Good service

I had to cancel the booking because some of my friends had covid. The assistants always replied very fast and were kind to me. I had some problem with receiving the refund but they did everything to give it to me as fast as possible. I would recommend booking with them.

Everything was perfect

Everything was perfect, the check-in was easy, the staff of the agency was very nice and the flat was as expected, I recommend and I would come back for sure!

Gracias por tu reseña, Pelayo. Después de analizar tu caso, queremos transmitirte que lamentamos mucho tu experiencia. El apartamento en el que estabas interesado no podría albergar a más de 4 personas y nuestro deber como empresa es ceñirnos a las normas y restricciones que establece el Ayuntamiento de Barcelona, por lo que no era posible alojar a 5 personas en un apartamento con capacidad para 4. Por nuestra parte, hicimos todo lo que estuvo en nuestras manos, ofreciendo modificar tu reserva por otro apartamento para que no perdieras el importe inicial, aunque sentimos mucho que al final no fuera posible encontrar el apartamento adecuado. Tenemos en cuenta tus comentarios para seguir mejorando, y si decides venir a Barcelona en otra ocasión, estaremos encantados de poder ayudarte y hacer que tengas una mejor experiencia.

Great 9 months stay with AB

We stayed with AB for 9 months in one really nice apartment in Gracia. From the first contact on, the staff was great and very supportive and everything went very fast. Whenever there was a little issue (e.g. no electricity), the staff from AB was answering as fast as possible, even it was Sunday morning at 7 am. So many thanks to AB for the time and support during our stay. Special thanks to Eva, our point of contact in AB, who was every time available for answering all questions and helping with all issues.

My stay with AB Apartment was great

My stay with AB Apartment was great, all my requests were dealt with on time, the flat looked exactly as advertised and nothing broke during my stay, this might have been the most uneventful stay in a flat ever....but that's what made it stress free and memorable
