I had two issues. First was with a missing item from an order and second was a problem with a clogged hot-end. Both times the support answered quickly and very kindly. They offered replacements that arrived very fast.

My printhead got totally clogged after printing tpu.
I tried a lot of things all day long but could not fix it, and i am not able to take the printhead fully apart due to bad eyes and reumatic hands.
Anycubic now sends me a new printhead so i can print again hopefully soon.

Ich kann nur davon abraten einen Anycubic zu kaufen.
Ich hatte mich für den Kobra S1 entschieden. Der erste Druck lief gut. Danach bekomme ich nach jedem Druck eine bis drei Fehlermeldungen, so dass ich mehrfach den Druckkopf auseinander bauen und zusammenschrauben muss. Es hält dann auch wieder nur einen Druck lang.
Nachdem ich gezielt die Fehlercodes gegoogelt habe, habe ich von vielen mit diesen Problemen gehört. Z.B. Fehlercode 11511. Andere Kunden berichteten genauso, nach jedem Betrieb mehrfach an dem Drucker Schrauben zu müssen, bis er wieder läuft. Auf Dauer habe ich da keine Lust drauf. Da ich noch in meiner 14 tägigen Rückgabefrist bin, habe ich den Rückversand beantragt.
Zuerst wurde mir ein "Angebot" gemacht, damit ich den Drucker doch behalten soll. Angepriesen wurden 30 Tage technischer Support und kostenlose Ersatzteile während der Garantiezeit. Das ist kein Angebot, das ist das mindeste, mit dem sie für ihre Produkte werben.
Als Entschädigung für die ca 11 Stunden schrauben in 3 Tagen wurde mir 1 Kilo Filament angeboten. Ist für mich eher ein schlechter Witz, als ein ernsthaftes Angebot den Drucker zu behalten.
Ich schreibe jetzt die 4. Mail mit dem Kundenservice hin und her, weil sie die Rücksendeadressen nicht raus rücken.
Es wird am Ende klappen, aber anscheinend wird hier die Taktik versucht den Kunden so lange mit Brotkrumen Infos zu nerven, dass der Kunde aufgibt? Aber nicht bei 650€.

I bought a kobra 3 V2 combo with ACE and had problems with filament feeding. The printer always says filament blogging but no filament was in the hotend. I got new feed detectors from support, very fast responses from support, quick delicery! Now everything is working! Perfect support from anycubic!

Хочу рассказать о эксплуатации принтера Anycubic kobra 3 v2.
Купил в подарок сыну на новый год данный принтер. Начали изучать это чудо техники, печатать различные модели. Ничего не предвещало беды, но в один из дней, при печати горячее сопло проплавило сигнальный кабель, идущий от материнской платы до головки. Принтер замер и выключился. При включении принтер выдавал ошибку 11407, и ничего не печатал.
При обращении в поддержку Anycubic, сотрудники сразу отправили новые детали, что позволило самостоятельно на основании направленных материалов провести срочный ремонт принтера. В результате, принтер заработал.
Хочу выразить слова глубокой признательности за помощь в решении пробелы!
Здесь поддержка сработала на все 200% от ожидаемого мной исхода.
Сейчас принтер исправен и работает!

I got 9-10 prints on my Anycubic Kobra X before the sock came loose or something and i found the entire thing full of melted PLA up to the heatsink. PLA broke off all the little wires and the cutter mechanism joined it's mass.
I submitted a ticket and within 24 hours the team had confirmed the piece I needed and it was shipped.
The only sad part is it'll take up to two weeks to get the piece from China, but them's the breaks, and I can't fault the amazing team for that.

Der Support hat Super schnell reagiert und sich direkt um eine Lösung gekümmert.

Eine einzige Katastrophe!

Mein erstes Problem war, überhaupt die Netzwerkverbindung zum Drucker herzustellen, da ich bisher meinen PC immer über LAN-Kabel am Router hatte.
In meinem Fall war es nun so, daß mir der Tip eines IT-Fachmannes geholfen hat, mit dem Drucker kommunizieren zu können.
Als das geschafft war, wollte ich die mitgelieferte Vorlage drucken. Da ging gleich alles schief, der Drucker tat so, als ob der Druckt, machte aber nichts! Mit einiger Mühe fand ich heraus, daß die Düse verstopft war - und das, noch ehe etwas gedruckt wurde! Der Druck sollte mit dem mitgelieferten PLA gemacht werden, das ist (obwohl vakuumverpackt geliefert) mehrfach gebrochen, alles nur Splitter!
Mit der größten Mühe habe ich im ganzen Internet keine echte Hilfe gefunden, auch kein Youtube-Video, das mir wirklich weiter geholfen hätte! Die Seite von Anycubic ist komplett englisch das nützt mir nichts. Wenn ich über die Software den Druckkopf nach oben fahren will, geht das grundsätzlich nur 5 cm, mehr ist nicht! So kann man unmöglich mit der beiliegenden Düsennadel die Verstopfung beseitigen.(falls das überhaupt funktionieren würde?!)
Es gibt also grundsätzlich - wenn überhaupt nur englische Hilfe! Die sog. Anleitung ist nicht weiter als die Aufbauanleitung!
Für mich ist der Fall erledigt. Ich habe Elektronikschrott dastehen, den ich demnächst in der Mülltonne entsorgen werde, weil man die Kunden einfach sich selbst überlässt!!! Und das für über 250 € - eine Schande!!!

And again, I have second time issue with my printer and Anycubic support team Obi help to resolve it. Very quickly response(one day). Amazing!

This is the second time in probably 6 years or so that I have had to go to customer support. Both times they have been on the ball and taken care of my issue right away. I would say top notch customer service. For those that say otherwise, I would assume you were not very nice in your support ticket response. Be mindful and respectful and you will get the same in return.

Obi understood my needs and took swift action to help resolve my issue. AnyCubic support is really top class, they back their product and take great care of their customers.
