Gosh I keep writing about Amazon Prime. I still say it is THE WORST shopping site in the UK today. Not only that I wanted something for a customers classic car, on Amazon it was £48 something my local supplier said they could get me the same thing for £21.67. Plus its other items too. I don't know why I bother.

Trying to watch something on Amazon prime is turning into a joke!! Literally adverts every 4 mins!!! It's a piss take. Greedy bastards are taking liberties with paying customers

Prime video has a new money making scheme . Show 7 out of 8 parts of a series eg Global Showdown as part of a Discovery + subscription but if you want to see part 8 you must subscribe to HBO Max at an additional cost. Totally underwhelmed and should expect nothing less from this company

I used to pay for for Amazon prime and was a member for 15 years but they have switched to using AI which just fails and takes too long to get any result the reason I was paying is no longer there along with adverts with Amazon video it's just a poor service not worth paying for unless some reason you order daily from them.
Do not waste your money for such a poor service I am going back to ordering direct the customer service is terrible and just throws you in a loop

Terrible content. Nothing worth watching. Adverts are very frequent and last up to two minutes. Bottom of the barrel service. Switching to Netflix better content less ads and cheaper. I expected better from Amazon. What a complete letdown.

Was told my Prime Delivery was delivered to the pickup point yet when I went to get the item it couldn't be found

Absolutely horrible customer service, I was scammed on my business account for £86.86 someone managed to get into my account and placed an order for air pods. They also attempted to buy a new iPhone £536.00 but I was lucky and deactivated the account on time. I had to get a refund from my bank. Customer service admitted fraud in my account but would not issue a refund.

I used to love amazon prime but now they are starting to charge per episode for a lot of there TV shows which I think is ridiculous. Think I'll be going back to virgin or bt

Think they are having a laugh on consumers. I pay £9 quid a month fir prime niw they put adverts in and they are getting more frequent and longer. Im cancelling. Im not paying them to get paid to bombard me with endless adverts. Total rip off

So I order with my prime for next day delivery...I get a Email saying delivered and posted through my letter box. Nothing there..so I check the photo and i see my parcel against a door ...I get home nothing there....I contact customer service and they tell me it hasn't been delivered ( where the photo clearly says it has ) ..........so which one is it ? ....... ...they refused to let me take it further and told me I had to wait 5 !! Days for delivery...Its a birthday present I needed it today ! I pay for this privilege. I wanted my money back so I could run to another shop..... terrible service from delivery to customer service.....
And now there pop up on here saying sorry etc etc ..I want my money back I won't be using your service again

Amazon Prime is a money making rip off.
Joining Amazon Prime is just a trap to get you in and exploit you with additional charges to watch anything. Most of it is rubbish foreign films badly dubbed over.

As a longtime Prime customer I now hate being their customer. Ads were annoying but their purchase popups are the worst. Hit the wrong button thinking it's Pause and you've unwittingly added junk to your basket. The good news is you can pay extra to skip the Ads which smacks of blackmail.

I am beginning to wonder why I am paying Amazon Prime. Supposed to be delivered today, now saying delivery in 2 days time & this is not the first time it has happened.

Absolutely shocking customer services the majority of them are rude and lie sort it out amazon

I've signed up for a one month trial of Prime. It's the same as Sky...they want you to PAY A SUBSCRIPTION yet it's still full of adverts. Glad it's only a free trial!!

I pay for prime to watch movies. And I still see adds. Lol

Constantly lying about next day delivery prime are supposed to del next day…. Doesn’t happen. Quality if purchases are cheap and nasty

This is like back to Communism, publicity every 20 minutes, outdated movies library, not really worried about the price, it doesn't compensate with the inflated prices on Amazon.
Absolutely legal as they say, and just the way it is.

Having been a prime member for five years plus, in the last eighteen of those delivery times. Ie next day are moving into 2/3/4 + days, always with a generic explanation of events, have also noticed a lot of delivery
Charges creeping in.
To be honest seriously consider cancelling .
This organisation is sinking into oblivion.
