Allison Homes - The Oaks Arvostelua 

From the moment we first walked into the sales office for a chat, to now living our everyday lives in our beautiful new home, we have had such a fantastic experience with Allison Homes at The Oaks.

A huge thank you to Annabelle, who has been amazing throughout our whole journey. She has been so helpful, supportive and approachable from the very beginning, making the whole process feel that much easier and more enjoyable. She genuinely goes above and beyond, and our catch ups have been some of my favourite moments throughout our journey. She has this wonderful way of making you feel as though you’ve known her for years, and that personal touch has made the experience all the more special.

Since moving in, Liam and George, our site managers, have also been fantastic. They have both been so supportive, helpful and approachable, always happy to answer our questions, give us a call for a catch up, or stop for a chat and a laugh when passing by. They’re always so cheerful and welcoming, and we genuinely look forward to our little chats with them. Any issues we’ve raised have been proactively dealt with and resolved as quickly as possible, which has been so reassuring as we settle into our new home.

Buying our first home together is such a huge milestone, and we are incredibly grateful to Annabelle, Liam and George for all their kindness, help and support, both throughout the buying process and since moving in.

Thank you all for making our journey to our new home so special. We’re loving settling in and are so grateful to have such a wonderful team supporting us as we begin this new chapter of our lives! THE OAKS DEVELOPMENT - POSTWICK NORWICH
The whole experience has been great, sales team (Annabelle) are reachable, caring and understanding. Site team (Liam and George) have supported the moving in, and updating me regulalry of site activities. And the aftercare team (Lou) are there every step of the way, with continued check in's and closing of snagging items. I have moved into new build developments 4 times and can honestly say the build quality, customer service and the willingness to support is second to none. Thank you Allison Homes

Went in to look at the buying process for moving out next year and spoke to the lovely Annabelle. She was super helpful, friendly and informative.

The site managers George and Liam have just gone above and beyond for me and my family. Nothing is ever too much trouble. We absolutely love living here. The location is great. The house is gorgeous and it's finished to a very very high standard, everyone's always checking that we are okay and comfortable and happy and really genuinely do care about us having a good experience and being happy in our new home.. It's so nice. New builds get a lot of bad press and bad reputations but this one has been a dream so far. I'm sure if we ever do encounter any problems that the guys on site will be quick to come sort it for us. Thank you all so much. X

We have had a really positive experience with Allison Homes, from the initial sales process through to moving into our new home. Annabelle was fantastic in helping us narrow down the different house types and supported us throughout the purchase process. Since moving in, Liam, George and Burt have also been brilliant, promptly resolving the few snags we encountered. We’ve been so pleased with our experience that we often recommend Allison Homes to friends and family whenever they mention they’re thinking about moving house.

The purchase process was absolutely fine (unsurprisingly). The team were attentive and helpful. Snagging was hard work but we had a helpful contact who got things done.

Having been in for less than two years, we came to discover that Allison Homes had snuck through a major change to the property behind us as a non material amendment, meaning we were not notified. The change meant that instead of a front garden behind our back garden, there will now be a two storey 5 bedroom house just a couple of metres the other side of our fence, and running the entire length of it. Our back garden is now enclosed on all four sides as we have garages either side. The company don't care about you once you're in, and you could be in our situation where our property will be significantly devalued, lose light and privacy. Customer care team couldn't have cared less and offered nothing in the way of helping ease the situation, such as offering to provide landscaping for privacy.

In addition, living on Allison Homes' active building site is terrible. They consistently start noisy works at 6.30-7am every day waking us and our infant up. I do not recommend and I wish we'd never bought this house, I'm devastated.

Sales consultant Annabel provided outstanding customer service today. She took the time to walk us through upcoming properties that perfectly matched our preferences and gave us clear, transparent pricing ranges. We were given an opportunity to view one of the propeties to see more or less what the upcoming properties will look like. On top of that, she shared upcoming floor plans and detailed all the customizable options and additional features available. She was incredibly proactive, even gave us contacts of a mortgage advisor for our affordability checks. I highly recommend her expertise to anyone looking for their next home!

