ANTS HQ  Arvostelua

I’ve ordered quite a bit from AntsHQ now and orders have arrived ontime and always in top condition. only had an issue once with delivery of Myrmica rubra. However it was sorted as soon as I emailed and they even threw in an extra queen Ant for the trouble. The chat feature on the website is very useful and the team are very polite and helpful. Would highly recommend these guys for any and all Ant related needs.

Bought my first species Lasius Niger was sent out promptly and very well packaged arrived quickly with the Queen and workers very active popped them away on the shelf for a few days and just checked on them there’s now loads of eggs too 🥰 thank you so much can’t wait to begin my ant journey with my new colony

Placed an order just before Christmas, item not posted or arrived. No contact from the seller even after emailing them. I've had to raise a paypal dispute.

Still not received my item which i ordered on the 12th with next day delivery. I have emailed them with no reply.

Made many purchases with Ants HQ and always receive, healthy queens/colonys, great products. All packaged extremely well and sent very quickly. Customer service is always spot on. Last purchase I made was for Myrmecocystus Mexicanus honeypot queen which came extremely healthy and well packaged, I even received some free fruit fly's which was great 😃

AntsHQ helped me with a Royal Mail issue. Customer service is great and my ants enjoy their Flavus ant nectar. The acrylic feeder is also great as it doesn’t absorbed moisture as much as 3d-printed ones.

Ordered from France last summer, but the transporter made it impossible to get the package (tried delivery during a workday, no possibility to choose another adress or time). The package was sent back to Ants HQ.
The owner was unable to refund me but offered to send another identical package. Such honesty was greatly appreciated!

The second package arrived today, the ants are all in good shape, they were very well protected. This is a trusty supplier!

If you are looking to start keeping ants then don’t go beyond ANTSHQ. The responsive staff will answer all your questions and the few items of kit you need are delivered quickly and securely. In addition, you are supporting a UK company which is always a plus. I’m looking forward to the next steps on my ant keeping journey thanks to ANTS HQ. Top work!

Lasius niger ordered queen and brood who now have 30 to 40 other ants I gave up counting because they are super fast lol

I am sadly writing this poor review on Ants UK. I ordered a queen ant and 1 - 3 workers. It delivered promptly at a cost of about £18, and the only 1 worker arrived - dead. There were no instructions what to do with the tube.

I emailed the company because the queen was on her own and did not move. The queen ant eventually died. They kept asking me for more photos.and said I should have kept the queen in the tube. There was never a phone number that I could call and get help.

I will definitely not recommend this company.

I’ve shopped at HQ for over three years and they’ve never disappointed with the quality of ants. I’ve gotten over 8 colonies here and they are always very healthy. The Messor cephalotes colony I’ve gotten around 2 years ago is the biggest colony in my collection right now and I love them to bits! So surprised to see that they are based in London so close to us, so extremely lucky to always have HQ near me when I need them. Brilliant shop for keepers from beginning to expert level, always having species that other shops don’t! Last time I went I got two feather tip forceps and a very healthy colony of honey pots!

equipment they sell may be good so not judging that, but don't buy live species from these guys, me and a friend bought Messor Barberus at the same time, neither queen laid eggs and workers died off, i have a few species of ants which all live happily here from wild sources except the messors, most likely infertile queens they sent us to get rid of them, obviously took time for me to realise and was refused a refund or any replacement. you have been warned!

I had a little delivery problem , but this was resolved very fast as they responded quickly. I 100% recommend purchasing the Messor Babarus colony from ants Hq !

I bought a small colony of messus barbaros for my son. The Delivery was very quick and the packaging really well padded and secure. Could not ask for better service from start to finish.

Recently ordered a Messor Barbarus queen, arrived promptly. Have used this supplier for years, one of the best UK suppliers, never had any problems, always good communication

I received my order on time and well packed for posting. My colony of Formica cinerea arrived well and are now settling into their new home. Ants HQ have a great selection of ants and equipment for all ant keepers.

Dispatched the morning after I ordered and then arrived the following day. Very good packaging, and no fatalities which is impressive as I ordered 2 colonies that are sensitive to travel (Harpegnathos Venator and Camponotus Singularis).

What a pleasant experience dealing with Ants HQ. Not only was my order shipped really quickly but was packaged well. Even had a little surprise when I unboxed.
