Purchased a brand-new S1 Kobra Combo. It worked great....for about 500 hours. Then, without warning, it turned into a $1,000 paperweight.
I contacted support, which was about as pleasant as passing a kidney stone through a coffee stirrer. They confidently diagnosed “this part,” then sent it by what I can only assume was a rowboat drifting across the Pacific.
Weeks later, the part finally arrived. I installed it, powered the printer on, and was greeted with a brand-new error.
Back to support. Another miserable conversation. Another confidently diagnosed part. Another slow boat. Another installation. Another error.
Repeat that process for six straight months.
Every time, I asked the same completely unreasonable question: “Can you just send me a refurbished working printer instead of rebuilding this one part by part like the Ship of Theseus?”
Apparently not.
After six months of paying for a printer I could not use, I finally asked for a supervisor. That was when they suddenly became very efficient. I was immediately informed that my printer was now out of warranty.
Of course it was. They spent the entire warranty period mailing me random parts while my printer sat dead.
This company did not repair my printer. They ran out the clock.
I will never buy another product from these crooks. Buy an Anycubic only if you enjoy troubleshooting, international shipping delays, scripted support responses, and being told your warranty expired while waiting for them to fix the problem.

Updated 7/27/26: They offered me a discount on a new printer (since they delayed me 6 months) $20.00 LOL

Wer es über lange zeit ausprobiert vorallem kobra 3 max merkt schnell das es reine verars*he ist hab auch ein ace pro dazu der ist nach 3 monaten 2 mal kaputt gegangen erst dachte ich passiert mal aber beim zweiten mal das selbe der ace pro ist absoluter müll zudem kann mit den drucker kein bauteil über 1 kilo gedruckt werden da beim filamentwechsel das programm fehler reinwirft einmal die bauhöhe grundlos verstellt bzw die wiederanfangshöhe der schicht wird nach pause einfach 20 mm nach oben verschoben und beim filamentwechsel steckt entweder pla in der düse oder oder das programn bleibt einfach stehen sodass ein abbruch notwendig ist. Kundenservice auch abaoluter müll antworten aber hilfe kommt da nicht der drucker haz sich selber schon mehrfach kaputtgefahren trotz bilder, erklärungen und garantie direkt pber anycubic bleib ich mit den problemen alleine absolute verars*he das ding für extrem große baufläche!

I contacted Anycubic Support after my Ace Pro stopped working. Product was out of warranty, but they sent me a purchase link for a new motherboard through Amazon at a very reasonable price. Arrived just a week later and was simple to install following the instructions they sent me. Customer service was very good and very fast responses.

I own three different Anycubic model FDM printers, from an early Kobra Go, through a current Kobra S1 combo. My experiences over the years has been very satisfactory. The products are well designed and good values. Maintaining the equipment is greatly enhanced by the information in the wiki, QR codes that are generated when a problem is detected, and the very accommodating and response customer support.

Although I am a US customer, using the China based support factory team is nonetheless easy using the online support ticket platform. I have had twice needed factory support, and both incidents where addressed completely and fully resolved, including solving a problem with my ACE PRO. In this case, the stepper motor was defective - I was able to use the wiki (along with some additional searches) to troubleshoot the issue, identify the problem, and R&R the motor. Customer support politely and promptly responded to my inquiry and shipped a replacement part. The only caveat is that due to the vast distance and time zone differences, sometime responses took a day to get. This latency is expected and reasonable. The part was directly shipped from CN to the US, but I was pleasantly surprised that transit was only about a week for the part.

Had an issue with an error code popping up on my material dryer.
Spoke back and forth with support, performed the requested trouble shooting, supplied the videos, and answered their questions.
It was painless.
The issue was discovered and parts are being shipped to get my dryer back to 100%.

Hab zwei Drucker von Anyubic gekauft, der erste (Kobra 2) Max funktionierte nach 200 Stunden nicht mehr (Kabelbruch) und der zweite (Kobra 3 Max) lies sich nie starten. Der zweite Drucker (erworben von Ebay-Verkäufer "Ersatzteil-CheckDE", als getestet und voll funktionsfähig beworben) hat nie gestartet ("ERROR 11407"). Ich kann keine Kaufempfehlung für diese Produkte abgeben, der nächste wird ein Elegoo.

Wie immer schnelle Reaktion der Techniker und unkomplizierte Hilfe und Ersatzteilversand. Bin sehr zufrieden.

I have contacted Anycubic support on two occasions. Both times I received a very quick and timely response.
The team is always polite and very helpful. The support team is very knowledgeable about their product. It was great working with Teresa. She answered my multiple questions and made sure that my issue was resolved.

anycubic has extremely fast and thorough customer support any time i have had a problem they have had a solution for me

I wrote in with a problem that I had with piece that had been installed incorrectly. They immediately offered to send out a replacement at no charge. I had an issue earlier in the year with a jammed nozzle, and again, a replacement was sent out right away. They are always friendly and thorough, and it makes me feel confident to continue to buy their products, knowing that they have a great customer service department!

Es lamentable.. Pedí una pantalla para mi anycubic y me enviaron una equivocada, y después de su error, 4 mese después sigo esperando a que me devuelvan el dinero. Solo me ponen es cusas y escusas. No pienso comprar nada más de la marca. Es una vergüenza.

Great support experience! My Kobra S1 had filament feed problems after the warranty period expired. Support was very responsive and sent me new parts at no charge to resolve my issue.

I love everything I have gotten from Anycubic. The only problem I have is they don't show when they are out of stock when you are ordering and then you are waiting forever for your order. I ordered four rolls of filament and if it would of said I would of ordered a different colour.

What can I say about Anycubic ?

Well, let me see...

First things first, that´s my second Anycubic printer. I had a Kobra 3 V1 (the most problematic one) and now I own a Kobra X Combo.

For the Kobra 3, I indeed had some problems, as all people may know, but NEVER, I do insist and repeat, NEVER Anycubic failed to give me a full solution to all problems I had. They NEVER gave up on me while I needed, and always provided me solutions above my expectations !

For the Kobra X... Well, it´s a new-on-the-market machine, I did have some problems with it and... AGAIN, they NEVER gave up on me while I needed, and always provided me solutions above my expectations !

Obi and the rest of the support team may be tired of me giving suggestions and solving doubts off, but their excellence in Customer Service makes me wish they grow even more and more !