Annabelle is an absolute asset to the company, she always there to help, goes above and beyond always and is very friendly and approachable. The build quality is superb selling wonderful houses

Thank you to the wonderful Annabelle at Allison Homes in Norwich! We had initially looked at other developments within Norwich until we 'stumbled' across The Oaks, where we met the ever-so-lovely Annabelle. From our very first meeting with her, she really made us feel welcome, and she left us with such a positive and memorable impression of her. The knowledge that she has, her hardwork and dedication to the job, and to helping customers like us find and secure our dream home is apparent, and we really could not have done it without her. Nothing was ever too much for her, and she 'bent over backwards' to assist us. A beautiful person inside and out, Annabelle is such a kind, down-to-earth, friendly, and bubbly person, who has such a lovely way of making you feel seen and heard, and I feel like we have known her for years. Seeing her on the development is like seeing your best friend ☺️ With a lovely smile and such a warm presence, she brightens up everyone's day, and we really can't envisage having anybody else as the 'face' of The Oaks. Perhaps it should be renamed 'Annabelle Homes' 😆 A fantastic development, with some of the most lovely people working on it - from Annabelle, George, Liam, and Mark (Burt), we genuinely consider all of them to be like family to us!

Moved in to our new house at the end of march, build quality is great and Liam and George the site managers have consistently been helpful going above and beyond with any small issue we have had or help we have needed

Having moved to Norwich not knowing anyone in the area, we are thankful to have met two of the loveliest people, George and Liam. They have been very helpful and supportive. Nothing is too much for them. They go above and beyond and we are very grateful that we have met them at Allison Homes. They have been so friendly and welcoming and we really do feel at home now!

Annabelle was very friendly and informed us of the plots and types of houses and when they would become available. We also discussed part exchange. She answered all our questions and asked if we had any more to ask. We are interested in a plot and is going to keep us informed when it becomes available. We have visited several housing developments and Annabelle was the best we've spoken to. She is a real asset to Allison Homes.

An incredible experience from start to finish. We bought our Alisson Home via Part-Exchange scheme where Annabelle and Sophie both delviered exceptional service from the get-go which made understanding and handling the transaction very easy for us. They were both very attentive to our needs and always responded to any of our enquiries promptly.
After completion, members of the site team George and Burt were exceptional… rectifying an issue we had in no time as well as checking up now and then if everything was going ok and we needed any assistance. Our after sales rep Lou has been fantastic since the handover when it comes to snags and helping with further inquiries we had.
We have nothing but good to say about Alison Homes and the whole team at The Oaks in Norwich. The customer service, house quality, aftercare kits, etc have all been great. We are very happy with our decision!

First class service, Annabella replied on a Sunday and was very knowledgeable on visit.

An absolute joke of a company. Me and my partner were In negotiations about buying a plot at the Oaks site in Postwick Norwich . On a few occasions a deal was proposed to us by sales staff. It was first approved by the regional sales manager. However it would not get MD /board approval. Why even propose these deals to a customer if they can't actually be done ??. We understand if it's the first time but when this happened on more than a two occasions ?? We wasn't even asking much more from what they could originally do for us . It was nothing ridiculous, otherwise the regional sales manager would not have approved it.
Eventually we got fed up with going back and forth on negotiation, and decided to just agree on the original deal the MD was happy to sign off. It took over 48 hours to get an answer and it requires us chasing for updates .
So thinking we could actually finally reserve this plot , we were again told it had to put forward to the sales manager and board approval again so more time waiting and wasted. So after all that we was shocked to be told the deal the MD was "happy with agreeing to" couldn't be done after all this time.
How does a company conduct their business like this if they can't even honour something or keep to their word especially from someone at the very top of the company. Their reason was they had hit certain targets they didn't want do it anymore . Is this a good way to do business with a serious customer?? A company that cannot keep it's word . Where is the element of trust, integrity and honesty.
It has totally ruined me and my partners plans and dreams of a house purchase at the site.
We would advise to anybody that has reserved to be very cautious and careful as they'll more than likely change their minds afterwards or back track on what was originally agreed. If you value honesty, trust and integrity look elsewhere especially with a such big and important purchase as a house.

Salesperson extremely helpful and informative, as well as being fully knowledgeable of development and properties on offer. All questions answered immediately and fully.

We have had a great experience with the viewing and reserving process of buying our first house from Allison Homes. Annabelle and Sophie were extremely attentive and replied instantly to any queries we had, no matter what time or day. They made sure to explain things in Lehman’s terms so we completely understood everything. They were a pleasure to deal with and would recommend them both to anyone.
