Battery for HP.
I ordered a battery for a specific model of HP laptop. The AolsteCell battery supplied by Batterybuy looks similar to the original but is 1 to 1.5mm too large. It won't fit in between the side restraints.
I have sent description after description and photos to Aolstecell but they just keep asking for more.
This is rubbish after sales service. Perhaps it is a Bot.

Don't be taken in by these scamsters
I purchased a battery and prior to shipping they were very careful about the compatibility with my application, so was reassured of their decent customer service. However, on fitting the battery correctly (this isn't my first rodeo!) they want me to jump through hoops and I'm not having it, so demanding a full refund and return at their cost as the battery is clearly a dud. It's either faulty or incompatible. But either way, it's unwanted. I only wish I'd seen these reviews before I'd made the purchase. This company is a scam essentially which puts up many hurdles for you to give up on claiming the refund.
I've read the response from them and they are correct that they've issued a refund, however, before issuing that refund, they were making wholly inappropriate and unnecessary hurdles for me before issuing the refund. This is not just a company being diligent about their products (which I assume they know are faulty/ incompatible) but from the number of people complaining on here saying exactly the same thing about them making you jump through hoops before they issue a refund, I suspect their very business model is to rely upon people giving up pursuing their refund. Which is why I maintain they are not acting in good faith and give the impression they are a legitimate business, but they are actually SCAMSTERS. Avoid at all costs. Do not be taken in by the apparent customer service, it's a front for hiding their true intentions of scamming you out of your hard earned money.

I purchased a laptop battery from this company and it got delivered by "EVRI, the worst delivery services company in the UK". The item was dumped in the hallway, tampered, unsealed, without a to & fro address! This was disgusting and caused immense anger.
In an effort to see how I can communicate with AOLSTECELL, their website has no phone support options. And to make matters worse, this is a Chinese company.
Keep off and do NOT purchase anything from AOLSTECELL.

Je déconseille fortement ce site. Il se présente comme un site français, avec une interface en français et parfois même une adresse en France, mais une fois la commande passée, on découvre que le produit est expédié depuis la Chine via des transporteurs comme Yanwen ou 4PX.
Aucune information claire au moment de l’achat sur l’origine réelle de l’expédition ni sur les délais extrêmement longs (plus de 2 à 3 semaines dans mon cas).
C’est du dropshipping déguisé, sans transparence.

Malgré un délais de livraison allongé, dû à un problème transporteur, j'ai réceptionné une batterie commande via leur site.
Cette batterie, selon l'installateur, est conforme aux exigences de la marque ASUS
J'ai été agréablement surpris de la réactivité du service client face aux nombreux mails que je leur ai adressés concernant le retard de livraison. Un deuxième envoi à été programmé par aolstelle et le délai de livraison (2 jours ) à réglé ce litige.
Batterie réceptionnée, installée et opérationnelle.

Refunded as promised
This was the first site I went to and ordered the battery I needed. I took all steps to install correctly, only to have it confirmed by a tech that the battery was locked and therefore useless.
I requested a refund and although I had to jump through a few hoops, I got the refund in good time. Despite all this, I found that the communication was prompt and professional.
Perhaps the battery was a dud, cheap Chinese imports, but I would hope this was an exception.

Changement de batterie (gonflement, pas de remboursement, justice, ...)
J'ai acheté une batterie pour changer celle d'origine. Elle a bien fonctionné quelques mois puis s'est mise à gonfler (au point de casser mon clavier de PC). Elle a globalement quadruplé d'épaisseur, à deux doigts d'exploser.
Je les ai contacté, le seul recours est un remboursement de 30% du prix malgré la mise en danger du consommateur.
À fuire, c'est une honte qu'une entreprise comme cela existe.
De mon côté, nous terminerons l'histoire au tribunal afin de montrer la lumière sur cette entreprise.
