Bought a C550 dual lens dash cam from this company in May 2024. It worked ok for 4mths but then started buzzing continuously like an alarm clock. The only way to stop it was to unplug it and let the internal battery die!
Sent two emails (separate routes) but no response after 3weeks.
Like the majority of the reviews here I regret buying from this Mickey Mouse company. Although we’re told that buying online is safe, the truth is far from it.
I’ve obviously wasted £60+ and considerable effort installing this piece of junk.
BUYER BEWARE!
I blame myself to a degree for not remembering to check out the reviews of these scammers.
AVOID AT ALL COST! Or end up out of pocket like myself.

Ich benötige ein Ersatzteil für eine Apeman Kamera.
Mein Mann hat versucht eine Telefonnummer herauszufinden ohne Erfolg.

Daher schrieb er etwa im Mai eine E-Mail an die Firma Apeman, doch keinerlei Rückmeldung.

Im August schrieb ich nochmal eine E-Mail, doch diese ist bis heute noch unbeantwortet.

Das ist ein beschissener Kundenservice.

Da denk man man kauft etwas Gutes mit dementsprechendem Kundenservice aber nichts davon ist eingetreten.

same as other person, only noticed this company when I had a message from PayPal confirming the £6 per month subscription that has been taken. Apparently they have been for the last few months. I have never heard of them. I have emailed them. Lets wait and see.
Luckily I seem to have paid through PayPal?????

First time I heard of this company was when I noticed I had been charged a monthly subscription fee to them. Clearly fraud. Based on the other review, I'm not surprised. Must be run by some aweful people.

Purchased the APEMAN H80 several weeks ago and have spent most of this time trying the get the camera to work as specified. Connecting to the camera via the App is hit and miss and connects when it wants to (in-spite of good Wi-Fi. The seller tells me to take a video. How do I take a video from the phone when the phone is have a hissy fit trying to connect to APEMAN. Really regret buying one.

I purchased 3 Apeman action cameras 6 years ago and received great customer service. I had an account with them and was in contact several times. I have not logged in in several years. Now I received an email to celebrate their 4 year anniversary, go figure that? I see they are now doing trail cameras. I purchased the H80. When I tried to log into my account I couldn't remember my password so clicked the link and was advised tha I would be emailed a link to reset within the 10 minutes. I've still not received that email and have tried several times since.
I then tried to use the phone app to link by WIFI and the android version is not accessable. I wrote them an email 5 days ago on their customer support site and still have not received any reply.
I tried to run the trail camera using 3 different battery sets (8 batteries in each), Duracell industrial, Duracell Procell high intensity and 2700 mAh rechargable batteries. When the power button is turned on, the screen flicks to life for 2 seconds and then shuts off. I have once again sent emails to Apeman without any reply. To say that the customer service has declined is a vast understatement.

Tried contacting company via numerous emails regarding firmware update to my H45 12mb trial camera but, no-one has had the decency to reply !
Disgraceful !!!

Can I give zero stars?

Have tried to contact Apeman through customer services and technical support numerous times over the past three weeks regarding a trailcam that has stopped working just within warranty. Are they not responding until the warranty runs out, or is their normal position? I suspect the later having read previous reviews.

It's a shame because the product has been so good, in the past, that I've ordered many times.

The video on the replacement camera isn't as sharp as the first camera I bought. Had I bought it from Amazon I would have a new one.

I ordered camera (order number UKAP9432) but Royal Mail delivered to the wrong address. (This is confirmed by the photograph that Royal mail added to the tracking). Royal Mail have directed me back to contact Apeman.

I have just emailed apeman with the following message below

Hi
I have photographic evidence that my order UKAP9432 has been left at the wrong address and I have not been able to retrieve it.

Royal mail have advised me that I need to contact you as they can not help!

Please advise. I need the camera ASAP>

I am hopeful that Apeman will respond to my email and contact me promptly to resolve this so that I can give a 5 star review. They are not at fault for the incorrect delivery, it is the carrier, Royal Mail.

Keine Antwort vom "Support" auf die bitte einer aktuellen Firmware. Runterladen lässt sie sich nicht, die verlinkte Support Seite gibt einen 404er.

Ordered a camera, which arrived. There was a fault with the item. Emailed the company at numerous address found on their website....no response from anyone. Have already requested Paypal to resolve the issue

I ordered a dashcam. When I checked the tracking, I found that it had been returned to the sender (presumably miss-addressed). I sent an email to the company but heard nothing. Then I tried their FB page, but also received no response. I have to assume that if I had a problem with their product, I would get no help either. This is a disgusting way to do business. Will avoid this company in future.

Jiabing WU is running a negligent company.

I purchased a projector from Apeman 3 weeks ago. When turning the machine on, the on button lights up, but the projector has only a 1 in 10 chance of lighting up – the screen usually remains blank. Additionally, when the screen does eventually light up, a black circle appears in the centre of the screen and grows until the whole screen is black.

Most disappointingly, Apeman has provided no remedy. My initial emails were ignored. I have now been contacted by what appears to be an automated bot, but they have not replied to any of my emails requesting a refund. This company is run by Jiabing WU and is a scam.

EDIT 10/04: I have now received a refund - I hope others are able to too. If you email enough times and mention the owner's name, this should eventually work.
