Such a unique gift
Such a unique gift! Didn’t know how to project the photo however, inside the box is a qr code that takes you straight to a video on how to achieve it. Really easy once you know how. My daughter is going to love her gift. Customer service is also excellent. Thank you so much.

Over 3 weeks and still nothing
I ordered on the 29th November and have been in touch with Allure who assured me it would arrive in time for xmas. It has now been over 3 weeks since I ordered a present for my mum and wife. Allure keeps placing the blame on Royal Mail saying ‘it just needs to be scanned’. However, i have ordered recently off two different companies who use Royal mail as delivery and both have arrived. I wouldn't advise using this company.

We’re really sorry for the frustration and disappointment this caused, especially when ordering gifts for Christmas - we completely understand how upsetting this must have been.
All of our personalised jewellery is made to order, and while we do our very best to dispatch within our stated timeframes, delays can unfortunately occur with Royal Mail during peak periods. In this case, the delay was caused by a lack of initial scan updates, which we know can be incredibly worrying.

I have a permanent bracelet from here purchased back in June which still looks the exact same as the day it was put on my wrist!!
Recently I purchased another permanent bracelet and unfortunately I cut the band too short for my wrist. I quickly informed them of my mistake and they very very kindly sent out a replacement free of charge!
Not many companies out there offer this level of service and understanding and it is greatly appreciated.

Projection bracelet
Brought one of the projection bracelets as a gift for my SIL for christmas. Quality was shocking. Looks like costume jewellery and you can barely make out what the picture should be. All the colours are gone. It looks like it was printed in sepia (which was not reuqested). They've also cropped the photo - chopped half of my nephew away but left the scenery on the other side?!? Very unhappy.

I love the necklace I received
I love the necklace I received. They are really active and will answear any email or question you have. The order came nicely packed, and secure. I ordered the necklace in heart shape with picture in it. The picture is nicely seen inside. I love it.

Purchased the allure infinity bracelet and was amazed by the packaging and the product. Had a slight issue with one of the clasp (could have been user error) - Paul was fantastic in sorting this out for me. Could not recommend the brand enough.

Update....tracking no supplied. But item has not reached Royal mail and no email replies!....... placed an order on the 29th Nov, no order confirmation and money has been taken. Won't be ordering again
Won't be ordering again, placed an order on Sunday 30th November, wasn't dispatched until Friday 5th, date is now 9th December and still no delivery. 2 week leadtime is ridiculous.
Tracking all over the place, one minute Evri have it and tried to deliver the same day, then they don't have it, then they have delayed it.
Note to management, if your going to charge £3.99 for delivery, might be worth providing a better delivery partner!
