AB Apartment Barcelona, une agence de voleurs à fuir
AB Apartment Barcelona nous a fait payer une caution de 220 euros prétextant que nous avions laissé des taches dans l'appartement et que la bouilloire ne fonctionnait plus car nous l'avions mal utilisée. Quand nous avons demandé qu'ils justifient ce qu'ils avançaient, ils n'ont répondu qu'après plus de deux mois et de nombreux coups de téléphone et mails de notre part. Ils ont fini par nous envoyer 2 photos. Sur l'une ont voit une trace d'eau sur le sol de la salle de bains. Sur l'autre on voit des traces de saleté à l'intérieur de la bouilloire, que nous n'avions malheureusement pas contrôlée à notre arrivée. Nous considérons donc l'encaissement de la caution injustifié et ne recommandons pas cette agence. En effet, nous considérons cela du vol. Nous voyageons souvent avec Airbnb et Booking et n'avons jamais eu ce genre de problème car nous sommes des personnes respectueuses de la propriété d'autrui et rendons les appartements en très bon état.

Nous souhaitons vous expliquer qu’après chaque séjour, nous effectuons une inspection minutieuse pour vérifier que l’appartement soit rendu dans le même état qu’à l’arrivée. Dans votre cas, nous avons constaté, après votre départ, des taches visibles à différents endroits de l’appartement, ainsi que le fait que la bouilloire électrique ne fonctionnait plus correctement. Nous regrettons les éventuels désagréments que ce processus a pu vous occasionner. Notre objectif est toujours de trouver un équilibre juste entre la protection du logement et le respect de nos clients, en agissant avec transparence et professionnalisme.
Reisebericht – AB Apartment Barcelona
Im Dezember 2024 entschieden wir uns, in den Osterferien 2025 gemeinsam mit unseren Jungs – vier Erwachsene und ein Kind – eine Reise nach Barcelona zu unternehmen. Nach langer Suche nach einer geeigneten Unterkunft wurden wir schließlich bei AB Apartment Barcelona fündig und buchten das Apartment AB Margarit II-I. Es schien ideal für eine fünfköpfige Familie geeignet zu sein (Kapazität für bis zu sieben Personen). Nach der Buchungsbestätigung leisteten wir eine Anzahlung in Höhe von ca. 310 €.
Als sich unser Abreisetag, der 04.04.2025, näherte, erhielten wir einen Tag vor dem Abflug einen Anruf von AB Apartment Barcelona. Man teilte uns mit, dass unser gebuchtes Apartment aufgrund eines Wasserschadens nicht verfügbar sei. Am Telefon wurde uns jedoch zugesichert, dass wir stattdessen ein gleichwertiges und frisch renoviertes Apartment erhalten würden. Wir bekamen einen Link zum neuen Apartment und konnten es online begutachten. Dabei stellten wir schnell fest, dass dieses Ersatzapartment preislich und qualitativ nicht dem ursprünglich gebuchten entsprach.
Wir wandten uns daraufhin umgehend per E-Mail an AB Apartment Barcelona und erklärten, dass wir mit dem vorgeschlagenen Ersatz nicht einverstanden seien. Als Antwort hieß es, es seien keine anderen Apartments mehr verfügbar, da alles ausgebucht sei. Man stellte uns vor die Wahl: Entweder das neue Apartment akzeptieren oder die Anzahlung zurückerstattet bekommen– wohlgemerkt weniger als 24 Stunden vor Abflug. Uns blieb letztlich keine andere Wahl, als zähneknirschend zuzustimmen.
Nach unserer Ankunft in Barcelona am 04.04.2025 suchten wir das Ersatzapartment auf – und waren enttäuscht. Es war lediglich für vier Personen ausgelegt, unser jüngstes Familienmitglied war in der Reservierung einfach aus der Gästeliste gestrichen worden. Das Apartment war nicht frisch renoviert, wie behauptet, sondern in einem eher abgenutzten Zustand: Möbel waren teils beschädigt, in den Zimmern standen Feldbetten aus Bundeswehr-Zeiten – immerhin waren die Matratzen bequem. Zwei Badezimmer waren vorhanden, allerdings funktionierte in einem weder das Warmwasser noch der Wasserdruck. Die Türen quietschten, und die bereitgestellten Handtücher waren nicht sauber.
Während des Aufenthalts mussten wir uns ständig mit dem Kundenservice auseinandersetzen – per E-Mail und Telefon. Leider hatten wir jedes Mal eine andere Ansprechperson, was den Eindruck vermittelte, nicht ernst genommen zu werden. Die interne Kommunikation bei AB Apartment Barcelona wirkte vollkommen chaotisch, niemand schien über den aktuellen Stand informiert.
Nach mehrfachem Beschweren wurde uns schließlich ein Preisnachlass in Aussicht gestellt – bis heute warten wir darauf.
Fazit:
Barcelona ist mit seiner beeindruckenden Architektur zweifellos eine wunderschöne Stadt, die man gerne wieder besuchen kann – aber ganz sicher nicht mehr bei AB Apartment Barcelona.

