Delay after delay getting our order…
Delay after delay getting our order delivered. Delivery should have been 24th July but was eventually delivered 5th August after intervention by the retailer. Staff were helpful and friendly but you lost 4 stars for dreadful delay

Time of delivery notified regularly but it did change
Kept well informed of timing for delivery. Good job I checked though because on the morning it changed from morning until afternoon on the app. The driver was passed his stated slot but he did ring to let us know he was on his way.

Excellent service from this delivery company, I received 3 text messages telling me when to expect delivery plus a phone call 40 minutes beforehand to let me when they would be with me. The lads were polite , friendly and were very helpful

One of the staff was very rude and disrespectful
We have had a delivery from your company several times. The first two times it went very well, no complaints at all. But today .. one of the delivery persons was nice and professional, the other one was extremely rude and unrespectful. There are still people who have to wear a facemask due to their immunesystem sadly not working well. That man dared to asked my son if he had a virus, and why he was wearing the facemask while coming into our home. It was the way he did that, which is totally not done. You do not know what kind of healthproblems one has to go through, respect that no matter the opinion. We do not ask someone to wear a facemask, the other way around one should respect us too. He also called us, and the only thing he said on the phone was .. delivery .. when my son picked up the phone. What a way to deliver a product to clients. So the other ones were totally fine, this man not.
