The delivery men did not speak English
The delivery men did not speak English, or made out that they didn’t, and they were rude and unhelpful.
It was fortunate for me that I had someone here who could set up the TV, because I wouldn’t have been able to do it myself, and the delivery men didn’t even offer to do it. They dropped off the new TV and took the old one, and just left without even saying goodbye.

Should have been delivery and collection, refused collection, now have to sort out another collection wasting our time
