Was given a delivery window
Was given a delivery window, was contacted 90mins before & told they were 1hr away. Rushed home, they were 40mins early. Three guys turned up, brought the 65” TV in, didnt unpack it saying they only dropped off as they only get 5mins per drop - despite being 40mins early. Left with a heavy TV I couldnt unpack or check for damage as I live on my own.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive a delivery window, be advised that the team were approximately an hour away, and then find that the delivery arrived significantly earlier than expected. We appreciate that this left you having to rush home, only to find the team had already arrived. We recognise how stressful this would have been, particularly when trying to make arrangements around the delivery.
We are also sorry that the experience left you feeling unsupported. We understand your concerns about being left with a large 65" television that you could not easily unpack or inspect on your own.
Having reviewed the order details, we can confirm that this was booked as a doorstep-only delivery. We were not instructed or authorised to provide any additional services beyond the delivery itself.
We would also like to clarify that, for televisions, where there is no assembly or wall-mounting service included on the order, our teams are unable to unpack the product. This is due to the risk of damage once the item has been removed from its protective packaging, and therefore the television must remain boxed upon delivery.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience and frustration caused. If you were expecting additional services, we would recommend contacting your supplier directly to discuss the services included with your order.

By far the best courier company we have ever had deliver to us.
From the outset we were emailed as to what to expect on the day in relation to the size of the vehicle in terms of access etc. Importantly, we were able to select our delivery date via the email.
We had the opportunity to add delivery notes which is particularly useful to us as we are down a farm lane. We could also add What3Words showing our exact location.
As explained in the email which showed our estimated delivery time, we were informed that the driver would call when he was an hour away, which he did. He said he would call again when he was five minutes away, which he did.
Both the driver and his mate were really helpful, giving us a hand to move the really heavy package ( a cast iron stove)
They definitely set the bar to which other couriers need to aim for.
