Nice apartments, great customer service

I booked my apartment with AB. I cannot recommend this company enough. The service they have is a 10 out of 10. They helped me with the check in and every question I had. Also had a lot of tips and activities to do around the city. Hopefully be back ASAP!

The whole experience was so smooth and good. A good and comfortable apartment made my holidays in Barcelona even better <3

My friend and I wanted to take a in-depth tour of Catalonia, so we rented a flat for a month. The flat we rented was conveniently located near Plaza Catalunya. The stay was a great experience, the flat was as beautiful as the pictures, the staff were very helpful in answering any questions we had and everything went smoothly with no problems at check out.

I just recently rented an apartment with AB and I have no bad things to say about the people and the company itself! The employees were fantastic throughout the entire process! They made everything very clear and understandable as well as ensured the apartment and its amenities were to my liking. I especially love the electronic keys that are used to gain access to the apartment. It makes it super easy to get in; I don't have to worry about remembering a key. It was a super easy set up and I have had no issues with it. Highly recommend their services! AMAZING experience!

I had a great stay at the apartment, very central location.

However, after spending €4000 euro for a 3-month stay - They claimed €329,67 euro of my deposit, for 'damages' that were already existent when I arrived at the apartment.

These were a stain on the wall, a broken concrete slab, and a barely useable clothes maid, which were already present on arrival. I didn't report them, as I'm not a difficult person, and I just accepted it was an old apartment with character.

When I received this news a month after my stay, I was very disappointed as I treated the apartment with nothing but respect and left it very clean. I sent photo evidence multiple times dated back to my arrival date however, the evidence was ignored and the deposit was taken without any real explanation or justification.

However, after writing this review, and much deliberation and communication over the past 4 months, they finally agreed to return the rest of my deposit, and is the reason I'm updating this review.

Overall I had a great stay, however, the communication wasn't great, and when using this company, make sure to take photos of the apartment's initial state for future reference, and report anything that looks damaged straight away to cover yourself for when you leave, just in case they try to steal this out of your deposit when you leave

NO ALQUILEN AQUI !!!!!! SON LO PEOR QUE HAY EN BARCELONA.

Sin ampliar mucho mi nefasta y surrealista experiencia con estos impresentables, decir que a los 3 dias de alojarme me paso exactamente lo mismo que comenta Jose Mateos, entra al piso el supuesto propietario diciendo que el no sabia que había gente ahí. Pero no solo eso, se estaba metiendo en todos los pisos porque al parecer era el propietario de todo el edificio, surrealista.
Llamo a la inmobiliaria y saben que me responde AB APARTAMENT BARCELONA? "usted cerro bien la puerta? aveces hay gente que va probando las llaves de los pisos".
Se imaginan el desamparo que puedes sentir si estas de viaje y te pasa esto? o si no hablas español? Extranjeros, no alquilen aqui.

Como no podia creer que me dijieran eso, fui presencialmente a su oficinas y mas de lo mismo. Pasaban de mi, les da igual los clientes.
Pero cuando les mencione que tenia videos y que lo iba a denunciar a la policia, ahi si me dijieron que llamaron al propietario y era el.

SEGUNDA VEZ documentada que les pasa esto, casualidad? NO, son la peor inmobiliaria de Barcelona, por lejos.

Pero esto no finaliza aqui, al retirarme del piso, me cobran 223 euros porque una pata de una mesa, que vale 20, no encaja bien en su lugar.
Intento llegar a un acuerdo, comprandoles la misma mesa( 20 euros la pague) , arreglandola yo, facilitandole el repuesto y saben que hicieron? ME LO COBRARON IGUAL, pasando de mi por segunda vez. Ellos solo quieren tu dinero, en ningun momento se ponen del lado de los clientes.

El desglose del importe:

50 euros de 1hs de arreglo, 41 euros de DESPLAZAMIENTO y 130 euros del material..... si, como lo leen, en ninguna parte del mundo te pueden cobrar esto. Es una estafa en toda regla.

