I've been waiting four days off three…
I've been waiting four days off three months for a battery to arrive and nothing yet. The customer service does respond to my emails but the reasons for the delay seem entirely uncredible (e.g held up in customs, but in NZ if something is in customs they tell you - I checked and it's not).
Pretty sure their responses are AI generated, including the replies to these Trustpilot posts (read them all and you will see).
The tracking link they send you doesn't work too. I now think this is just an outright scam.
Keep well clear.
EDIT: I feel the need to add that my battery did eventually arrive (after about 3 months and a week), and actually works fine. So in my case anyway it was not a scam. The delivery time was still unacceptably long, and their customer service is clearly AI and not actually responding truthfully, so there was no real communication. But, I didn’t want to leave this review as it was given my battery did eventually turn up.

I do not recommend this company.
I have ordered a battery for my laptop which took over a month to come to Greece. The overall quality is poor and cannot be compared with the original one. Finally after one year and five months the battery swell up and started pussing the touch pad. I informed the company about it and they told me that the warranty is over. I do not recommend this company.

Der gekaufte Akku hat anfänglich funktioniert, nach gut einem Jahr hat er bei Vollladung allerdings eine Kapazität für etwa eine Viertelstunde Betrieb. Ich habe der Firma mittlerweile mehrfach mitgeteilt, dass es hierzulande eine gesetzliche Gewährleistungsfrist von 24 Monaten gibt, das interessiert Max Liu aber in keinster Weise. Er hält es nicht für nötig auf meine Argumentation überhaupt einzugehen. Ich kann die Firma keinesfalls weiterempfehlen.
Nachtag am 29.7.2024: Max Liu bietet mir also 10% Ermäßigung auf einen Ersatz für den defekten Akku an. Ich habe ihn in einem ausführlichen Schriftverkehr auf die gesetzliche Lage zum Thema Gewährleistung hingewiesen, ihn auch um eine gültige Adresse seiner Firma gebeten, da auf seiner Webiste nicht einmal ein Impressum existiert. Keine Reaktion! Finger weg von diesem Versand, wenn man sie sich nicht verbrennen möchte!

Ce site dispose de plusieurs sous-site notamment lenovobatterie .fr,(c'est un site chinois) ils n'ont rien a voir avec Lenovo (il le stipule sur le site depuis mi janvier.)
J'ai sur le site commandé une batterie 3 éléments pour un ordinateur Lenovo, pensant que comme il mentionnait le modèle dans les produits compatible . La batterie arrivée, il s'est avéré qu'elle ne pouvait pas monter car trop longue. J'ai immédiatement fait une demande retour et depuis ce jour malgré plusieurs demandes il est impossible de me faire rembourser, la dernière demande de ce site est de modifier l'adresse qu'ils m'avait donnée pour le retour alors que le colis qui m'a couté 14.5 € était deja livré chez eux depuis 15 jours.
Je signale donc la mauvaise foi de ce vendeur a eviter à tout prix.

Offered me a partial refund as I got almost 12 months use from battery.

Completely defective batteries
Completely defective batteries, total waste of 3 months of time. Dell laptops will literally not even boot up with these batteries installed. Tried numerous laptops, 12 different batteries from 2 totally separate batches and orders, all the exact same result.
Then to top it off, they said they couldn't send me a shipping label, but assured me not to worry, that they would reimburse me for return shipping. So then in good faith after I paid $40 to ship the batteries back, and they only provided a partial refund to cover the shipping, and eventually they only refunded remainder after I kept emailing them asking when a refund would be provided (seeing they received the defective batteries back weeks prior).
Sharpay Xue's exact reply: "Sorry for the delay. Our warehouse staffs are so lazy."
Apparently the warehouse staff are just as lazy as the quality control staff, if they even have such a thing.
Avoid this company at all costs.