Ended up on the street for hours because my key didn't work. Don't stay here. In a new city and having to sit on the street hoping I was let inside with no response is the most stressed I've ever felt while travelling.

Appartement bruyant avec une porte d'entrée pas assez sécurisée. Prise de courant qui sont mal fixées dans le mur, barre de seuil entre cuisine et salon mal fixée.
Malgré cela l'appartement est proche des commerces et d'une station de métro, ce qui est très pratique.
Accueil (hôtesses agréables) mais non professionnel à l'agence pour la remise des clés (Appartement non prêt attente de 2 heures).

Appartement très bien situé pour visiter Barcelone, même si la rue est bruyante.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables avec beaucoup de rangements.
Le salon/salle à manger est petit et sans véritable fenêtre. Fenêtres opaques dans la cuisine. Mais ne gêne en rien quand on passe la journée à visiter.
Petit bémol 4 chaises pour 5 personnes. A part le petit déjeuner, nous n'avons pas pris nos repas à l'appartement donc pas de problème.
Nous avons eu un problème technique qui a été rapidement pris en charge.
Je recommande.

APPARTAMENTO CONFORTEVOLE
Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti in AB Appartament ho trovato tutti i comfort (macchina da caffè, lavastoviglie, microonde, lavatrice, culla per il bebé e sediolone) lo consiglio a famiglie con bambini piccoli. Sotto a pochi passi c'è un supermercato un po' caro ma si trova tutto anche prodotti italiani. A meno di 5 minuti a piedi dista la metro L3 che ti permette di spostarsi da un posto all altro in breve tempo poiché è tutto ben collegato.

La nostra vicinanza alla metro L3 è ideale per esplorare la città e siamo felici che tu abbia apprezzato la comodità. È sempre un piacere sapere che i nostri ospiti hanno avuto un soggiorno piacevole e senza problemi. Speriamo di accoglierti nuovamente in futuro.
TERRIBILE
Oltre a essere sporco, nell'appartamento erano presenti molti oggetti rotti: ho inviato le foto sulla vostra app. I lavelli dei bagni erano otturati e scaricavano molto lentamente. Nonostante questo chiedete una cauzione come se l'appartamento fosse in perfette condizioni. Tra l'altro nessun vostro incaricato ci ha accolti all'arrivo per verificare le condizioni nè tantomeno si è visto nessuno al momento della partenza.
All'arrivo abbiamo perso più di un'ora di tempo perchè la chiave elettronica non funzionava.
In una settimana di soggiorno vi abbiamo richiesto soltanto alcune pastiglie di detersivo per la lavastoviglie, ma non avete neanche risposto ai messaggi.
Considerato che l'appartamento poteva ospitare 7 persone, lo scaldabagno è troppo piccolo e dovevamo fare la doccia in tempi diversi perchè l'acqua calda non bastava per tutti.
Considerate tutte queste cose il prezzo pagato è molto alto. Sicuramente non consiglierò a nessuno dei miei amici la vostra struttura.
Non si è visto nessuno per tutta la durata del soggiorno, nè nell'appartamento nè sulle scale del palazzo per fare pulizie. Una macchia all'ingresso del palazzo era lì quando siamo arrivati ed era ancora lì alla nostra partenza.