Vivo hace 3 años en Barcelona y les aseguro que nada se aproxima a lo mal que lo pase alquilando con esta inmobiliaria.

Pictures of the flat were taken years ago : everything was old. 2 air conditioning systems not working (out of 4), table with a missing leg, apartment door did not work properly (we had been locked outside 2 times in 5 days). The flat was not clean when we arrived, the shower has mold and dirt. No access to the terrace.
The host accepted that we leave earlier with a refund for the missing nights, but finally did not keep its promises.

Eliminé accidentalmente el correo electrónico de confirmación de mi casilla de correo y ya no pude utilizar los servicios de AB Barcelona. Usé AB en Austria y usted envió mi solicitud de una nueva confirmación a España y en 5 minutos recibí esta confirmación por correo electrónico desde Barcelona. Muchas gracias por esto.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Barcelone au pied de la place Espanya et des transports. Le logement est fonctionnel et lumineux cependant nous avons été gêné par les odeurs de Kebab qui remontaient par les aérations, alors que nous étions au 5ème étage. Des fumées et odeurs envahissaient le logement chaque jour, c'est un problème à régler rapidement ainsi que la porte de la salle de bain qui frotte au sol et paume de douche à changer.

Ik heb een jaar bij AB gezeten voor mijn studie in Barcelona, en ik kan geen verbeterpunten geven! Service was goed, als ik hulp nodig had waren ze er om mij te helpen, en ze waren heel vriendelijk! Absoluut geen problemen gehad en als die er waren, werden ze snel verholpen. Ik had alles wat ik nodig had, ik zou zeker opnieuw met AB de zee in gaan als ik terug ben in Barcelona! Bedankt voor de geweldige verblijf AB!

We have been staying with AB during our placement years in an apartment in born, so far we have had the best experience ever. When we first moved in there was a few issues with damages from previous tenants (as we moved in the day they moved out) but they managed to fix everything within the first two weeks of our stay. We are now staying for the whole year and couldn’t have picked a better company to rent with. A lot of our friends doing Erasmus have had a lot of trouble with their landlords as well, we have only experienced positive things with this agency! Couldn’t fault it. Thank you to a great team!

dysfonctionnement dans l'appartement : pas le WIFI présenté dans l'annonce ce qui est dommage quand on fait des études en ligne. Plusieurs prises de courant faisaient sauter les fusibles. Mais surtout voilà plus d'un mois que ma fille a quitté l’appartement et la caution ne nous a toujours pas été rendue après 3 appels où on nous jure que cela va être fait

Kundenservice nicht zu trauen, Apartment ist nicht sauber, Garage passt nur zu kleinen Autos.

Broken promises. I've been waiting for 3 days to get an iron to the apartment. I keep receiving promises that they will send it with no clear answer as to when they will deliver the item (which should've been in the flat to start with). The flat is missing many basic items and the customer services team is very unresponsive once you already paid. Not worth the hassle.

L'appartamento disponeva di tutti i comfort. Problema con le tapparelle risolto in un battibaleno con i tecnici. Comoda la chiave elettronica, ma che a mio parere va fornita fin da subito a tutti gli inquilini. Avevo richiesto in seguito la chiave anche per il mio inquilino ma non è mai riuscito ad ottenerla. Per il resto, tutto fantastico.

Goed appartement op een mooie locatie. Zeker een aanrader. Communicatie met AB appartement prima. Alleen wat onduidelijkheid met het ophalen van de sleutel. Terugbrengen kan efficiënter door de sleutel achter te laten in het appartement ipv terug te moeten brengen naar kantoor. Ze nemen immers alleen de sleutel aan de rest wordt via mail geregeld.

La casa offre degli spazi molto confortevoli. Nonostante fossimo state in 5 non abbiamo avuto problemi di spazio grazie anche all'organizzazione delle stanze e all'ampio soggiorno con terrazzo. Il bagno un po' piccolo per 5 persone.
Proprio di fronte all'appartamento è situata una fermata del bus che porta direttamente alla Barceloneta, mentre la metropolitana è a soli 5 minuti di distanza.
