Order was delayed a day at warehouse…
Order was delayed a day at warehouse and was only made aware of this after contacting the company. The order was placed a week in advance. Should have received delivery on the Tuesday but wasn’t despatched until the Tuesday then a further delay from DPD meant I didn’t receive my delivery until the Thursday. Flowers were really dehydrated with being out of water from the length of transport. Communication needs to be better with customers, ive always gave the company the feedback with issues from orders and the response is we are working on this! Ive lost confidence in this company and have went elsewhere to source my flowers

AVOID!
AVOID!
Absolutely unprofessional and unreliable service. No wonder people leave reviews about the quality of their flowers. Let me talk about their delivery service. We have planned and committed to an event this Friday, whilst these guys sent a confirmation email and also did state that the delivery will occur this Friday, they spontaneously changed it to Saturday instead and now we are left without flowers for the Friday event and zero response from either customer service or their phone… You don’t do business this way speaking about being an entrepreneur, I really hope someone will come in and shut down this business considering no response and terrible quality of flowers itself. Sorry, had to speak out…

We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience, and we do understand how frustrating it must have been not to receive your flowers in time for your event.
However, we do make it clear both on our website and in our terms and conditions that all delivery dates are requested dates and not guaranteed. While we always aim to dispatch orders in time for your chosen delivery day, we rely on courier services and supply chains that can occasionally experience delays — something that was unfortunately the case here.
We also recommend ordering 2–3 days in advance for time-sensitive events to allow for rehydration of the flowers and to avoid issues caused by any unexpected delays.
We’re truly sorry that we couldn’t meet your expectations on this occasion, and we will take your feedback on board to improve where we can. If you’d like to discuss this further, we’re happy to resolve it with you directly — please feel free to reach out.
Kind regards,

I ordered 18 oasis mini florets cages…
I ordered 18 oasis mini florets cages for a family wedding. Arrived yesterday, only 3 genuine oasis cages ( with green foam ) the other 15 had no oasis logo anywhere, the plastic frames were totally different to genuine oasis products. The 15 had at some point been stored in such a way that the tops of the cages were pushed completely into the blocks of oasis cutting them into sections, destabilising the whole block of oasis. They arrived in an enormous box with no packaging or protection around each items hence box full of yellow / brown foam debris, as not one was intact. Corners all knocked off and lumps of missing foam. The blocksof floral foam are an awful shade of brown so obviously not been stored correctly.
I object to being off loaded with items which are in a terrible state and more importantly not genuine oasis products which I ordered and paid for.
I await an apology, explanation and more importantly a full refund and P&P costs to return them.

We’re truly sorry to hear about the condition your order arrived in — this is certainly not the standard we aim to deliver, and we completely understand your frustration, especially with this being for such an important occasion.
All of our stock is sourced from reputable suppliers, and if incorrect or substandard items were received, we absolutely want to make it right. Damage in transit should not occur, and your comments regarding packaging and product quality are being taken seriously — we’ll be investigating this with our packing team and suppliers as a priority.
Please reach out to us directly with your order number if you haven’t already done so. We'll ensure this is resolved promptly, whether that be a replacement or a full refund including return postage costs.
Once again, we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
Kind regards,
Danny

Beautiful flowers for my daughter’s wedding and our wedding to create bud vases without paying a florist a fortune!
Flowers were all fabulous quality and beautifully fresh and vibrant.
We had a bunch missing and an incorrect bunch but Danny was apologetic and quickly sorted for us.
Would 100% recommend.

Dreadful condition of flowers. Emailed pictures and received a reply implying that the flowers looked fine (but foliage needed removing). They were appalling.

We're very sorry to hear you were unhappy with the condition of your flowers, and we appreciate you taking the time to send over photos and feedback.
Our flowers are shipped in a fresh, unprocessed state straight from the growers, which often means they arrive with excess foliage or in need of rehydration — particularly after transit. While we always aim to provide quality stems, we completely understand that the flowers didn’t meet your expectations in this instance.
We’re sorry that you felt our response wasn’t helpful. We do take all feedback seriously and aim to resolve every issue fairly. If you’d like us to re-review your order or photos, please don’t hesitate to reach back out — we’d be happy to help.
Kind regards,
