Boss 302 manifold
So far my purchase has not gone well the Bama controller program will not load onto my laptop. Still waiting on a reply for assistance. The SCT website does not match the tutorial that is loaded on the info I was sent. So now I cannot use my car as I have already installed the Boss 302 intake and the air intake upgrades.

what a mess 🤦
ordered a set of tires and rims . website showed all was instock . i received all 4 of the wheels and only two tires . unmounted /balanced . they were supose to be mounted and balanced . was told by several service dept people that mount balance was included and since it wasnt done i just had to take to their preferred vender in my area. so went to preferred vender to have it done and the local shop had no idea or contract to do the mount and balance for AM. so had to pay to have it done. still havent received my other two tires even thou website says instock and would receive in 4 days . been over two weeks , canceled the remaining order.
do yourself a favor and buy local . after all the american muscle screw ups and run around it cost me an extra 200$ to buy from them plus the wasted time trying to get answers. it would have been a decent deal if they would have provided the products and service i purchased .

Little disappointed in Shipping, but Company is great
Little disappointed, ordered the the exhaust bypass that was need yesterday after ordering on the 14th with a 2-3 day delivery. Its now the 18th and still haven't recieved it.
Hoping the pipes work well and are good quality, but delivery service is to be desired better.
Update.. The product went on easy, and i was happy once I got it. Its on FEDEX end Im sure. Ill continue to order from Am. Muscle.

We reviewed your order and we do show that this order was placed in the afternoon of 7/14, and it shipped out on 7/15 and FedEx tracking shows it was delivered 7/18. We apologize for the delay, when your order was placed on 7/14, it was after the cut off time for our PA warehouse, so it was shipped the following day.
We hope that you did not experience any issues while installing the bypass.

It was awful
It was awful. I have a warranty on this item and it doesn't seem possible to claim it, so I have to buy a new one. The AI was insulting and it took so long to get a real agent I had to leave my computer for other plans. My clutch cable exploded, leaving me stranded, and American Muscle and BBK make it a circus to claim a warranty. I need to be able to operate my car so I was forced to purchase one full price. Awful experience.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with AmericanMuscle. We are sorry to hear that you experienced issues when speaking with our AI Chat bot regarding the BBK Adjustable Clutch Cable, Quadrant and Firewall Adjuster Kit (96-04 Mustang) that you purchased in August 2025.
We reviewed your recent chat interaction, and we do see that there was an issue with the bot understanding what you were asking. We did have the chat assigned to a live chat representative, but it appears you walked away or stopped responding.
This item, the BBK Adjustable Clutch Cable, Quadrant and Firewall Adjuster Kit does have a one year manufacturer warranty and to set up a warranty claim you can contact us at 610-990-4562. We noted your order that this is covered by a one year warranty. This would be for a replacement for the same item.
We do see that you recently ordered a new clutch cable and that it was delivered on 7/19.
Due to this situation, we issued a credit to your AmericanMuscle account. This credit can be used on a future order and it is valid until 10/31/2026.

POOR SERVICE
Product is fine but I had some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life, ended up waiting 3 whole weeks for a return to get processed jumping from representative to representative being told to keep waiting for different reasons. They don’t know when to have situations escalated, its all about commission not really helping the customer. Gonna unsubscribe from VIP and deactivate my account.

Awful shipping promises!
You publish free shipping for orders over $149.00 with 1-3 shipping! I paid extra $92 to have my$ 479 shipping expressed shipped yes it has not arrived yet!! I ordered the part on July 9, 2026. Now I get a message saying it might arrive tomorrow July 15 by 5:30pm !! That in no form is express shipping!!!!! I feel you need to refund my express shipping fees!!
