Hassle free delivery

Careful delivery of very heavy item made to the precise spot I needed it. Hassle free and just a few minutes late, but no complaints over that as I could track the delivery all the way.

I will be honest the worst service that…

I will be honest the worst service that I have ever had. The team was lazy and rude didn’t want to do the job even had the audacity to use my tea towel to wipe his head and then put it back on the side.

I have tried to contact their customer service team who again seemed pretty useless. It took me nearly 15 minutes to make a woman understand a post code as I didn’t have the order number to hand. Then to be told that it’s already been delivered. Completely didn’t understand why I was trying to make a complaint but wasn’t bothered or interested.

Bed just left on front doorstep had been informed that i would…

I had been informed that i would receive notification, the previous evening, of a time frame for delivery. This did not happen.
I was informed at 06.58am on the Monday morning of delivery and delivery happened at 07.15am. Unfortunately I did not see email before I went to shower and my delivery of a double bed was just left on my front doorstep.
I had a missed phonecall, from delivery man, as my phone was in my bedroom. I answered a call from the delivery man at 07.26am to advise of delivery but he had already left bed on front door steps and was on way to next delivery! He said he had rang Bell and knocked the door, I was in shower. Strange I didn't hear!
Sorry but not good enough to advise of delivery minutes before delivery at 7am and worse to just leave it there!
Delivery man said it was not heavy! I live on my own and it was impossible for me to try moving it.
Very unhappy with this delivery service
