Ailise and Chris made the process of shipping our VERY large dog from the UK to the USA, easy, quick, and efficient. At no point was I left wondering how to do something, what to do next, or what steps were to follow. They arranged everything including a taxi from Plymouth to London, sent updates with photos, and kept me informed every step of the way. Shipping any pet can be stressful naturally, but the Airpets team does everything to make you and your pet more comfortable throughout the process. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The team was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and professional from start to finish.

Recently had a very short notice need to move my ageing Podenco from Uk to UAE. A little bit of research showed only one choice from the start.

From the first Email to Ted being collected in Derbyshire to delivery in Dubai it was an absolute breeze and a lot more affordable than I had imagined.

Comms were great with updates, photos videos and inclusion by Cc on every move .

Ted arrived in perfect condition and gas settled in fantastically in a very short period.

Lauren has been absolutely amazing since the start of everything. Helping me through each and all questions. Been truly amazing.

My mum moved from Brazil to the UK with her two cats, and Jodie was incredibly helpful from day one. I connected her with the company assisting us in Brazil, and the entire process was transparent and seamless throughout.

When my mum arrived, the team and driver handled everything, delivering both cats safely to our doorstep. It’s quite a complex process, so I was understandably nervous, but Jodie gave me real peace of mind at every stage.

Now both cats are happily settling into the (very cold!) British weather, haha. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Airpets were great to deal with. Sophie had a lot to deal with once the war in the Middle East began. She found my cats a safe alternative route via the US back to Australia. She arranged with other pet services to navigate a smooth passage all the way through, including the quarantine process that’s required for Australia. Thank you Sophie and staff at Airpets.

Sophie was incredibly helpful throughout the process of moving my dog to Australia. The war in Middle East started just prior to my dog’s departure meaning his flight was cancelled. Sophie maintained communication giving regular updates and going above and beyond to support my dog’s travel. He is now settling into his new life in Oz.

AirPets UK has been AMAZING in helping us navigate the minefield of transporting our cat and dog from the US to the UK. We couldn’t have done this without them. We worked with Jodie, and she is wonderful! She is extremely proactive in making sure everything is in place , communicating with us at every step and making sure the pets were looked after with great care. We will definitely use them again when taking our dog back for an extended period. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

The team have been truly professional for a whole process. It is not just a service from door to door. They know how to treat our pets perfectly. No rush but right on time. They made sure they came in a bit earlier to spend a bit of time to get to know us and importantly our animals.
Not every pet relocation company will treat animals like this. We are so thankful for their service.

Thank you to Sophie and the Airpets team for their fabulous service moving our lovely dog from England to Australia. Moving a pet to Australia is an incredibly long and complicated process but Sophie was wonderful from the outset and clearly laid out all the steps required and timescales. Once our dog had started her journey, Sophie did a great job with keeping us updated and informed (it was very reassuring to receive photos of her travels). Our dog was released from quarantine yesterday and is very happy to be in her new home. I'd have no hesitation in using Airpets in the future.

We had a brilliant experience from start to finish with Airpets and moving our dog from the UK to Canada. We were already in Canada and the process was smooth thanks to Ailise! Our dog was cared for very well, we were regularly given all the information we needed to make a very anxious journey better. Ailise was birlliant and gave regular updates once our dog arrived for her flight/pre-travel vet check, we also got picture updates of her stay. Once our dog arrived in Canada, the company Airpets partnered with to clear customs for us were also brilliant. very impressed and would hilighy recommend this business.
