Fabulous service overall! Sophie provided first class support throughout the relocation process and actively helped coordinate the numerous veterinary and quarantine appointments and paperwork. Highly recommend this company (particularly versus other providers we have used). Very personable and obviously care deeply about the welfare of animals.

Airpets truly made us feel at ease for what is a difficult decision - putting your dog on a plane. Nobody likes the thought, but Emma and the team at Airpets truly made us feel secure about Leo's arrival into the UK, and we couldn't have been happier with the service we received both ahead of our flight, and once we had arrived.

Leo was well taken care of, and Emma truly went out of her way ahead of the flight to provide us with answers and huge amounts of detail for what we were about to do. If it wasn't for Emma, I'd still be anxious about the whole thing.

Out of all of the companies we dealt with on the Canadian side and on the British side, Airpets come out on top. Huge thanks to Emma and the team!

We recently relocated our cat Lucca on a long transatlantic journey, and choosing AirPets was one of the best decisions we made. From start to finish, their service was exceptional—thorough, compassionate, and incredibly well-organized.

Fay, our main point of contact, was absolutely fantastic!!! Fay communicated with us regularly, kept us updated at every step, and patiently answered all of our (many) questions. Fay's kindness and professionalism gave us so much peace of mind during what could have been a very stressful time!!

One of the standout aspects of the service was the home pickup. The agent who collected Lucca was not only on time, but also calm, kind, and very understanding of our concerns. They handled Lucca gently and reassured us throughout the process and even suggested we add in a t-shirt to help Lucca settle into his journey. It was clear from the beginning that our cat Lucca was in good hands. When Lucca arrived at the pet hotel, we received updates and photos, which were such a comfort to receive and see that he's settling in well! It was incredibly reassuring to see him safe, calm, and well cared for Lucca's long journey ahead.

AirPets also managed all the necessary paperwork for our cat's international travel—everything was accurate, thorough, and completed without a hitch. They took care of the logistics so we didn’t have to worry about it, which made a huge difference when compared to other companies we looked at. With all the paperwork electronically sent to me via email and to the arrival airport, pickup for our cat Lucca was incredibly seamless and quick!

The coordination with the receiving team at JFK (Starwood Pet Travel) was also seamless. Communication was smooth between the teams on both sides, and we never once felt out of the loop!

Overall, AirPets made what could have been an overwhelming and emotional process into a smooth, well-supported experience. We’re deeply grateful for the care they gave Lucca and the kindness they extended to us. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing international pet transport—they’re truly experts who care!!!

She was so helpful through the whole process, even when there was a chance I was going to be delayed, she helped relieve the stress and ensured me that she will help me through the whole process. I was extremely stressed since I was not traveling with my dogs and they were going to family before I can return and she non stop stayed in contact with me and answered all my questions and helped me with the paperwork. The only thing that was disappointing, which to be CLEAR, NOT Laurens fault, but think people should be aware, BA wanted to charge me insane amount of money to use the plastic crates I already had and had used for my flight to the UK back in 2022. Lauren was very helpful and helped me sort out new crates for my pets and even sent me pictures, so I was aware what I was buying and no surprises. Again, NOT Laurens fault but want it to be known, the broker, although very nice, on the US side was clearly using copy and paste emails and if I wasnt pay attention, my family would have arrived at the wrong time to collect my dogs, which would have been a problem since the Cargo closed after the time the email say. "Arrive an hour after your pet has landed" This need to be more careful when sending. I do understand she is handling a lot of animal processes but moving is VERY stressful and the information needs to be correct based on the time the flight arrives. I had priced around to quite a few pet senders and Airpets was by far the best price and communication. Seriously, Give Lauren a raise.

I recently relocated from London to Italy and needed to move my two beloved British Shorthair cats — not an easy task when dealing with international pet travel! Unlike the pet transfer service I used in New Zealand, Airpets were delightful. Always courteous, professional and quick with the communication. Amber was particularly helpful keeping us informed as to my dogs whereabouts. Everything went smoothly at this end. And now my Jack Russell is happily adjusting to her new life in England.

