Kind and helpful staff. Excellent location, well communicated with public transport and easy to walk to many places. Some maintenance is required in the over all upkeep of the apartment I stayed in.

Not worth the price
I paid more than 280€ for one night in an apartement in Barcelona. The Apartment is ok, its enough, but not worth almost 300€. The toilet is very dirty, it smells moldy inside the apartement. Very strange, because they ask 149€ as a cleaning fee on booking.com.
When we arrived at 15h i realized that there are no covers for the duvets, so i contacted the customer support and wrote a complaint. I dont know If the duvets are washed so i dont want my kids to use them without covers. Its now 21.15h and i still didnt get any response. Also, the electric key doesnt work well at the apartment door, we tried for almost 15 Minutes before it finally worked. Now i will bring my kids to bed and we have to use our clothes as duvets because we dont know what to use otherwise. Cant recommend this, very sad that i lost this amount of money as a single mother of three kids, because i wanted to make them happy with a trip to Barcelona.

Appartement propre et complet. Très bien situé.
Service client rapide et clair. Au vu des commentaires j’avais peur pour la caution mais tout s’est bien passé pour ma part. Le montant de la caution n’a ni était prélevé ni bloqué. J’ai juste donné l’accord pour que le montant soit prélevé en cas de problème.
J’avais aussi des craintes concernant les clé sur l’application mais il n’y a eu aucun beugue durant tout le séjour.
L’appartement était très bien décoré, propre et avec tout le matériel nécessaire. Situé littéralement a 7 minutes de la sagrada familia et plein de commerces tout autour. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Appartement propre et conforme à la description. Par contre il devait être climatisé mais la clim était en panne . AB ne l'a pas signalé. Ils ont mis une clim portative à la place mais l'appartement était étouffant 28,5 avec la clim et plus dans les chambres . AB aurait dû nous proposer autre chose....nous sommes partis plus tôt très déçus car pas très arrangeants .

We stayed three nights in the apartment…
We stayed three nights in the apartment in the Sagrada Familia district. The customer service is very attentive and can be easily reached, the apartment is very clean, not really soundproofed, but not being sensitive to noise this did not bother us. There were 4 of us in a 6-person apartment, but I wouldn't recommend being more than that number. The apartment was cozy, but did not have enough dishes.

Overall a good experience, excellent location, size was good, clean place. Only complaint was the toilets were stinking all the time and hot was was an issue.

Fungus in the bathroom and irrelevant charge of the deposit
Premium apartment I rented nearby Sagrada Família had a ceiling covered in fungus (photo available upon request). In the bathroom. On top of that, the AC only functions in the main room, resulting in very low temperatures in other rooms at night. Be also prepared for additional charges for a broken lamp that was already damaged upon our arrival. I advise avoiding this company.
