From our business going live on the website the sale was completed in approx 10 weeks. Easy people to deal with in particular Adam who was always available. The odd misunderstanding that we had was very quickly resolved. Would definitely recommend.

I want to reassert that everything I said is true and accurate. This company are amateurs, and the buyer that they did 'introduce' to me was someone I already knew. They used Bruce and Co (after being ignored by them on at least two occasions) to get the particulars. They could have simply called me and saved me many thousands of pounds. Everything about the sales pitch, the ineptitude of the staff and particulars ( they were indeed written for two owners previous to me!!) and the lack of response to prospective buyers is absolutely true. I can prove all of it. And again - READ THE T'S & C'S. They are designed to lock you into a personal debt that you cannot avoid, and they are heavy with the legal threats. You have been warned!

Good service but expensive
Sophie was lovely however it is very expensive for the service that they are providing compared to other agencies. We were in a rush and were urgent therefore we chose Kings, not actually realising the fees we were going to be needing to pay in the end. Other than this factor (which is a big factor), the service, especially Sophie was very nice and responded to emails and calls frequently. King's just wants your money by the end of the day. It does the job.

Selling a business comprises of many marketing and sales activities which are designed to deliver you the best deal the market can offer. Unfortunately the cost of delivering this is ever increasing and as such our prices are in line with a level which we feel is appropriate for the service and marketing which is required to deliver results. We are aware that there are "cheaper" competitors available as there are in many other sectors/market places.
During the recent lockdown period we maintained our ability to assist our clients with their business sale when the majority of the other agents simply "shut up shop" - We did this because it was the right thing to do and was a significant cost to our business. We are proud of what we do and love working with clients to deliver their business sale

We have been very satisfied with the speed in which our care home has been marketed and a buyer found, Redwoods have kept us up to date all the way along the journey and were pleased to say the sale is to be finalised in the next few weeks which is very fast as we only went on the market in early sept last year ...thank you especially to Frank Orr .....
