Great ReliablebCompany
Having recently been scammed by a Company I was concerned about placing an order on-line for a cantilever umbrella. Aluxo has a functioning telephone line with a very helpful person on the end of the line who gave me confidence that I was dealing with a reputable Company. I was informed if I placed my order it would be despatched that day and be delivered by the end of the week, which it was. The product is extremely well made and of exceptional quality. Would highly recommend Aluxo.

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback! We’re delighted to hear that you found the ordering process easy and are pleased with the quality of your wall panels and how they look once installed.
We’re sorry that one of the panels was damaged in transit, as unfortunately this can occasionally happen during the handling of larger items and is outside of our direct control. We’re pleased, however, that our customer service team could resolve this quickly and arrange a replacement within a few days.
Thank you for your patience and for recognising the efforts of our team. We hope you enjoy your beautifully finished wall!

Amazing company
I’v had many sofas over the years, and I don’t normally go out my way to do a review.
This company is the best I’ve ever bought from. The quality of the products is amazing plus the service. The delivery service they use is amazing as well.
I will never buy from the big name companies ever again. Was very disappointed with the service I got of one of them. I had them triple check the sofa would go into my home. They said yes it would but it didn’t. I lost some money because of that on the refund. So I have recommended this company to every one I know. 10/10 all the way.

Thank you so much for your incredible feedback, Sue! We’re genuinely delighted to hear that your Tribeca Sofa Set has exceeded your expectations and that you consider Aluxo the best furniture company you’ve purchased from.
We’re especially pleased that you were happy with both the quality of the sofa and our delivery service. We understand how frustrating it can be when a sofa doesn’t fit as expected, so we’re glad your experience with us was a much more positive one.
Thank you for recommending us to everyone you know and for the amazing 10/10 rating — it truly means a lot to the whole Aluxo team. We hope you enjoy your Tribeca for many years to come!

We ordered twice from the company and…
We ordered twice from the company and have been very pleased with the sevice and the quality. The only reason I have given 4 stars is because we had free delivery on the first order and spent over £500 we didnt order quite enough so ordered anothe pack and had to pay delivery which made the 2nd order more expensive. I called to see if they could so anything about this and was told they would call me back but they didnt unfortunately, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. I always expect a call if promised.

Thank you for your honest feedback, Claire, and for choosing Aluxo for a second order. We’re delighted to hear that you’ve been pleased with both the quality of our products and the service overall.
We’re sorry that you didn’t receive the promised call back — we completely understand your frustration, and we agree that if a call is promised, it should be followed through.
Regarding the delivery charge on your second order, we appreciate why this was disappointing. As the second order was for just one additional flexible panel set, we still need to arrange a dedicated 2-man courier service to ensure larger and more delicate items are handled and delivered safely. These delivery costs are separate from the product price, and we aim to keep our product pricing as competitive as possible rather than building higher delivery costs into every order.
We really appreciate your understanding and hope we’ll have the opportunity to earn that fifth star on your next experience with us.
