Andrew James Property Surveyors and Valuers Ltd Arvostelua

I cannot recommend Andrew James Property Surveyors highly enough. We urgently needed a Help to Buy valuation report after being unexpectedly let down by our solicitors at the very last minute, just as we were ready to complete the process and secure a completion date.

I contacted Andrew James on Friday, and to my amazement, Andrew came out the very next day (Saturday) to carry out the valuation. Even more impressively, we received the completed report first thing Monday morning!

The service from start to finish was exceptional. Hannah in the office was incredibly efficient, helpful, and responsive throughout, making what had become a very stressful situation so much easier to deal with. Andrew was professional, friendly, and approachable, and he was absolutely wonderful with my little boy during the visit.

The speed, professionalism, and customer care we received were second to none. We were genuinely blown away by the fantastic service and would not hesitate to recommend Andrew James Property Surveyors to anyone needing a valuation or survey.

Thank you so much for going above and beyond!

This company runs a great service. I'm buying an old property and had a level 3 survey carried out by Andrew. When he'd finished- after spending 3 hours at the property -he rang to give me a run down of his findings and then compiled a very comprehensive report that I received a week later. It laid out areas of concern, next steps and actions for our solicitor. Andrew also spoke to me at some length over the phone talking me through some of the issues with very helpful and practical advice. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this company.
Thank you, Andrew James.

Fast. Accurate. Polite. Knowledgeable. Fair price. Full stop.

Very good service from start to finish. We were kept well informed throughout the process, and the report was detailed and met all of our requirements. We also had the option to discuss the findings with one of the surveyors, which was reassuring. Most importantly, we now clearly understand the cause of the issue in the property. Thank you, Andrews James.

A very professional service and thorough report received.

I received a very comprehensive report that was well presented, clear and concise.
I had a call with the surveyor who explained one or two points clearly and with detail.
From start to finish the process has been smooth and very reassuring.

Very helpful and efficient survey, with a very detailed report.

Excellent experience from start to finish with Andrew and the team. The survey was carried out professionally and promptly, with the knowledge and expertise of Andrew and the team really shining through at every stage - I cannot recommend Andrew James Surveyors enough and will certainly be using the company again in the future.

I highly recommend this company - They will go out of their way to help you - I felt I was looked after in terms of quality of service and advice I needed.

We are so glad that we asked Andrew James for a survey,it was carried out quickly and very detailed,in the end we did not go through with the purchase because of the report we got back!lots of faults hidden away and bad repairs that had been cheaply done

From the first phone call I knew this would be a good service. The staff member was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The surveyor was very thorough and the final report was accurate and comprehensive. I would definitely recommend them

Andrew provided a prompt and very informative survey report. He took the time to go over all the important points clearly and in detail. I was very impressed and reassured by his professionalism.

I contacted this Company to do a Probate valuation. Communication from both Josh and Andrew Armstrong was excellent. The valuation was carried out promptly and the report was received with a week of the valuation being carried out. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

A very thorough survey was done and was a very quick turn around with survey on the Friday and report sent on the Monday. Communication, which is aways important, was also excellent.
I would definitely recommend them.

Second time dealing with Andrew, once in the sale of my property, and secondly on my potential purchase. Absolutely brilliant experience all round, very thorough, very professional, and easily contactable when needed. I wholly recommend their services.

Prompt and comprehensive survey, a telephone call from very friendly surveyor too which was most welcome.
We would very much recommend using their service.

I can highly recommend this company.
They were very professional to deal with, keeping me updated through the process both by telephone and email.

I was updated with the results of the survey by telephone straight away followed by a very well presented written report (email) a few days later.
I very much liked the detailed photographs, which with the written explanations left me in no doubt as to he thoroughness of the survey.

Such a great experience, the Survey was excellent and very thorough , done really quickly and the full Survey Report back within the week. The Surveyor Mike rang and went through the main issues the same day as the Survey was done. He explained things clearly for me to understand, which helped me achieve a reduction in my purchase price. Excellent service.

Mike gave me an extremely detailed report on the property I am interested in buying. Later he phoned to talk me through what he had found. I now have enough information to go ahead with the purchase confident that I know what I am buying and what maintenance might be needed in the near and further future. Many thanks

The survey was done the week following appointment and we had the comprehensive report before the end of the next week.
The best aspect of the service was responding to a request for a phone call to discuss some of the issues raised within the report, which the surveyor did even although he was actually on holiday.
