Two men delivered my kitchen bench. They were polite and helpful. They were slightly late which was mildly frustrating having to stay in to wait for delivery but they did call to let me know when they were roughly 25mins away.

Staff could be more intellectual
Delivery of the package was fine your delivery driver made an odd comment, "why is everyone here for just one package" when one person was leaving for work two others were just cleaning the car, just an unnecessary statement, he should use his eyes to assess the situation instead of being quick to judge.
