Andrew James Property Surveyors and Valuers Ltd Arvostelua

The main thing that made my experience really great was the clarity of the legal advise the cost was explained in plain English with respect and honesty, and I was so happy and amazed when Will pronounced my name without any hesitation and with the correct pronunciation as if he had known me for years I will use this legal team again very soon. Thank you for your hard work and great customer care services; continue to do what you do best.

Very happy with the customer service provided by Andrew James property surveyor, we were kept upto date with the progress of the survey and the quickness it was carried out and completed

Quick to respond, excellent communication. Comprehensive survey provided with great attention to detail. Would definitely use again

A detailed, clear and easy-to-read level 3 building report made our follow-up decisions straight forward to arrive at. We subsequently requested a valuation report which arrived within a few days.

Great service, will use again.

This is the fourth time Andrew James Surveyors have done an amazing job for me! So thorough, always polite, friendly and helpful. I had considered not paying for a survey this time around but it was worth every penny as the issues they highlighted helped me negotiate a discount on the purchase price. Thanks once again Jim!

From the beginning making a call. This company has given me a full survey that helped me to see all minor faults and concerns. I would highly recommend them
Great service and detailed report.

Andrew has been amazing, booked this very last minute and a surveyor was out within the next 2 days. Report was sent through in less than 24 hours and updates were given without even having to ask. Whole team, Hannah and Steve thank you very much also for getting everything ready so quickly for the hand over of
my home

I really enjoyed dealing with this company. Great friendly communication, reasonable rates, guided me through the whole procedure brilliantly.

Andrew James Properties were first class in all aspects. They were able to fit us in urgently, arrived on time and the valuation arrived in a couple of days.
Will definitely use again.

We used this company to do a full survey on an old cottage we are buying. They were really helpful every step of the way. From booking it in to carrying out the survey it was great customer service. The guy called Lee who did our survey was very knowledgeable and helpful and we spoke several times. A good comprehensive survey with lots of detail and recommendations for work needed. Can’t fault them.

I found Andrew James Property Surveyors through a price comparison website and have been impressed.

With our RICS Home Survey - Level 3 I have renegotiated the property I am buying down by £7000 to contribute to the remediation costs highlighted.

Prior to the surveyor (Lee) arranging access via the estate agent I mentioned a few specific concerns I had after my own property visit. These were noted by Hannah in the office and Lee then paid extra attention to these areas whilst on site.

Lee completed the inspection on the date specified, and although there was a minor delay in the report coming back to us (1 day) it really wasn’t a problem and was happy considering the detail included in the report.

Overall a great experience at a reasonable price. Would recommend.

We have worked with the team on numerous occasions and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They are consistently professional, approachable and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.

Nothing is ever too much trouble. They are always on hand to answer questions, provide clear advice and go above and beyond to support both ourselves and our clients. Their communication is excellent, appointments are arranged quickly and efficiently, and their survey reports are thorough, comprehensive and delivered promptly.

It is a pleasure working with such a reliable and knowledgeable team, and we look forward to continuing our relationship with them. Highly recommended.

We used this surveyor for our upcoming house purchase, we found them to be reliable and thorough in their report back. Very useful when making a decision on such an expensive item like a house. Would highly recommend!

I have been extremely happy with these surveyors.
Always pleasant and helpful.
Very thorough survey and the report was easy to understand and main issues were highlighted. Jim also telephoned to discuss the findings to be sure that I understood the problems. A balanced report.
I will happily use the company again

Andrew and his team had a prompt response all the time. Communication was very good at all times. Report was back after only 1 week and were happy to chat with me and give me his opinion (getting opinion from the expert is always amazing) and suggestions of what is more important and how to deal with it. Very very good. If needed in the future I'll comeback for sure and I'll recommend them.

Andrew provided excellent customer service and went out of his way to assist and make my life easier.
Communication with every member of staff I spoke with was helpful, polite and efficient.
Really pleased with the entire process.

I cannot recommend Andrew James Property Surveyors highly enough. We urgently needed a Help to Buy valuation report after being unexpectedly let down by our solicitors at the very last minute, just as we were ready to complete the process and secure a completion date.

I contacted Andrew James on Friday, and to my amazement, Andrew came out the very next day (Saturday) to carry out the valuation. Even more impressively, we received the completed report first thing Monday morning!

The service from start to finish was exceptional. Hannah in the office was incredibly efficient, helpful, and responsive throughout, making what had become a very stressful situation so much easier to deal with. Andrew was professional, friendly, and approachable, and he was absolutely wonderful with my little boy during the visit.

The speed, professionalism, and customer care we received were second to none. We were genuinely blown away by the fantastic service and would not hesitate to recommend Andrew James Property Surveyors to anyone needing a valuation or survey.

Thank you so much for going above and beyond!
