Why do delivery drivers think they can just dump the parcels just anywhere.I didn’t get a parcel or a photo just an email for a review .On complaining a lengthy procedure They showed me a photo not of our porch and told me to go look for it.Not a delivery service

I should have read the reviews , I just needed coverage to follow my husbands tracker when he went walkabout, he has health issues.When I wanted to cancel it having tried online without success I drove to the nearest store in Cirencester to the shop.The assistant was less than helpful and almost rude .Never again he didn’t want to get back my surplus £4.50 was not worth his effort

Not so keen on the coffee, personally too harsh for me but the service at Tesco’s Costa was great thanks to the charming Jay.Very helpful and such a good happy manner and does great freehand designs.He deserves to be appreciated.

Had a few problems with my first diffuser contacted the company and James responded straight away.Nothing was too much trouble and a replacement arrived very quickly.It works beautifully giving off a delightful aroma.I am most impressed with the response it was a real pleasure to deal with Scandiscents

arrived at Heathrow having missed our connection in Singapore due to late plane arrival.Maya helped us contact our taxi out of the goodness of her heart went to a lot of trouble to get us sorted she is a credit to this company and we are most grateful for the help this lovely girl gave us

the diffuser is excellent, lovely to have a room smelling of your favourite aroma.The customer service is poor they dont respond to emails which is irritating .I now havent used mine for a couple of months as it has clogged up and neither Amazon or Lintro have any in stock such a shame

Trying to sort out what I wanted from Openreach ,EE, has taken me about 7 hours of time.Several different price quotes ,one person who I thought had sorted it out promised to phone back , I am still waiting.When this contract runs out I shall look at other providers.
I am now being inundated with emails from Openreach with the wrong time for the engineers to come and other useless non information.

Brilliant tights so great to get a pair that fit Ihave long skinny legs and a fat body .most tights can’t cope with the large backside these fit like a dream and are so comfortable.I am so glad I found them and the packaging as well as being so pretty is compostable great product

visited my local branch in Stroud such lovely staff set up my online account as I had cut myself out.Jasmine was very patient and understanding of an elderly customer who has trouble with numbers.i have now recently visited the bank on a couple of occasions and they have always been extremely courteous

I agree on the whole BT are rubbish , but a lovely man called Peter from Doncaster saved my bacon by sorting out my problems with broadband all over the phone .He was charming very helpful and knowledgeable and i wish he could be rewarded for his brilliant work.

Met up with friends for lunch, ordered the What’s Greg having.This was the avocado ,sour dough toast and tomato salsa I also ordered the bacon .Bacon was good toast was cold avocado was unripe and tasteless. Tomato salsa was just tomatoes cut in half. Not impressed it was boring and not worth the money .I did tell the staff who didn’t seem to care so won’t be going back
