Very Good Service
I ordered an expensive, bespoke leather chair so was a bit cagey about it being delivered.
It arrived in so much padding, l reckon l could have chucked it off the balcony and it would have bounced, unharmed.
The two man team were excellent...Professional and friendly. They turned up when they said they would and there was no banging or crashing against doors or walls.
A job well done.

Washer Dryer Delivery and Installation
The delivery came at the expected time, they called ahead to say they were 5 minutes away. The two guys did a great job of unpacking, installing and removing the packaging for my LG washer dryer. I'm happy with the delivery experience.

Delivery fine but packing very dirty
The delivery itself was fine (tracked, called in advance, arrived on time, drivers polite). However, the packaging the mattress arrived in was absolutely filthy, perhaps from being on warehouse or lorry floor. Unfortunately, as the packaging was laid against a door frame and then brushed the wall as we carried it upstairs, dirty marks were left all over the door frame and wall (and our hands after carrying it!) I don't know if this is the fault of the delivery company or the retailer tbh, so 4 stars but if the packaging is down to AIT, please do review this as it will now be work to put right for something that should have been avoided.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and rating your delivery experience with four stars. We are glad you enjoyed your experience with the tracking, the advance call, the punctual arrival, and the polite conduct of the delivery team.
However, we are very sorry to learn about the soiled condition of the outer packaging and the resulting dirt left on your walls, door frame, and hands. We understand how frustrating it is to deal with unexpected cleanup work after receiving a new purchase. We take the cleanliness of our shipments seriously, and we will look into our storage and transit processes to ensure that protective wrapping remains clean throughout the journey. Your comments have been shared with our operations team so we can review our handling procedures and prevent this from happening to other customers in the future. Thank you again for helping us identify this area for improvement, and we hope to provide a completely seamless experience next time.

We're sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the delivery timing.
We understand how frustrating it must have been to have the estimated delivery time changed three times throughout the day, particularly when this resulted in you having to alter your plans. While our delivery timeslots are estimated rather than guaranteed and can be affected by circumstances encountered throughout the delivery route, we appreciate the inconvenience that multiple changes can cause.
We're pleased to hear that the delivery team were friendly, helpful, and accommodating when they arrived.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused. Your feedback regarding the delivery updates and timing will be raised with the relevant teams for review.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.
