Alpinestars Arvostelua 

Ho comprato un anno fa una paio di guanti in pelle Alpinestars SP-8 V3.
Da qualche tempo, sudando logicamente alle mani, una volta tolti i guanti, le mani rimangono pesantemente segnate dal colore del guanto, segni che impiegano giorni ad andare via, nonostante numerosi lavaggi delle mani. Mi chiedo se è logico...

Useless company to deal with directly.

Ordered 2 pairs of gloves from their website, where it says ‘free returns’. When you purchase, it says in the confirmation email that they deduct £7 from your refund if you make a return. To make matters worse, a week has passed by and it still doesn’t say it’s been shipping on the tracking. Trying to get in contact with someone? Impossible, you email them and you get an AI email back which is useless. Horrible company.

A week later and I still haven’t received my order, utterly astonishing how bad a company can be. Don’t buy Alpinestars products from their own website!

Compré unas botas directamente en Alpinestars y las devolví porque la talla no era la correcta. Antes de enviarlas hice fotografías en las que se aprecia que estaban en perfecto estado. Sin embargo, tras recibirlas en su almacén y mantenerlas retenidas durante 17 días antes de inspeccionarlas, rechazaron la devolución alegando una supuesta mancha y que faltaban las etiquetas.
Esas etiquetas nunca venían colocadas cuando recibí el producto, y además aporté pruebas fotográficas que contradicen sus afirmaciones. A pesar de ello, ignoraron toda la documentación enviada y dejaron de responder a mis correos, incluso después de solicitar que mi caso fuera revisado por un supervisor.
Ante la falta de respuesta y de una solución, me he visto obligada a presentar una reclamación ante el Centro Europeo del Consumidor.
Mi experiencia con el servicio de atención al cliente ha sido muy decepcionante. Espero que ningún otro cliente tenga que pasar por una situación similar.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service from Alpinestars. It's clear that, in my experience, they do not stand behind their products when there's a legitimate defect.

I contacted them about a pair of defective riding pants, and their solution was insulting: a $50 credit, but only if I shipped the defective pants back. So I'd be left without the pants I paid for and with a matching jersey that's now useless to me.

For a premium brand that charges premium prices, this is a disgraceful way to treat loyal customers. Instead of taking responsibility for a defective product, they offered a token credit that doesn't come close to replacing the gear or making things right.

If you're considering buying Alpinestars gear, keep in mind that if something goes wrong, you may be left fighting for a fair resolution. Based on my experience, I won't be purchasing from Alpinestars again, and I can't recommend them to anyone who expects a company to stand behind the products it sells.

Very disappointed with the customer service. I requested a return label and sent several follow-up emails, but none of them were answered. UPS even came to collect the parcel, but I couldn’t hand it over because I still hadn’t received the return label. The driver was also rude about it, even though the situation wasn’t my fault. Poor communication and a very frustrating experience. I expected much better.

Ordered on 21 May. Package never arrived, and the carrier’s investigation was closed with a “proof of delivery” despite no delivery being made. Repeated requests for proof, replacement, or refund went unanswered. 30 days later, the issue is still unresolved. Very disappointing experience.

Ho ordinato un paio di stivali, mi sono fidato del consiglio taglie integrato nel sito ma erano troppo piccoli.
Ho effettuato un reso e in una settimana sono stato rimborsato, ottima gestione degli ordini e del processo di reso.

Von der Auswahl, der Bestellung, dem Versand und Rücksendung bis zur Rückerstattung - alles lief super.

Mi pedido llegó con el embalaje abierto faltando uno de los productos y posteriormente encintado por la mensajería (UPS).
Después de cruzar varios emails con el servicio al cliente de Alpinestars se remitieron a que debía esperar 14 para que la mensajería diera una respuesta (14 días ehhh).
Pues bien han pasado ya más de 15 días y no tengo ninguna respuesta,no tengo el reembolso y obviamente no tengo el producto.
No compres nada en Alpinestars,el servicio al cliente post venta es incompetente,ninguna solución.

Servizio di vendita online eccellente da cui molti altri dovrebbero prendere esempio. Navigazione facile e processo di acquisto senza ostacoli di alcun genere. Il sistema di gestione reso/sostituzione é davvero molto semplice da utilizzare, completamente automatizzato ed accompagnato da un servizio di consegna rapido oltre ogni aspettativa. In aggiunta il servizio clienti puntuale, cordiale ed efficace contribuisce a fare di Alpinestar un sito di alto livello, sicuramente da consigliare. 5 stelle meritatissime! Complimenti.
