Quality flowers, low cost & great delivery.
Easy to find what flowers you want, via a great search engine. Great prices even better flowers, delivered by DPD or if your in the Birmingham region you can arrange to collect. Delivery charges are for next day delivery and are not expensive. This is the 3rd time I have ordered from this company for a very special occasion where the quality of the Roses and the cost are very important and I have never been let down on quality, cost & delivery.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! 🌸
We're delighted to hear that your flowers arrived on time, were well packed, and that you found the ordering process so easy. We're also pleased that, after conditioning the flowers, they looked beautiful for the special day.
Fresh flowers can occasionally have the odd damaged stem during transit, so we're glad it was only a couple and that the rest were perfect. The best part of your review is hearing that the bride was delighted—that's exactly what we aim for!
Thank you for choosing All Occasions Wholesale, and we hope to help make many more special occasions memorable in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.
We're pleased to hear you were happy with the quality of the greenery, but we're genuinely sorry that the roses didn't meet your expectations, especially for such an important occasion.
Our roses are carefully checked before dispatch, but as they are a fresh, natural product, damage can occasionally occur during transit. If you experience an issue like this, we always encourage customers to contact us as soon as their order arrives with photos, as we're committed to resolving genuine quality concerns quickly and fairly.
We appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue to improve, and we hope we'll have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.

We're sorry to hear that your gerberas arrived bruised. As they're one of the more delicate flowers we supply, they can be particularly susceptible to damage during transit despite being carefully packed.
We really appreciate your comments, as we're always looking at ways to improve our packaging and protect our flowers even better. If you haven't already, please feel free to contact our customer service team with photos of the damage so we can look into it and help resolve the issue.
Thank you for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience next time.
Avoid — No Delivery, No Communication
I placed an order through B&Q for a Coleus Ruby Road indoor houseplant on 18 April. The item was due to arrive on 28 April, but it has still not been delivered. Despite both myself and B&Q repeatedly chasing for an update, this company has failed to respond to any messages.
I have been left with no option but to leave this review to warn others and to contact my credit card provider to try to recover the money.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise avoiding this company.

Communication was good
Communication was good, as they called to say they had refused the 8 Strelitzia flowers and had reordered them due to snapped stems.
The packaging from the grower could be improved, as there was only a small amount of tissue paper to protect the flowers. So they looked battered and a couple of the first flower blushes had broken off.
However after a day in water, the flowers revived and they have lasted 3 weeks.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. 🌸
We're really pleased to hear you were happy with our communication and that we were able to proactively contact you about the Strelitzia. We always inspect our flowers before dispatch and would much rather delay an order slightly than send flowers that don't meet our standards.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the grower's packaging. We'll certainly pass this on, as protecting delicate flowers during transit is incredibly important to us.
It's wonderful to hear that, after being conditioned in water, the flowers recovered well and lasted for three weeks. That's exactly the longevity we hope our customers enjoy.
Thank you again for your valuable feedback and for choosing All Occasions Wholesale. We hope to supply you again soon!

The flowers arrived a day late
The flowers arrived a day late! They were broken, dead, and they were for a 16 year old girls funeral. I was absolutely ashamed at the work I had to do as half the flowers couldn’t be used. I rang you and emailed you and had no response! I will never use this firm again!

Hi,
We’re really sorry to read this, especially given the circumstances. Supplying flowers for a funeral is something we take very seriously, and we understand how upsetting and stressful this must have been.
We aim to deliver on the selected date, but as outlined in our delivery terms, delays can occasionally occur with third-party couriers. That said, the condition you’ve described is not what we expect, and we would want the opportunity to properly look into this for you.
We’ve checked our records and can’t see a response logged against your contact, so we sincerely apologise if you feel you were unable to reach us. Please could you email us again at [danny@alloccasionswholesale.co.uk](mailto:danny@alloccasionswholesale.co.uk) with your order number and photos of the flowers on arrival so we can investigate with the courier and supplier and resolve this appropriately.
Again, we’re very sorry for the experience you’ve had at such a difficult time, and we would like the chance to put this right.
Kind regards,
All Occasions Wholesale

Calla lilies were disappointing
The Calla lilies supplied this year were very small and over priced. I emailed to express my dissatisfaction and my email was ignored. The box that the Lillie's came in was farcical given the size of the flowers inside. The delivery service was fine but the quality of the flowers disappointing.

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with the size of the Calla lilies you received. As a natural product, flower sizes can vary throughout the season, but we appreciate that they didn't meet your expectations on this occasion.
