I have emailed Apeman several times over a 2 week period trying to buy a replacement windshield mount for my C860 dashcam. They do not respond at all to the emails. There is no support phone number to call. I don't think I would buy from them again because support is apparently non-existent.

I have been happy with trail cameras from them.

My recent experience is with their dash camera.

Cannot even use the wi fi app with my smart phone.

Their app only works with older android os NOT with os 12

Bought a pre-lovef car with dual dashcam fitted that is not in their current offering. Sent off a request with a picture for the model number and instructions. 1 response from Momia - see pic - spare no effort = make no effort. That was over 3 weeks ago with subsequent chasers and new requests (around 6 further attempts). I'm being ignored

Eher Minus 5 Punkte! Aus Erfahrungsberichten und eigenen Feststellungen deutet sich ein betrügerisches Verhalten an.
Bestellt, Geld kassiert, keine Bestellbestätigung oder ähnlich erhalten, keinerlei Rückmeldung oder Reaktion auf mehrere Versuche der Kontaktaufnahme.

Bestellt woanders oder gleich andere Marken!

Einen Punkt gibt es für das tatsächliche erhalten der Ware, wobei ich mir wirklich unsicher bin, ob das bei jedem zutrifft.
Beim Rückversand, der an die Adresse ging, von der es zugeschickt wurde,mit Vervolgungsnachweis, gibt der Verkäufer an, dass die Ware an 'eine Falsche Adresse' zurückgeschickt wurde und das Geld nicht zurückerstattet wurde. Die Zustellung ist jedoch, nach DHL Sendeverfolgung an 'den Geschäftsparter' zugestellt worden. Vor der Rücksendung wurde diese angekündigt, worauf der APEMAN einen weiteren Rabatt von 20% zurückerstatten würde, wenn die Ware behalten worden wäre, oder eben den Porto bezahlen, um den vollen Preis zu erhalten. Dadurch, dass die DVD Player falsch gekauft wurden wurde, angekündigt, die Ware zurückgeschickt. Dann sowas. Jetzt haben sie die Ware und das Geld geben sie auch nicht raus. Ich werde mich rechtlich beraten, und weiterverfolgen, das ganze wird öffentlich gemacht. Alle Mails und Nachweise sind vorhanden.

I ordered Dash cam from the official website. The quality is really bad, after 7 months of working it start smells like burn and stoped working.
The problem with this company is they are very hard to contact.
Also they didn't send invoice from the purchase, only for review. So now it will be impossible to have my warranty.
