This is a follow-up on my review I left yesterday. I contacted Al Haramain directly via email, and they responded. They acknowledged that the L'Aventure Knight had some issues that led to the sticky box. I was offered a 20% discount on my next purchase. Since I shop with them regularly, it is a reasonable offer and explanation.

Good delivery time, really nice smelling product which I would give give 5stars for. However would only give 1star for the packaging and quality of the box the bottle came in. The cellophane wrapping had almost melted onto the box, once peeled off it has left the box a sticky mess. How has this been stored before being sold? Not good!
Also the lid is broken and falls off. I would like to leave the bottle inside the box however I am unable too. So hence the average three stars.

First and foremost, the customer service is outstanding. When there were concerns, they resolved them immediately and efficiently. The shipping was quick, and the items received were excellent.

Ordered 3 x 15ml perfume oils
Order was not corrected but customer service was A* and rectified very quickly. Oils were amazing and so affordable. Red African unisex stood out and my family have already stolen that one. Will be buying more.

I messaged on the chat on the website as I wanted to buy a sweet and light fragrance. I spoke to someone called Aleem, who was extremely knowledgeable and gave me information about the fragrances. He advised that I should try the amber oud gold as this would be a good match with what I wanted .... and he was absolutely right!! The fragrance arrived yesterday and it has the most beautiful and long-lasting scent - I can still smell it in my hair today! Aleem was professional, knowledge and attentive which really made my experience buying from Al Haramain. I will be buying again asap - AMAZING PERFUME!!
