A great firm and pleasure to deal with

I used this company for an Inheritance Tax/Probate valuation. The service provided was fantastic from start to finish. Excellent communication throughout - easy to contact by both phone and email. Valuation was completed promptly and a follow up phone call was made to discuss the report, which was very comprehensive and well written. Many thanks to Josh and Andrew who were really helpful.
I can definitely recommend Andrew James Property Surveyors and Valuers Ltd

very good experience, fast response in follow-up questions regarding the survey, patient answering

We found the staff of Andrew James helpful and efficient at each stage of commissioning and then dealing with the survey. The report was comprehensive and well-written and Mike was extremely helpful with follow-up questions.

Professionalism and quality! Thankyou

Absolutely first class service and advice from Andrew who came very highly recommended for a Level 3 RICS survey. He was so easy to deal with, hugely helpful and incredibly thorough and professional from start to finish. He has a wealth of experience and his report was the perfect mix of very detailed but also practical plus he was really generous with his time on the follow up to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend Andrew, and as I understand it, his colleagues are excellent too. Delighted with the service!

What a great experience. Fast , efficient and friendly service. They explained everything in detail and kept me in the loop every step of the way. So much so i used them twice. Amazing customer service.

Really impressed - great communication and updates all the way through the process. Very efficient and thorough in every respect and I would 100% recommend Andrew James Property Surveyors and Valuers Ltd.

An excellent service. We asked Andrew to produce a specific defect report for us on the condition of two flat roofs. His communication by phone calls, Whatsapp and email was excellent and his advice before, during and after we received the report was first class. We asked for an amendment to the report which was done promptly. I have been disappointed with previous surveyors I have used in the past for house purchases. I can fully reccomend Andrew and would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

I have used Andrew James Surveyors on a number of occasions & found them to be extremely professional, providing concise, clear & detailed reports. They have gone above and beyond for me on my recent purchase. Faced with a couple of difficulties, they helped & swiftly resolved the issue. I would definitely highly recommend them & will without doubt always use them for my house purchases.

Communication has been good from start to finish. We received a thorough Survey Report, the were things we weren’t sure of so we had a follow up phone call with Andrew to run through everything which has been extremely helpful and cleared up our questions. Andrew has also continued to help with further questions.
I would highly recommend using Andrew James.

I was pleased with survey this company did on the property I am buying, the report and photos were clear and helped me recognise some irregularities I needed to clarify, race job would highly recommend

Great service well informed
Would recommend

We have used them twice now and the service is superb. Then whole process is so easy for the initial instructions to the finally report. Professional friendly staff on the phone and you own account to follow the process all the way through. The report itself led is very detailed and the images taken were excellent and better than the sales details and useful to work with for planning the move. I highly recommend the company who take the stress out of this part of the purchase process. A simple summary call on the day of the survey eases any concerns you may have.

Andrew certainly knew what he is looking at and gave a very detailed report. Highly recommended.

Extremely helpful and professional. The survey was carried out swiftly and was a comprehensive assessment. The staff that I spoke to could not have been more helpful and were reassuring when I asked for confirmation of anything. I would not hesitate in recommending this company in the future.

We instructed Andrew James Property Surveyors and Valuers to complete a level 2 survey of the property we are purchasing. They provide an excellent insight into the service they would provide and the report they produced did not disappoint. The survey was carried out quickly and the subsequent report was received within one week of the survey. The survey report was
extremely detailed, giving us all of the information we required to proceed with the purchase.
Overall a very professional service.

I recently used Andrew James Surveyors and had a really positive experience. I spoke with Josh, who was extremely helpful and patient while I asked lots of questions. The whole process was very smooth from start to finish, and everyone I dealt with was professional and efficient. I would happily recommend their services.

Having had a home buyers survey on a property I am purchasing it identified a structural issue. I approached Andrew James Property Surveyors and they quickly arranged to do a structural survey of the issue and provided a report and recommendations which has resulted in the vendor rectifying the issue prior to completion. Thank you for your advice on this matter and have no hesitation in recommending you.

Andrew came out very quickly and completed my HTB valuation, he was very knowledgable and friendly. We then came up against a problem with homes and communities, Andrew saved the day last minute and hopefully our sale will go through without further delay. Can’t thank the company enough.
