AB Apartment Barcelona has managed my apartment in Barcelona for +10 years and all I can say are good things about them. Professional, honest and hard working company.

We stayed with our family at Enrique Granados Apartment ref.731 The apartment was great together with an amazing location. Furthermore, we were contacted before, during and after our stay by the customer experience department.

The apartment is old, but very nice set up. It accommodates 6 people, has 2 bathrooms and is in a good location, next to Sagrada Familia. The experience with the firm was good, but the late check-in process was a mess, we had to wait 30mins at 23:30 in the evening, with two small children.

Estupendo apartamento, agradable, muy limpio y bien ubicado. A destacar la atención al cliente de AB Apartament Barcelona, ante cualquier petición o duda responden muy rápido y muy amablemente. Sin duda repetiremos.

AB Parc Guell Luxury

Appartamento bellissimo, e pulitissimo molto vicino alla metro, in una zona tranquilla e molto bella.
Vi è un balcone enorme, dove noi, facevamo colazione.
Noi eravamo in quattro, due coppie e avevamo due belle camere con due bagni, un grande salone e cucina.
La cucina è molto attrezzata, anche se noi, pranzavamo e cenavamo fuori.
Intorno alla casa, vi sono molti ristoranti, e sotto il condominio vi è un forno che ha degli ottimi croissant e pane per la colazione.
Ottimo contatto con l' agenzia, davvero veloci nel rispondere alle mail durante la prenotazione e in caso di bisogno.
Cauzione rimborsatami dopo dieci giorni dal nostro rientro a casa, senza nessuna trattenuta.
Insomma tutto perfetto.
Quando torneremo a Barcellona, sicuramente saranno la nostra prima scelta.

The team were fabulous! We had everything we could possibly need all sorted in the apartment, ready and waiting for us. 10/10

WARNING: Do not choose this apartment!! My fellow exchange students and I had the worst experience we have ever had as tourists in Europe, and we had to live there for four months as we had payed. Throughout the four months there were people yelling and getting deducted a lot of money from AB. All with same problems as us.. When booking the apartment all the reviews were positive, so we did not get warned until it was too late. The worst part was the attitude and lack of help from the admin, and getting blamed for the problems. The list its long so i'll try to keep it short:

Firsts of all the pictures are not the same as the actual product. With this being said, thats the case for most of Europe. Whats surprised us was the state of the apartment. In short: the air condition didn't work for 1 months and every day there were workers in the apartment trying to fix it, the electricity went out two days so we had to live in a place near El Raval (not to be recommended for girls), the fridge door was broken, the freezer didnt work, the shower was clogged, the shower smelled sewage, in the winter the heating didnt work so we slept with jackets, we had cockroaches and sooo on...

After the stay AB had the nerve to not pay back all of the security deposit. We emailed them for a long time explaining, showing pictures and proving our right. They just stopped responding. We dont know what to do other than to warn everyone from this place!!

And to answer AB below: Finally they acknowledge that we had many problems. It was NOT solved promptly, we had the air condition guys in and out for one month. Same guys fixed the heater for about a week. The clogged shower was clogged as we came to the apartment, which is proved by when we filed the problem. And the "need for extra cleaning" is BS. We cleaned the apartment and in addition we had already paid for check out-cleaning when we paid our first deposit (!!). Outrageous.

We were on exchange for four months and booked a stay with AB apartment Barcelona for all these months. It is the worst we have experienced. Every day there were visitors in the reception who argued with those who worked there about things they were accused of destroying. We had problems with the apartment every day. The problems were that the air conditioning didn't work, the electricity went out, the fridge was broken, the freezer didn't work, the shower was clogged, there was a smell of sewage in the bathroom, in winter the heating didn't work so we had to sleep with jackets and the list is longer. We sent daily emails to the management but were blamed for all the mistakes. We did not get back the money we paid as a security deposit when we left the apartment. Afterwards, we sent many emails to get this back as it was not right to withdraw. Apartment Barcelona just stopped responding to us. That is why we choose to warn everyone else. DO NOT BOOK APARTMENT BARCELONA

i spent 2 weeks in an apartment in Barcelona Near plaça d'Espanya. the situation of the appartment is great. the apartment need to be refreshed. i was suprised that all my digital keys were cancelled 12hours before checkout time. we were like hotage with no possibility to go out without the keys. i have sent several message with no answer. this was really non professional. until today no answer, excuse, nothing...

Rude staff. They will steal your deposit and bait and switch your reservation if your place happens to be overbooked. Make sure to document everything. They do have nice properties but the management/adminstration isn't worth the headache. They do not control their key copies well and prior guests and residents can and will enter your property. Not recommended for single travelers

Appartamento strategico come posizione, strada silenziosa e stabile curato.

Nach Ankunft und 16 Stunden Fahrt, hat die Mitarbeiterin uns die Türkarten abgegeben, nach Antritt im Appartement, ein Schreck: die Bett Bezüge( 6 Bett Zimmer nur ein davon Sauber), waren mit Blutfleck und Haare beschmutzt, die Toilette war noch mit Überreste vom Vormieter versehen, Waschbecken nach Benutzung verstopft und überflutet, Der Stecker vom Fernsehen hang 20 cm. raus und Fernsehkabel konnte auch nicht eingesteckt werden, Spülmaschinenkorb teilweise verrostet(Emalie hat sich gelöst), Gefrierfach vom Kühlschrank massive Eis sich gebildet gehabt und unter dem Eis noch 2 Weintrauben und Aufkleber vom Flaschen, nach unsere Beschwerde wollte Mitarbeiterin auch kein andere Wohnung uns anbieten, angeblich keine Wohnung Frei, die interessiert sich auch nicht wie wir als Familie einigermaßen Normale bleibe finden sollen, also eine Woche Urlaub für happige 1570,-Euro und ein verkotzten Urlaub, Nie wieder AB Apartement Barcelona.

Great Apartment near Parc Guell, very good informations and contact to the host.

Vi måtte ret hurtigt ændre rejseplaner grundet strejke hos SAS. Det endte med en tur til Barcelona, hvor vi fandt en lejlighed tæt ved Placa de Catalunya. Der var plads til 8 (2 familier) - de sidste 2 opredninger var dog i stuen, men det var intet problem. Der var en stor terrasse, hvor vi kunne nyde morgenmaden hjemme. Det var et kæmpe plus, da vi ikke skulle afsted om morgenen for at få morgenmad. Det samme gjaldt om aftenen. Her kunne vi nyde det dejlige vejr fra terrassen, mens ungerne hyggede. Meget tæt på er der fantastiske muligheder for at handle ind til billige penge. Denne lejlighed lå et stykke fra Barceloneta, men vi købte blot et 10 turs kort til hver person (til undergrunden) og kom af den vej ret hurtigt derned.
Vi manglede 2 hovedpuder og dem kom værterne med lynhurtigt, da vi rettede henvendelse. Eneste mangel i køkkenet var et skærebræt og en brødkniv. Ellers absolut intet at klage over. Vi vil helt sikkert bruge AB Apartments igen. En super detalje; Nøglen er en app - det betyder, at du ikke skal forbi et kontor hverken ved ankomst eller afrejse.