Airpets have made moving my parrot from Cyprus back to the uk stress free and relieved all my anxiety, they answered all my questions and worries and provided the most helpful and supportive service. A massive Thank you to Lauren and the Airpets team foe their assistance with relocating our BSH cat Kimi from the UK to our new home in the UAE.
It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Lauren and she was always on point for advice, guidance and providing details prior and during the process. We debated on flight options and Lauren supported us throughout the whole time and gave feedback on what to expect.
The team Airpets works with in the UAE was just as great too! Kimi landed at 23:00 in Dubai and at 03:00 she was already home in Abu Dhabi.
Both team were absolutely amazing! Highly recommended service and would never think of another company!!!

Amber is an absolute STAR, and Airpets has been invaluable!
Milo, my cockatiel, made it safely to the UK all the way from Uruguay. Amber is such a kind and lovely person—she answered all my questions, went above and beyond, and always kept Milo’s welfare as the top priority. We even had a few long phone chats about all things birds, which were absolutely lovely.

Communication throughout was top-notch. I truly cannot thank Amber and Airpets enough—they were key to making my dream come true: having Milo with me again after more than four years apart.

A special thank you as well to the Animal Aircare Facility Team at Heathrow Airport, who took great care of Milo during the night he had to stay there while waiting for customs clearance.
Milo was delivered at home in Nottingham the next day - GoFetch was the company used by Airpets for the delivery, and this was also top-notch. The driver was super friendly and it seemed like they really enjoy what they do - I don't blame them, after all, if their job is to deliver pets to their families, their job is to delivery happiness :).

What really stood out to me is how much they genuinely care. Even after Milo arrived, Amber followed up to ask how he was settling into his new home. That kind of personal touch means everything. Through her work, you can tell she’s incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about bringing pets and their families together.

There was a mistake in an address on one of the health certificates coming from Uruguay. Amber was on the phone with me immediately to inform me about this issue and make sure that Milo could be released from customs and go home whilst under the condition that the issue was solved before a certain deadline - she was key to this process, and Milo made it home on they day he was supposed to, and the mistake in the health certificate is also sorted. Amber and Airpets were excellent with the help they provided to get that sorted.

I cannot recommend Amber and the team highly enough. Having your beloved pet travel halfway across the world is incredibly nerve-racking, but having someone like Amber by your side made it so much more bearable. Her genuine care, advice, and support meant the world. From my experience, you simply can't go wrong with Airpets.

We debated whether our small chihuahua Daisy, at 11 years, was too old to join us on our new adventure from the UK to Australia. After professional advice, talking to relatives and finding Airpets there was no way we could leave her.
Sophie has been absolutely amazing, we can’t fault the service from her. She explained the process to us and was always available to answer any questions we’ve had.
Our vet made a mistake and sent the bloods to the wrong lab, just days before Daisy was sue to fly, even though Sophie has stated where they needed to go. Sophie picked up on this and was on the phone to us and the vets to get this corrected. I don’t know what we would have done without her at that point.
Our girl made it all the was to Aus and is safe and sound with her family, we highly recommend Airpets and Sophie and thank them for making this happen.

From start to finish, Airpets made the process of sending my Labrador to Australia seamless. What could be a confusing and drawn out process was handled with professionalism and clarity. Especially appreciated as I was occupied with other aspects of a move. Sophie Powell was my contact and I can't recommend her enough. Laruen and Airpets just helped us relocate our 12 year old cat from the UK to the USA. From start to finish the experience was excellent and Lauren especially made me feel very at ease. Our cat is very anxious and had no experience travelling however she arrived in the US and has settled in much better than I ever could have imagined. The whole experience was smooth and easy with execellent communication throughout. I also felt AirPets was reasonably priced compared to several others I looked at and the value for the service is second to none.

The communication with both Amber in the UK & Andria in Cape Town was just fantastic! They both kept me informed throughout the process, of my dogs well being, & she arrived happy & healthy.
