The communications were excellant

The communications were excellant, everthing to do with delivery was first class, the only thing that we would question , nobody told us how to operate the system . We have struggled to get the system operating correctly,please look into this , thankyou , Bob Ratcliffe

Delivery driver was fantastic

Delivery driver was fantastic. Took the parcel to where I needed in the house. He was very pleasant and happy. He was also not put off by mini dauschund who was exerting his right to bark. Infact he really took to Denny. Which I really appreciated as I had just come off nightshift from the hospital and was in pjs and only half awake

Dreadful

Dreadful, couldn’t have been any worse, the settee wouldn’t go through the door in the packaging it came in. The delivery drivers wouldn’t unpack the settee ,and were happy to just leave it jammed in the doorway. Eventually it was taken into the garage where the drivers were happy to take pictures and then go off to the next job. The drivers rang the boss up who was as much use as a chocolate fire guard.
Incidentally I emailed the company and asked could I have help putting it together, to which the reply was we can see what we can do.
I wouldn’t usually ask but I’m really struggling with a knee the will probably need replacing.
So obviously think before relying on this company to deliver efficiently.
