This is for the 'Prime Movie and TV content'. Quality is generally good, but if you are buying an older movie, be careful. You may see a pristine colour version advert of older content. Once you've paid, you might have a scratchy black and white version. Adverts are getting longer and more intrusive. But, if you pay More Money, you can have ad free......

I can't understand how the latest Amazon advert shows the drivers happily walking past dogs with a big smile on their faces and actually delivering to your door but in reality this last few month's, they see our dog "in the house & behind a window" and just leave the parcel over the 2 ft wall. Should hire capable staff and not amatures.

Amazon prime lately got really bad, constant delivery delays for prime advertised items (and its like 4-5 days delays) and amazon only passes complaints to their delivery partners to solve, hough its not them who making next day delivery promises. For me its a false advertising as they can commit to what they advertise for prime members.

Paid for annual subscription £95, in June 2026.
Received email September 21st saying I have changed my email (I haven't)
Now can't get on Prime or Prime video.
Says the usual, join with 30 days free etc.
Can't get into my account, tried everything.
Numerous phone calls, eventually got through to someone who "knew what they were doing ".
Promised 9 months subscription back , nah !!
Still can't access my account. Latest email says all is good.
Had to change my current account due to suspicious activity.
Amazon do the right thing and reimburse me or set up my account again.
Not happy !!

Would give no stars, absolutely crap they don't mind taking your money, but delivery service is shite, I tell them all the time not to deliver after 7.30 but thick idiots can't get it right.

Horrible so many Oh My Gush adds, if that's what you want to see go for Amazon prime videos and see adds shown every 5 mins or every new part/film you start.

ABSOLUTE JOKE. I got charged 3x for a membership that I never ever agreed to or signed up for, they charged it from an old account that I had 0 access to for over a year due to the phone number verification. I contacted a help line on my new account and after explaining that the charge has been made from my previous account recently after having no access for a long period of time, they suggested for me to just log into the account ???? I stated multiple times it was not an option and disappointed they even made a charge ( multiple times ) on an inactive account. Make sure cards are not saved on Amazon and your checking bank statements

Signed up last week for the 30 day free trial for Amazon prime 😂 and before a week had been billed £8.99!!! It’s false advertisement! I thought you are meant to get the 30 days free! Well anyway I’ve now cancelled my prime for that reason…. I was going to keep it but not now!!

Something has drastically reduced the level of customer service we have been used to for years and years. Today I was told you are not allowed to say “bad customer service from amazon”? If you mention “bad customer service” they will discontinue all support to your account and cut the chat 😂

We pay a monthly subscription to Amazon for its "Prime" service. This payment is meant to entitle us to "free next day delivery" plus various extras. Sadly Amazon have recently started to use other delivery services for some of its parcels. My wife ordered 2 items on one order. Instead of sending these together Amazon decided its best approach was to deliver one item itself and send the other via the worst delivery service in the universe, Evri. Of course the first item arrived on time but the other is now delayed by Evri and may arrive at some future time as yet undecided or of course may never appear at all. A complaint has been sent to the company but cant be raised with Amazon as its still in normal service timescales. When you are paying for Amazon Prime surely you should expect your goods to all arrive via Amazon not to be palmed off to a second rate shower of s%÷t like Evri?????

Amazon deliveries are getting later & delayed more now. Even when your a Prime member. Next day deliveries are being delayed far to often. Begs the question why use them. Recent order of TV delayed 4 days. Shocking.

Without knowing ordered a movie. Did not watch it. You have the right to cancel for two weeks. But after trying for an our there is no possibility at all to cancel. Worst customer service ever.

Let down yet again. Why am I stupid enough to pay £95 a year for same day delivery and next day delivery?
I have never, ever received same day delivery! And as for next day delivery, that never happeneds any more!! All I get is, sorry for the delay!!! This used to be the best service and worth the money, not anymore! They might as well join Evri, the service is becoming just as bad. Definitely cancelling this rip off service!!!!

5 minutes of a movie, and I have had to endure 6 minutes of adverts. Really?! I'm now in the habit of leaving them running and taking myself off to put the kettle on. In this day an age, who is sitting watching that many adverts?

I've been a Prime member for years but been ripped off for months now. Every delivery is late by several days whereby the support team often blame lack of local stock from the suppliers.

Fact is, Amazon are selling Hubs in the UK of which their Belfast depot sold earlier this year.

Trust pilot reviews clearly demonstrate the frustration of Prime members and I for one, will be canceling my next renewal as Amazon aren't worth the hassle anymore.

Amazon Prime used to be very good—especially about a year ago. Unfortunately, the service has become absolutely disappointing.

Three of my recent orders have had problems. Two arrived late, despite paying for Prime and expecting the advertised delivery times. The third was cancelled because of “issues during transit.” The explanations feel like excuses, and instead of actually addressing the problem, Amazon seems to try to quiet customers down by adding a small credit to the account.

That doesn’t solve the problem. When you pay for Prime and sometimes even pay extra for faster delivery, you expect your orders to arrive when promised. Lately, that simply hasn’t been the case.

At this point, I honestly don’t see the point of paying for Amazon Prime anymore. I’ve had a much better experience with eBay, including next-day delivery.

Very disappointing. Amazon needs to seriously improve its delivery service and start giving customers what they are paying for. I would think twice before paying for Prime.

The last year or so, a lot of deliveries are not arriving on time. Once they miss the delivery slot, they don’t seem to care when it arrives. Then Customer Service is polite but can’t do anything. Prime membership has been diluted that much it’s not worth it. I’ve noticed that buying an item with Prime can be dearer sometimes (than non-prime members) but you don’t get charged delivery.
If you’re a non-Prime member, it’s often cheaper, but you do get charged delivery if you order over £35 however it’s then free as a non-Prime member,
I pay yearly for the subscription, and six months in I asked to cancel, and they have stated that because of the delivery and service I have had, I would get nothing back. I also noticed people pay monthly, so if they cancelled, surely Amazon couldn’t tell them that they owe them more money.
It is a one-way street with Amazon. They were handy but in general more expensive, and what you get for Prime is not worth it.
If you were checking reviews about a website and it had this type of reviews, you would not use it.

I ordered a golf glove for same day delivery because I was playing golf the next day. Item was not delivered and I have been told it will be delivered in up to 6 days.... Now I have to purchase a new one at the golf club at double the cost.
I was offered free delivery by the Amazon agent as a way of apology...the item was free delivery so that was kind.
Very disappointed in Amazon. I have been prime for 15 odd years and expect much more
