AVOID at all costs!!!

I ordered flowers and foliage from All Occasions Wholesale mid July. I received a notification approximately 30 minutes before delivery saying I would receive a part refund as some of my order was not available. Far from ideal when you have orders to fulfil.

All but one of the items I ordered were dried up, wilted, falling apart and unusable. I contacted customer service and did receive a response, however, no refund or replacement was offered.

Had ordered the flowers to be delivered on July 24th,2025, they came completely wilted and broken, not really fresh at all , not worth over £60 to spend on them. Today is the fourth day after receiving them, they started to die. I made big mistakes to order from this company, never order from them again. I will buy the flowers from the supermarket or florist shop next time, at least it can last a couple weeks. Poor quality!

These flowers were to commemorate the death of my in-laws and were intended as a surprise for my wife as she’d chosen this variety to be carried on their coffins. They arrived yesterday and were already withered, which was very upsetting but I hoped they’d recover if I put them straight into water. They’ve been in water for the last 24 hours and they look awful. I’ve taken a photo as they’re ready for the bin. A surprise, neither of us wanted!

Beautiful flowers delivered largely in good condition.
Good communication of change to delivery date, prompt refund of unavailable stock prior to request for same.
Some issues however:
- The antirrhinum sadly fared the worst, several arriving broken and bowed.
- Rose Enchantment was stunning but 50cm stems rather than the 60cm ordered.
- Delivered > an hour after 12noon despite payment for DPD 9-12am.
In summary, an alright experience and event was salvaged.
Unfortunately, wasted potential for excellence.

Used to be great but the flowers lasted 3 days last time. All of them. Quality is not the same anymore

Amazing quality flowers arrived for a wedding, bride and groom very happy with the displays, and arrived on time well packaged

Customer service unreachable!
No reply or response whatsoever!

When I arrived at the site to collect the order, there was no signposting to the wholesale entrance. This would be useful as I was knocking on the office door and disturbed the team.
I received no email on the day to say my order was ready, which was a bit disconcerting as I had to travel to collect it. And there is no phone number to check.

Flowers were lovely and in good condition and team were helpful on arrival.

I ordered hydrangeas to add to our wedding flowers. They arrived promptly and packaged securely. Followed instructions and they spruced up beautifully. The blooms were amazing. Appreciated by so many guests. Thank you so much.

Some missing items in my order and yes, not so easy to get hold of the team but I've been on site and see there is just one office. Fortunately I was able to recover the main bridal rose being 40 stems short but it was disappointing. I used a second delivery supplier to get flowers and that proved a good idea on the day.

I had a problem with order not being received but you got it sent out quickly and arrived next day .very much appreciated

My first order from all occasions wholesale flowers and my flowers were beautiful but some of my order was missing.I received a refund for these and an apology.I am going to order again as the part order was very good and value excellent.

I purchased a DAD frame and flower package from this place for my brother-in-law's funeral as my 7 year old nephew wanted this last tribute for his father. The frame never arrived but only the flowers. Despite my numerous attempt to contact them, I never got the respond and was too late to order from other suppliers. Only after the funeral, Danny sent a one liner email apologising and issuing to refund for my DAD Frame Only. I responded asking for a full refund as I had been unable to use the flowers and asked Danny to collect them flowers back which is only fair since I never received the full package I ordered. I emailed, called, left message in their chat forum but nothing. Danny is now MIA. I will be contacting my bank soon to retrieve the money back. I am absolutely shocked and disgusted by the carelessness and lack of accountability of this supplier. I expected the flower business to pay utmost care when delivering their goods especially for funeral or wedding because these events are once in a lifetime event.

I have been dealing with all occasions for a few years and never had a problem until recently. On three occasions now I have had flowers missing from my delivery ( of which paid for). I have emailed them on numerous occasions to report the missing flowers. Nothing back from them . I have tried to call and they never answer. Flowers were ordered for bespoke funeral tributes . Very disappointed in there customer service and the fact that no attempt has been made to rectify the errors made. I appreciate this could be down to lost in transit however as the customer and not receiving the flowers is not acceptable. Some form of communication from them would be great. I have now had to source a new supplier . I had never had any issues until recently and was always pleased with the quality of the flowers .. fed up of being let down by all occasions

Easy ordering system and kept up to date on when order was despatched and delivery date. Unfortunately some of the stems were damaged. I emailed to let them know and they got back to me with a refund for the damaged stems. On the whole pretty good service.