La mia recente esperienza a Barcellona è stata semplicemente fantastica grazie a un appartamento davvero accogliente. Composto da due camere spaziose, una cucina attrezzata e un bagno dotato di vasca, è stato il rifugio perfetto dopo una giornata passata a esplorare il centro della città. Ogni sera, tornare su quel terrazzo per godermi un po' di relax è stata una vera delizia. La tranquillità dell'appartamento ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole, permettendoci di ricaricare le batterie prima di un'altra giornata di avventure.
Devo elogiare il servizio fornito dall'ufficio di AB Appartamenti Barcellona. Sono stati super disponibili e gentili, pronti a rispondere a ogni nostra domanda con chiarezza e velocità. Ogni volta che ci siamo trovati a dover affrontare un problema o a cercare consigli, il loro supporto è stato fondamentale. La loro professionalità ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più piacevole e senza stress.
In sintesi, consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chiunque desideri visitare Barcellona e godere di un soggiorno confortevole e rilassato, supportato da un servizio clienti impeccabile!

Wir waren 7 Freunde und wir sind alle sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist sehr gut, die meisten Ziele waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben während unseres Aufenthalts (6 Tage) eine Karte für 10 Fahrten gekauft und es hat uns gereicht! Die Antworten auf unsere Fragen an den Gastgeber gingen sofort ein, wofür wir sehr dankbar sind! ❤️Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ausgezeichnet!

Gemischte Erfahrung – Schöne Wohnung, aber Lärmbelästigung durch Baustelle
Ich habe im Oktober 2024 mit meiner Familie für fünf Nächte in einer Ferienwohnung von AB Apartment Barcelona in der Carrer del Comte d’Urgell übernachtet. Die Wohnung selbst war modern, sauber und gut ausgestattet, und die Lage ist sehr zentral, was uns gut gefallen hat.
Leider wurde unser Aufenthalt jedoch erheblich durch Lärmbelästigung von einer Baustelle direkt vor dem Gebäude gestört. Tägliche Bohrungen und Straßenarbeiten begannen früh am Morgen (zwischen 8:00 und 8:30 Uhr) und dauerten bis zum Abend, was unsere Erholung stark beeinträchtigte. Wir wurden jeden Morgen von dem Lärm geweckt, und ein Ausschlafen war unmöglich. Diese Tatsache wurde uns im Vorfeld nicht mitgeteilt, was sehr enttäuschend war.
Der Anbieter hat auf meine Beschwerde reagiert und eine Entschädigung angeboten, die jedoch meiner Meinung nach nicht vollständig dem Ausmaß der Beeinträchtigung entsprach.
Insgesamt war die Wohnung schön, aber der Aufenthalt wurde leider durch den Baulärm getrübt. Ich empfehle potenziellen Gästen, sich vor einer Buchung nach möglichen Bauarbeiten in der Umgebung zu erkundigen.

Wir möchten Sie darauf hinweisen, dass die Bauarbeiten weder mit der Wohnung noch mit dem Gebäude in Verbindung stehen, da es sich um eine öffentliche Baustelle handelt. Dennoch verstehen wir Ihre Frustration und haben Ihnen daher aus Kulanz eine Ermäßigung von 20 % auf die Mietkosten angeboten. Zudem möchten wir Sie darüber informieren, dass wir mehrere Apartments im selben Gebäude verwalten und bisher keine derartigen Beschwerden erhalten haben. Nichtsdestotrotz bedauern wir aufrichtig, wenn dies Ihre Erfahrung beeinträchtigt hat, und hoffen, dass Sie uns in Zukunft wieder Ihr Vertrauen schenken können.
