Home Surveying Arvostelua

Survey and report was done quite quickly and very informative, great service and very reasonably priced.

They found cracking in the chimney on a home i intended to buy which may potentially cost a lot of money if i hadnt been shown this i would have bought the property at a massive loss so it was absolutely worth doing

Mohamed did my survey 1st class from start to finish..
I had a few questions and he rang me back immediately....
Would 100% highly recommend!!!!
Excellent speedy service 5*****

Initial valuation was quite high but Peter put in a lot of effort to rectify this and ensure a more accurate figure was reached.

Had a survey done on 15th July, it is now 27th July but no report has been sent, spoke to the office on 24th with a promise to get the report and call me back, no report, no return call.

I was really pleased with the service from Matt. Organisation and communication prior to the survey was great and the report was completed very promptly. It was very thorough and helpful and allowed me to know more about the house and negotiate on price before buying.

I would like to thank Mohamed Zaki for carrying out such a thorough and professional Level 2 survey. The report was clear, detailed and easy to understand, highlighting the property's condition and any areas that required attention.
What I particularly appreciated was that Mohamed took the time to follow up with a phone call to explain his findings in more detail. He was knowledgeable, patient, and happy to answer my questions, which gave me a much better understanding of the report and helped me make informed decisions during the purchase process.
I would highly recommend Mohamed Zaki to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and approachable surveyor.

We recently had a Level 3 survey completed by Bhavik, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. As buyers from the United States, we were initially surprised that a full roof survey isn’t typically included in UK home surveys. However, after learning that’s standard practice, we were very pleased with the thoroughness of the rest of the inspection.

Bhavik was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain everything he observed about our future home. His detailed report gave us confidence in moving forward with our purchase. We would highly recommend Bhavik to anyone looking for a reliable and thorough surveyor.

Matty carried out a RICS Level 2 Survey for me.
The survey was thorough and highlighed issues and recommendations.

Matty delivered the report promptly enabling me to understand the properties condition.
I would happily recommend Matty to anyone looking for a reliable and professional surveyor.

Excellent service, very professional

Really quick and easy to use. Great communication, kept updated through whole process and received report within 2 days. Total recommend

Very quick and efficient service. We opted for a level 2, from booking to survey and turn around time for report to come through. Excellent, will be recommending to family and friends.

Survey very speedily done . Overall I was happy with the service.

Very happy with survey alerted me to hidden problems which would have cost a fortune.
Thanks to the survey decided to cancel purchase.
Feel.much better for it.

Thanks again

The survey was done quickly at a very good price. When I received the report it was extremely detailed on the level 2 survey. I was happy with the communication and would highly recommend to anyone buying a house as they are very reliable.

I could not recommend this company.
For starters the valuer got the report wrong, even though they state the do help to buy valuations and know the criteria she listed 3 properties not sold yet. So h2b rejected it and it needed to be done again, when she finally did it again she didn’t get it signed by a RICS valuer again this was stated in the h2b criteria which she was very well aware of. And imo she over valued the property as she just copied other houses which are at very different levels of work done trier an exterior states. A lot of stress anxiety and chasing up. Made several complaints and emails and was offered £50 back in refund. If you’re saying you provide H2B valuations then you should know you need to meet the criteria and provide this.

Very professional company, quick response and very helpful. I had a level two survey done and it was worth every penny.

Matt carried out a RICS Level 3 Survey for us and provided an excellent service throughout. The survey was thorough, professional, and easy to understand, clearly highlighting any issues and recommendations.

Matt was approachable, responsive to questions, and delivered the report promptly. His attention to detail gave us confidence in understanding the property's condition and helped us make informed decisions.

I would happily recommend Matt to anyone looking for a reliable and professional surveyor.

Having never met Matt in the flesh I can only go by the results of the survey of our next home. What an excellent survey, talk about in depth, all his comments were easy to assimilate plus the great photos of all the things he inspected. We couldn’t believe how thoroughly he went through the property. We would most definitely recommend him to anybody wanting a surveyor.

Good enough for what we needed and a competitive price. Quick response to emails.

Bit of a copy & paste job on the report, as it was clear in places there were words/phrases that should’ve been amended and weren’t.
Report took 6 working days to arrive by email.

I was asked to provide feedback by the company.
